I got my coat today and it was way smaller then what I ordered. I realize Asian sizes are smaller so I ordered a size bigger and it was way small. NEVER WILL I ORDERED AGAIN.

I ordered a polka dot dress from this company earlier this year in February for my best friends hens night in March and when I received the dress it was way too big! I followed the EXACT size guide and measured all of my areas before ordering. According to the guide i was an extra large. But i did NOT fit into my dress and was very unhappy about it.
I proceeded to request a refund, but the company said they would send another dress in time for the event. THEY DID NOT COME THROUGH! They proceeded to tell me that the size information for each product was different, but that they provide size charts and size conversion charts for each item - this did not matter as the original size chart DID NOT WORK FOR ME!
So I had to GUESS what size I would be.
They then said the second dress was shipped out on the 1st March and would arrive within 10-25 business days - this meant I most likely would NOT have it before the hens party.
I DID NOT have it before the party so had to buy another dress. And THEN when I asked the company ONE LAST TIME when I would receive the second dress, they said they wouldn't help me until after May 1, when the dress should arrive... this is over 2.5 months after I ordered the dress originally. What A JOKE!
HOW DOES THIS MAKE SENSE - they NEVER once offered a full refund and now I have wasted $60 on a dress I could never wear!
The ONLY way they could redeem themselves now is to give me a FULL refund.

I've bought 4 jackets on this website and only two of them were delivered( and the other two a few days ago), to my suprise when i've tried them on they were really short, I emailed them back asking how could I returned the items and swap them for a bigger number.
Since my first email they keep sending me the same request "We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience that may have brought to you.
But would you please measure the bust and the length of the item you received but not satisfied with?
Just like what I will show on the attachment.
We do need the pictures to confirm the exact problem you met so we can solve the problem bettter upon your proof.

I received my product and as warned they were cheaply made. Knowing I chose to order them I then chose to keep all except one dress which came torn in 2 places IN THE FRONT OF THE DRESS! I ordered over $200 of merchandise on the 7th may. I understood that wait times to receive the items may be astronomical and sizes vary. I ordered much larger then my size and was willing to wait.
When I was asked to send my drivers license I was skeptical but I googled it and it seemed like a semi reasonable request. So I sent it through.
15 days later and I had not received any update on the status of my order. So I sent a ticket through asking why it had not been sent yet I then got an email back saying that two of the items where not available and I could either order something new or wait until they got back in Stock and they would be sent on the 28th may.
I emailed back saying I would wait for those two items and again enquired when all my other items would be sent.
I then received another email back saying "due to the items status with customs" they couldn't be sent via priority direct mail (which I had paid 21.54 for) and must be sent via DHL or flat rate and I would have to pay again for this shipping form!
I beleive this company to be a scam? Why allow me to pick a shipping option that wasn't actually available and only tell me 15 days later after I email them twice enquiring and then ask for more money!
Unless this can be resolved by rosewholesaler I would warn anyone else to not attempt to order from this site as they will keep asking for more money!
