As a person who is experienced with over seas shipping, I know that it takes about two weeks to ship. What I did forget that this is a different country and that there was a national holiday that is approximately a week long. This time is an honored time and respectively, I totally understand the delay.
I also am an American, but American clothes do not fit me, however, I know my conversion size as well. So I did not have any difficulty.
I was concerned about the delay and like I said, I forgot about the holiday... customer service was absolutely helpful and willing to work with me through my entire order.
I don't think the company is a scam like I have read here, I do believe it is a transitional misunderstanding, and as with every shopping experience, if there is information that I am not sure if, it is a buyers right to ask questions before the purchase and not blame a company for size differential, and request the company exchange, refund, or return an item that did not work for you. It is done in America often and, um, well, if it wasn't an issue in America, why would you be shopping overseas? Fairly that is rhetorical, however, I did not find the shopping experience to be less than America. In fact, I found it to be a lot better and more friendlier.
I placed an order and choose extra large on both tops and when it finalized one came up large tried to contact Rose wholesale and filled out form as they directed and gave phone number for them to contact me still have not heard from them and cannot reach them and no order yet I think this is a scam company and I will probably never get order or hear from them if I do I will post that I have received but I think from other reviews this will not happen. There should be somewhere to report this to the authorities ollymc
I ordered a shirt from them and it was not the same shirt in the picture at all. I wrote a review on the site but it is no where to be found. I think they write their own reviews. This shirt was so badly made and not even close to the shirt that they are showing on their site. Im not a big girl, but One size fits all is not true by American standards. I'm sure my 6yr old will be able to wear it when i wash it. I would send it back but I don't want to spend anymore money on that ill fitting shirt. I even posted pictures to them. Nothing. I think they stole the pictures from another website and someone is making poor replicas of those items. Buyer beware! BUY AMERICAN!

Apparently Im not the only one this has happened to. I ordered some clothes back in the end of August- they money was immediately taken out of my bank account but to date I have not received my order. I have sent numerous e mails and I have never gotten a reply.

Decided to take the chance even after reading all the horrific reviews. The beginning spiral of many bad choices with this stupid company. Spent about $35.00 bucks on merchandise and $20.00 in shipping. That in itself should have made me not want to order for them. From experience in ordering internationally quite a bit the S&H didn't bother me too much considering the clothes were so cheaply priced. Mistake 2.
Waited over 3 months now, still no package. Made repeated attempts in contacting the company. Several tickets were opened. Received a response, but it was a generic template( likely copy and paste) response saying they are unwilling to track the package and apologize for the inconvenience. After 10 tickets open and getting the same generic responses. Told them I just want a refund. That's when the responses stopped.
Lesson learned. In trying to go for the lower price, got what I paid. In this case, came out empty handed. Now 50 bucks less in the wallet and wasted time submitting tickets that didn't resolve anything. The cheaper price is not worth the wasted time and efforts. DO NOT do business with this company.
Ordered $50 worth over two months ago. Not received. Never received order confirmation. No response whatsoever to repeated emails. Website consistently broken or having some kind of issue that prevents even confirming that they ever received my order, although PayPal shows they sure as hell got my money. Rip off. Don't even think about going there.

They tell you that the item is not available and never email or call you about your order. Once you figure out your order has not arrived in the time frame allowed. You began to call and email them, by this time they are off with your money. I have pay pal and if they cannot not get my money credited back to my account. I am filing a complaint with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the US International Trade Commission (USITC). Just want to thank everyone that posted a review about Rose Wholesale. I was just about to complete the purchase when I had a funny feeling that something didn't feel right.
I need to follow that little gut feeling more! I was lucky enough to find out NOT to buy from there & that it is a scam.

Rosewholesale never again I have been waiting for my merchandise since September 8th 2014. They took the payment. I've contacted them at least 6 times and never get a proper answer. This company needs to be reported and closed down.

This company is a SCAM, I put in my order on the 18th of Sept 2014 They took the payment the next day in full. Here it is Oct 6 2014 and I am yet to receive my order. I wrote them asking what is the delay on my order, No reply. Tried to send another message today and was told that my order number was incorrect. Funny that is the same number I used for the first message I sent them it went through just fine. I see now that I have been blocked from contacting them.
