This company has NO customer service! I paid extra for expedited delivery which is 3-5 days, has been 10 days and I am unable to track my order or get any answers! They probably took my money and I will receive nothing! I will be reporting them to my bank for fraud! I finally received my merchandise after 2 weeks, happy with the clothes I ordered but still not happy with customer service! I will probably order again because you can't beat the price, just don't be in a hurry for what you order!

I live in Alaska so the clothes took a little time to get here but other than that, they are very cute and fit well. I was so concerned because I ordered and then looked at all of the horrible reviews. I did not find the reviews to be fair at all. I expected to just give all of the clothes away to my friends young daughters because I read the sizes were so small. I had ordered up a size and everything fit perfectly and looked great. No problems what so ever.

So my daughter fell in love with a dress for homecoming dance, she used expedited shipping for an $10.00 the dress arrived nearly a month to the day from the day we ordered and what a joke it was literally thrown in a mailing envelope. The quality and workmanship looked like a monkey had mad it. The beading was nearly falling off. Don't get me started on the sizing it might have been long enough for a midget, the size medium looked more like and XS. I wouldn't recommend this site to my worst enemy. If I could have rated it a zero I would have but that was not an option.

I ordered 5 items and it took almost a month to get order and when it finally arrived very disappointed. All item had cheap material not like the picture. I wish I had real reviews from this site. I wasted my money. I will donate to good will. A lesson learn for me. Also, I tried to leave a a truevil review, but their sit doesn't allow negative review no wonder people are still buying from them.

Placed an order, still says processing, sent 3 requests for information H**************, the live chat doesn't work, you call the phone number it goes straight to some random voicemail... I guess I learned the hard way, should have read reviews prior to ordering..

DO NOT order from RoseWholesale! I ordered, I paid, I received less than 1/3 of my order, and it was NOT what I ordered. The sizes are little girl at best - not the women's sizes I ordered. The prices look fantastic (should have been a red flag), the styles looked up to date and beautiful. This is undoubtedly a BAD site. Do not fall for it. I did, and now I'm out over $100! Don't do it! Don't even look at this site! If I could have given this site 0 stars, I would have. Total rip-off!

I ordered almost $100 of merchandise 3 weeks ago and I still have not received my merchandise. They did not send me a tracking shipping number. When I try to contact customer service... nothing. Live chat. Does not work. I will call pay Pay Pal to see if I can put a stop payment because this sounds like a scam. Unfortunately, I did not execute my due diligence when it comes to the company location and who I was dealing with...

Ordered a 2XL dress and about 4 weeks later received an XL which was WAY too small. I contacted them and they said for an additional $2, they would send me the 2XL and I could keep the XL. I don't have any need for it and told them. They then said they could either refund me $5 (I paid $17 including shipping) or they would send the 2XL. I told them to send the 2XL and that was over 3 weeks ago. They still haven't shipped it and said they will do it this week. I will NOT be ordering from them again. Plus, I had to send them pictures of the dress, tag, shipping label, and SKU to prove they screwed up.

Horrible on every level! Ordered and then couldn't get ahold of anyone when it didn't receive my order... no return emails, no one answering their phone, and no status available on their website. Finally got an email from them with with a bogus tracking number once I disputed with Paypal. I have a friend that also ordered and received 1out of 6 items ordered but it looked nothing like the photo and was very bad quality.

My teenaged daughter fell in love with everything on their website. I thought the prices were too good to be true, so I did some research. The reviews were terrible! Most were complaints about shipping time, but the reviews were left within 3-4 weeks of ordering. I felt that was a little premature. I also noticed that many people complained about sizes being really small. We decided to order a few items and just see what happened.
So, here's the deal...
Our order arrived in less than 3 weeks by DHL (said 4-6 wks when ordered). I should add that we were provided with a tracking number that was correct and that we did not pay for any type of express shipping.
She wears a medium in most clothing items. We ordered L and XL items. They all fit like mediums. The quality was good. There was a long-sleeved PacMan T-shirt that was sold as a sweatshirt, but she still loves it. There was a jacket that looks really cute, but is also a very light t-shirt type material. She got a few one size items. They absolutely only fit small to medium.
She got six super-cheap jewelry items (free shipping on all). They were all absolutely worth what she paid (most likely more).
She also got the newspaper backpack. It is adorable.
She is delighted with everything and is in the process of placing a larger order now.
I gave four stars mostly due to the size issues and the slightly inaccurate descriptions of some of the clothes.
Overall, we are very satisfied.

I placed an order 7 September 2014. After having placed a complaint with PayPal as of 13 October 2014, I still have only received three of the items I ordered. Buyer beware!

I paid $185.96US for order number HH**************. I only received item Yj*******, leggings for $7.09, item Ym******* scoop neck top for $10.23, and item Ym******* v neck top for $9.74. Where are the rest of the items I paid for? This is completely unacceptable. I will never do business with Rosewholesale (or all of the other websites they do business through) again and will warn others.

Also the clothes do not look like the photos. The items I received were of lesser quality and different coloring than the photos depict.

I made an order on 09/06/2014, I just received it this weekend on 10/11/2014. The time I had to wait for the delivery was crazy so I left a message asking for the status of my order I contacted me in about 3 days or so and asked that I would wait the full 15 day process in which I had no idea that was the delivery time, OK, I said I would wait it out as you can see from the from the dates listed below it was well over that time frame but the time I dealt with... it was when I received the delivery that really pissed me off. I ordered a sweater size large, a necklace, and a bracelet... the sweater was balled up into a ball about the size of an Grapefruit and the sweater said L for large but it was a small for sure, I couldn't get it on at all and the necklace was popped, broken and the bracelet arrived. This has got to be a joke... I have never witness such poor and unprofessional service ever! I notified them and never received a response as of yet... Try to avoid this online store at all cost! I will post another review with the picture of the items later...

I ordered some clothing from RoseWholesale.com and they informed me that they were out of stock. I asked for a refund of the amount I paid and it was not 2 days and the refund was in my paypal account. I am very impress with that. My other orders are now on their way and I will evaluate the quality and then review on it. But I do think if this company was a fraud, like some internet reviews claim, they would not have paid back my money.

It's my fault for not paying two dollars for the tracking number, but you know what I'm a poor college student who just wanted these kick $#*! sweatpants ya know. BUT ANYWAY I ordered my stuff and guess what! Still not here and its about to hit the month mark in two days. Tried contacting them, and there like sorry we cant trace it because you didn't pay for the tracking number! So I don't know if they're lost or whatever. Just my advice is pay for the stupid tracking number. Don't be me.

I ordered 5 items in July, and I received 2 of them at the end of August. They kept saying they would ship out the other 3 asap, and they kept delaying the expected shipping date. I had to demand a refund 9/10/14. I still have not received it. They are liars. They are a horrible company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

This company is a scam. I placed an order on September 25th. Paid for my order and extra for express shipping. I have yet to get my parcel. I have emailed them multiple times and they keep sending me" ticket " numbers to say they will respond soon. I still have heard nothing. Took three months to recieve my order only to see I only recieved half of my order. They have taken my money and I still have not seen the other thing I ordered or a refund. They provide a "tracking" number, which all it does it say when it was shipped. Its a scam! Don't be fooled by the price. You can get the same clothes they have on there on ebay.
