I have made several purchases from Rosewholesale.com and have been extremely satisfied with them. Overall quality of the products purchased was excellent, good quality. Sizing a little difficult to navigate though, I am european in figure, a little curvier, so purchased a couple of tops at 2xl, and found them to be a little on the tight side. Also shipping time varied, some items were received within 3 weeks, others 1.5 months. Not the companies fault! Shipping is overseas so we have to allow for customs.
Any questions i have had regarding length of shipping, product return etc have all been answered very speedily and very courteously.

So happy when I finally received my watch... it's just as advertised! It does what it says it'll do and looks just the same as the pictures. I say "when I finally received it" because the only issue I had was that when I didn't see the item ship I contacted RoseWholesale customer service. They answered very fast and let me know that it was on back order and gave me some other options... of course I was disappointed but I chose to wait and sure enough it shipped earlier than expected and I was able to track it... so I will be ordering in the future they made me feel very comfortable and secure of their company. Everything is as advertised and it has quick responders for any problem. Two thumbs up!

THIS IS A HORIBLE EXPIERIENCE! I ORDERED 1 ITEM AT THE BEGINNING OF NOVEMBER HOPING IT WOULD BE A CHRISTMAS PRESENT AND HERE WE ARE IN MARCH AND NEVER RECIEVED BUT THEY HAD NO PROBLEM TAKING MY MONEY THE DAY I PURCHASED! NOW I AM BEING TOLD I WILL NOT BE REFUNDED! I HAVE SUBMITTED SEVERAL TICKETS BUT THEY SAY PRETTY MUCH IT IS NOT THEIR PROBLEM?!?!?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?! As a curvy gal sometimes find it very hard to locate pretty stylish clothes that are made for some my size us12 and age 34. Stumbled across this site and gave it a go. Have been very impressed. When i found rose wholesale i was kind of suspicious, so i decided to buy a small item and see how it goes.
First they had an amazing collection that I want to buy all :D, but i had to stick to my plan.
So I've bought a hoodie and the price was incredibly reasonable.
I received the hoodie a bit late, but when i contact them regarding the delay they was very amazing and understandable and they refund part of the shipping cost as type of compensation for the delay.
The hoodie was as described in the item. Unfortunately I've made a mistake by selecting a smaller size of the hoodie so it didn't fit me.
Moreover, they reach me as part of their customer satisfaction, I told them that it was smaller in size, without second thought they refunded me the item price plus they told me to keep the hoodie and i quote "you can keep the received item and do not need to return it to us. If you know someone in need or if you would like to donate it to a charity, we would really appreciate it." what kind of company do such a kind act, a pretty good & moral company.
And that's exactly what i did i donate it to a person in need.
I already recommended them to many of my friends and i'll keep doing that because they deserve our support to keep up the amazing working.

I ordered one item on January 4th. It's now March 3rd and the company's tracking number indicates the package has been in US Customs since January 16th. It was either never sent out or somehow stolen from customs.

After inquiring through their customer service, I was told that my delivery deadline will expire on Mar 5th and to contact them after that date and they will offer me a solution. Since I didn't pay for insurance, I'm sure the response will be you are SOL.

Don't ever buy from here! Spend the extra dollars and buy American products!

They have cheap prices for nice item. The quality is great and so is the price. I also found the fit to be pretty accurate for shopping online as it can be hard sometimes to get it to fit properly, but not on this website.

So I clicked on this website through Facebook and really wish I had not. I ordered items over two weeks ago from their website and payment was instantly taken from my account. Earlier this week I received a very dodgy looking email advising that HALF my order had been sent but no details as to why the remaining items were not sent. It also had some random tracking numbers linked to a 'courier' website that does not register any of the tracking numbers. I attempted to locate contact details for Rosewholesale from their website but there are none listed. I then attempted to use their online form for contact, it rerouted me back to my account details. Very dodgy. I am annoyed that I have lost money and it seems to me that the items are probably not on their way. I note that this review website seems to get more response from the company than attempting to contact them through their own website so I thought I would try here. I want a full refund of my money immediately and I want to cancel my order.

My mother and I both ordered from this site feeling a little unsure about the whole shopping online thing. The next morning we realised that a LOT more money that the order stated was taken out of our accounts. We're still not sure why. Anyway my mum never received her order and it took mine ages to arrive after selecting 5-12 days shipping. When I received the order one of the items was extremely big on me (even though all the items I bought were the same size). We decided we had had enough and tried to contact the support number. After trying several numbers we didn't get through so we decided to contact the live chat only to be shoved off and referred to 'raise a ticket'. We have done this several times and still haven't heard back. Very bad service and very bad quality of clothing. We would not recommend this company at all.

Order never arrived

Placed an order 2 months ago and never received the items. Very quick to charge for the order but never bothered to actually send the item. Whatever you do, don't waste your time on this site, you will be scammed of your money.

Didn't deliver, no refund

I only ordered one item, which they said would be delivered in 5-25 business days. When I did not receive it after 25 days, they told me they actually couldn't guarantee delivery until up to two months after order date. When the item still never arrived, they said they could not refund money as I didn't order insurance when I paid -- as far as I know, they never sent the thing. They also told me to call all of the local post offices near the delivery address, to see if any of them had gotten the package for me. I told them this was impossible, as I live in Sweden and the item was going to be delivered to the US, and they suggested I do it anyway. Very displeased with this transaction, would never recommend shopping there.

Ordered a fleece jAcket two weeks before Christmas and it's not here two months later, so they tell me my options are a partial refund, partial store credit, or I can buy it again for 50%off Haha YEAH RIGHT! Fantastic and Stylish

Wow! I am so pleased with this company, it gives me the option to buy items of clothing that every other Plus size women is wearing. I have purchased on-line from Rose Wholesale twice, both times purchasing 7 items each. I find that the clothing I brought is absolutely wonderful, styles and colours great, what has arrived is exactly as pictured on the site and also the description of the article is spot on! I'm so pleased to have found this Company as in Tasmania we don't have much choice for the plus size women and I have found that yes you have to take the time to look at each measurement given for each individual item, it is definitely worth doing as everything I have got has fitted me beautifully, and so many people have taken notice! The purchasing process was fantastic, easy and if you had a question the on-line consultants were brilliant to deal with, prompt and nice to converse with! Both times I have had items delivered to me, I have been surprised at the cheap freight and thought they may take ages to come but low and behold they were delivered between 14-20 days after my order was lodged. So to me this Company holds up its promise in everything they offer and I will continue shopping with them for as long as they are around.

I ordered a 24 Pcs Fiber Face Makeup Brushes Set with Brush Bag. The product arrived within a month. Product was just as described both appearance and quality wise. I confess that I bought some parts with a little fear, because buying through the internet from an unknown site is complicated. However, the layout of the site, the products, and the e-commerce automations have made me quieter.
I bought 3 pieces. The 3 pieces arrived in perfect condition and sooner than I imagined. The products are of the highest quality, but we must pay attention to the measurements, because for us Brazilians, the pieces are a bit small. You have to pay attention to the measures they put on the site!
Anyway, everything was perfect. I have nothing to say but perfect.
We have already made 2 more purchases and we are waiting for our products to arrive!

I have made several clothing orders from Rose Wholesale and have found that the items I have bought have matched the product photos and descriptions well. The Quality of the fabrics used has been excellent. The only thing I will say is that the sizing on the site is small, ie, if you are usually an XL, you might find you are more of a XXXL. Check the sizing on the actual product with the measurements and you will be fine. It's nice to find something different. Their points program is worth joining.
