Placed an order and credit card info would not "take" was advised on site to pay through pay-pal, I do not have a pay pal account, so decided to "chat" for assistance, Chat link DID NOT work, so submitted a customer service ticket, twice, and still no reply, I am constantly checking my bank statement HOPING and PRAYING they don't take money out so far so good but still no reply on my emails, No phone number to call and inquire abt order... I too was scammed. Never received my order. I am currently disputing the charge through PayPal. Don't wait to dispute it on PayPal until it's too late. You only have 45 days. I think Rose knows that, that's why they keep saying to wait.

I ordered a wool coat size womens xxl. It arrived without any paperwork and no tags sewn into the garment. It looks like a child's coat. I literally cannot even get my arm in the sleeve. I emailed customer support, but still no answer. The shipping was $18 so if it's the same or more to return it that's not worth the price. The coat is very poor quality. DON'T Order from them. They shipped directly from China. No US warehouse so no US standard for quality and customer service.

Horrible customer service. Ordered and paid for many items 09/21/14. Receiving emails from customer service stating items out of stock. They were showing in stock at the time of order. I cancelled my entire order, waiting on a credit to my credit card, because now they say my order will not be shipped until 10/18/14, almost an ENTIRE month after receiving my payment. REDICULOUS!

I too ordered, did not receive an order confirmation nor the merchandise. We all need to notify our credit card company, Paypal etc so that they will not allow further purchases from other customers. Then notify Facebook that it is a scam as that is where I saw the Ad & went to the site. If we don't follow through because the purchases are small amounts then they will just keep doing this to more people.

Class Action Lawsuit Against Rosewholesale... please like the page and add your story. Here's mine. I made a purchase last March and have been going back and forth with this company since. They've not sent anything to fix the issue and keep skirting around the fact that they still have my money. They haven't replied to my last 3 messages since i told them i was going to seek legal action. I'm currently contacting attorneys to attempt a class action lawsuit against these scam artist, but i need your help. I have been so sorely disappointed. I was excited to find so many styles and at great prices, but to mydismay, I feel like I have been taken, made an order rushed shipping because of a wedding we were to attend on the $th of october. To this day it still hasn't arrived, no contact to me and I can not contact them either, live chat customer service and the phone number gives a weird message then goes to a busy signal. So far, I have had a couple of responses from this company. After I ordered, I realized that I should have checked their national holidays... I placed an order the night before their week long holiday so that added to my wait time. What we need to realize is, this company is based in China, and when they say "business day" they mean Monday-Friday, whereas us here in North America somehow expect Saturday as a business day. I am assuming that my order will arrive sometime toward the end of this month. I will respond to let you know when it does actually arrive. I ordered O/S shirts knowing that in China clothing is made on the small scale and was very happy with the clothing considering the price, except the lingerie, that was EXTREMELY small make. All the clothing came about two weeks after ordering. The watches came just yesterday; little over a month after placing my order. I am very pleased with the watches and the shirts that I ordered... might consider ordering from them again.^^UPDATE 2 the watches did not last beyond a week, with all of them having the battery replaced. I also developed a rash on my arm where they touched my skin. Should have known not to order them as I do have sensitive skin.
