I ordered approximately 10 dresses, I immediately paid in full for my order. SEVERAL weeks later I get one tiny little package with 2 dresses. I contact them - oh we're so sorry it's back ordered. MANY MORE WEEKS later, no response to emails, no response for requests for update, no response to requests for refunds, chat never active. Now I've been blocked from commenting on their facebook page and I lodged some of my complaints there to tell the rest of the world about their awful customer service. I filed an international business complaint against them. They send me one little facebook message asking me did you get the first package? They have blocked me from responding to that message as well. They are SCAMs, fakes, and have no true sense of customer service. I have given them a 48 hour AMERICAN business window to refund my money or I"m having my credit card company go after them.

I ordered two items, it took over two months to get the items, when I did get them they were falling apart as I took them out of the bag.As for sizing, its way off. I normally wear a size med but I was told they run a little small so I ordered a large well the large looks like a size 0 and no way can I ever wear it. The tracking numbers can never be found unless you pay the very very high rate for fast shipping.

I would not give any ratings, period, as I feel this is a fraudulent company, based on the service, the fraudulent shipping time advertised, (placed my order on Sept. 6, and it's Oct. 5, and have received only 1 item of 4); the fraudulent tracking numbers supplied, (when tracking, "no item can be found" messages). The service center is non-friendly, and you only get an automated response, which does not tell you ANYTHING concerning your order. I even tried to call the phone number given for USA customers, and it was an automated voice that said, "please leave your message after the beep, thank you"; The site gives you an option to "email" them, and fraudulently words that it will guarantee a personal reply to "inquiries" within 1 business day. (I wonder how many days ROSEWHOLESALE considers 1 business day?) It states that it provides after sales support in ENGLISH during their office hours, yet I have YET to find that to be true... and FINALLY... they are always happy to help? Which planet do they think we live on? The dresses, styles, clothing, are all beautifully fashioned and strategically presented to lure and reel us hopelessly romantic purchasers in. However, I believe I have been CURED of purchasing from this company after my FIRST TIME PURCHASE. I was lured in on FACEBOOK, and everywhere you look there is an ad by ROSEWHOLESALE... I will certainly do my part to warn any and all potential purchasers of the dangers of purchasing from an out of country supplier such as this. (given their reputation, which is quite evident on this site). THANKS Sitejabber, for supplying us with an outlet for our frustrations of dealing with bad businesses.

I started to shoe rosewhole.com... but before l decided to do that l thought l would read the reviews first. And lam glad l did. Lam looking to start a business and lam in the market to shop wholesale. But they will not be one that l would buy from.

I am in the same boat, got a few things that are too big and can't return them the website keeps asking me to login, I do and then it tells me I am not logged in even though it says my name at the top of the page, they clearly don't want to help you once you have purchased something.

I would give no stars if it were possible. This place took my money 4 months ago. They did not have what I wanted in stock and were supposed to return the money. Still no money. They continue to email me that I have received the refund. No I have not. Please do not order anything from this place. It is clearly a rip off.

I wish I had read up about them before ordering. I paid for my purchase five weeks ago and they have only just now despatched - stating that it could take up to 45 days for me to receive the item.

In short, an item I ordered for Summer will not now arrive until Winter - if it arrives at all! DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS COMPANY. Their Customer Service sucks too. They had the gall to offer me 6% off my next order with them when I complained that they accepted payment for an item they didn't actually have when I ordered it. Isn't that fraud?

This is a SCAM! You will send them money, And they will not send you product. Or send you cheap, knock off product from what I have read in other reviews.
I contacted them again and again. Waited more then a month. And never received my order. First they told me they wanted to confirm my identity. And wanted a copy of my license and credit card. Then said it would ship in a matter of days and I would get an email with a tracking number. When that never happened. I contacted them again. And they deleted that attempt from the "tickets" Then I contacted them a 3rd time (after filing a claim with paypal) They responded with " we are in the process of moving to a new wherehouse, please wait a little longer for your packages to ship" When I told them NO< I wanted a refund. They tried to tell me I had to "close my paypal claim first! Before they were able to refund my money. Of course I'm not doing that. I am counting on paypal to get my money back. I am so upset I feel for this. Such beautiful looking cloths for such great prices. Of course it was too good to be true

Got dresses that looked great online - but all were awful. Shapes/designs just don't fit a normal body, sizes completely off, materials horrible. Don't know how they could have gotten the models to look good in these dresses. I have tried for a month to return the goods - with no success. Nobody is responding to emails or calls. I've just submitted a dispute with Paypal - hope that will get them to act

I ordered 2 items on 09/12/2014 and they received my payment on the same date. I just now 10/01/2014 received my items. One appears to be brand new since the package was sealed nicely. The other was in a plastic bag that had been cut up the side. Both items were scrunched and packed into the tightest shipping bag. I had to carefully open it in order to not cut the items. Both items had a funky putrid smell. I had to hound them daily to get them to respond to why my items had not shipped. I even posted this website link into one of my last emails to them.

This is what they sent as a reply on 09/23/2014

However, this has had the unfortunate side effect of impacting the dispatch and shipping of orders during the past week or so.We wish to reassure all of our customers that this is only short term, from next week, it will be business as usual and our logistics staff will expedite the dispatch of any delayed parcels.

Once again, we wish to apologize for any inconvenience that may be caused. Thank you again for your valued support and understanding."

I ordered 9/12/14; still waiting for my product. I wrote them, they say w/o tracking number, could take up to 45 days to receive shipment. Then, if i don't receive it (i didn't get tracking number but did pay extra for insurance). I guess insurance will pay me back? That'll probably take another 45 days. So it's looking like this is a scam market. Very disappointed so far.

I placed an order with RoseWholesale for $38 on 9/13/14. After two weeks I decided to check on the order. Three days later and no response, I decided to initiate a dispute with PayPal. PayPal closed my dispute because I was issued a refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I knew I was in trouble when the first dress arrived in a package the size of a pack of hot dogs! Horrible fabric and horrible sizing! My "dresses" would fit an 8 year old and I'm only 5'3". All three were literally crotch level!

So I found this weird...

(SUPER IMPORTANT: THEIR 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE. I checked through some and they all had throw away accounts(meaning they were created by people the company paid to review) and the few that had more than just the one review for rosewholesale, also had the same reviews for roses sister sites like dresslily, rose gal, and some others. Please do not buy from them. I know deals are great buts they're not worth getting your money stolen) So I found this weird... I checked out reviews about the website before I bought from them and they were all good except for a few saying sizes were off. I checked multiple websites and now I found this site and everyone has bad reviews about them. I bought some stuff for a birthday gift and it's been about 8 or 9 business days when I paid for the 5-8 days and I'm starting to get really nervous. I'll be out 44 bucks which to most people isn't much but when you work 2 five hour shifts a week, that's pretty much my whole check. Until I get my package I'm rating this a one... I mean IF I get my stuff.

UPDATE: They have finally messaged me back and said it was because they are moving warehouses, which I don't believe, and when I told them I wanted my money back for the shipping costs they said they would have to charge me for a different shipping method and I told them to cancel the order altogether and put the funds back in my bank within 48 hours and if they do not I will file a dispute with my bank and get my money back and report them to the BBB. I've reported them on facebook and created a facebook page to warn others this is a scam site. All they feed you is bull excuses and give you this whole runaround hoping to stall you long enough that you'll eventually give up and let them keep your money. I was also reading through the things people posted to their facebook page and one person said that they tried to get a photocopy of their ID and Credit card! There is no reason for them to ask for that. Thank goodness the person didn't fall for it.

LAST UPDATE: I finally received my money after I threatened to let the cops know! How convenient. I'm just happy I finally got my money back. SERIOUSLY PEOPLE! Be persistent in getting your money. Take screen shots of all the messages between you and them and keep fighting! You'll get your money back.

I AM TYPING BIG BECAUSE SOME STILL DON'T GET THE PICTURE, BUT THIS COMPANY WAS ON GOOD MORNING AMERICA, AND BOY WAS IT A GOOD ONE, THEY HAD THE FOLKS WHO RECEIVED CLOTHING TRY IT ON, AND SOME WAS TORN, AND THE OTHERS DIDN'T FIT. THE MERCHANDISE WAS PLACED ALL ON TV FOR FOLKS LIKE YOU AND ME TO SEE. THEY BLASTED ROSEWHOLESALE, AND THE COMPANIES THAT ARE CONNECTED TO IT. I BOUGHT OVER 400.00 WORTH OF WATCHES IN AUGUST 2014, AND NEVER RECEIVED THEM, AND IT TOOK 2 MONTHS TO GET MY MONEY BACK THRU MY BANK. I HAD THE SAME EXACT TICKET NUMBER AS A PERSON ON FACEBOOK, SO YOU ALL NEED TO BEWARE.

Ordered a jacket on August 20. Forty-one days later, and after contacting the seller twice, the jacket has yet to arrive. They claim it shipped on August 22, but clearly that is untrue. Just contacted Pay Pal for a refund. I wish I could give the company zero stars.
