I am very disappointed with their service. Over the course of 3.5 weeks I was told my order would ship in 3 days from the time I spoke with the rep "Nika". Then in the 4th week they stated that they no longer had the items I ordered. I then had a choice to be refunded or credited. The original order was placed in August, so the run around and games played with this company was horrible waste of time. Their customer service is an absolute joke. I will never use this company again and I caution other to pass this place by. Two thumbs down.

Very poor service! Ordered and paid for expedited shipping 3-5 days. Product still hasn't left for shipment. After notifcation to company regarding refusal to pay for expedited shipping and lack of shipment, they only stated that "due to weather the product was unable to ship but has now been shipped". That was a week ago and the product still has not left per my tracking number.

Awful cheap clothes! Children must make what you think that you are ordering. It looks like nothing that i ordered. I thought that i was getting a cute dress for my daughter:-(

I can't believe some of the 4 and 5 star reviews I am reading. These guys must have very low standards of quality. I was not expecting designer quality, but at least quality comparible to Walmart. The material is like that of a cheap halloween costume. The size was fine, but I am petite. No labels, threads sticking out. I can only picture little children in China being forced to make these clothes.

I've unfortunately ordered from this unprofessional business with excitement, not knowing any better and not reading any reviews. My order were gifts for my daughter's bday who goes to college out of town. I ordered a month before her birthday and in the order it said I could expect the shipment within a week. My daughter's birthday passed a week ago and she left back to college without these gifts. I've sent four emails and get short messages that don't make sense, saying that it's out of stock, but it will be shipping. I've also left a voice mail and when calling it sounds like a voice mail from a house, not a business. No one has ever returned my call. In the email messages, they keep giving false dates that have already passed on when I can expect the shipment. I still have not received anything. Something needs to be done to shut Rose Wholesale completely down and to stop scamming shoppers!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered two shirts that came and look nothing like the ones I ordered. One of them was ripped. I can get no where with there return system. Just ridiculous. Do not order!

Warning! This place is a total rip off. I bought a dress. They sent me a long sleave shirt! Took 2 months to get half of what I ordered. Had to contact my credit card company to stop payments from being charged to my card and block these scammers!

I ordered 3 dresses in JULY. Its now almost October and still no dresses. I've been in contact with the company Rosewholesale. First they claim I didnt pay for shipping. I PAID not only for shipping but for insurance on my package. They keep telling me wait one more week. I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY DRESSES nor a refund. These people are thieves. I felt I have been patient. This company offers no resolve and now have ceased contact with me I am now out $51.07. STAY CLEAR

DO NOT BUY CLOTHES FROM THIS WEBSITE! I got suckered in by the cheap prices. I looked at the size chart and ordered small. These were so small it would probably fit a four year old. I got a dress, turtleneck sweater, and a top all for $38.00. The fabric was disgusting and cheap. There were no labels on the clothes. They were a cheap smaller copy of what was in the picture. I got them very late and they went straight into the goodwill box. It is not worth returning and paying shipping. This stuff was complete and utter garbage. I am so disappointed because the pictures were cute. I'm disappointed in myself for not checking here first.

I wish I could give RoseWholesale a ZERO rating. I placed an order on 8/2/14, it supposedly was shipped on 8/8/14, but it never was. I checked with the post office and they confirmed it had never com through there either. I emailed the company because you can't get through the line. After confirmed no pkg had come through the post office, the next mail I sent came back as undeliverable (no such address). I'm out $39.49 and even PayPal wouldn't help me because t was a few days over their 45 day limit. Sorry but RoseWholesale stated I had to wait 35 days for the delivery.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I had checked here first. I ordered $50 worth and sent them directly to my neice in another state. By the time she received them and I arrived 3 days later it was too late to send the poor quality and faded blue, no tags blouses back due to their "7 day return" policy. Lesson learned DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

Thanks everyone who has posted a review for saving me a lot of hassle! Was about to order but I always check reviews! The chat doesn't work to ask questions, even though the site says it's available. I guessed the clothes would run small and according to reviews they do. I read all the hoops you have to jump through in case of a return and that's a joke. I am absolutely not ordering from this country. Buy American and know you're actually getting a decent product from people who care about your satisfaction. Sometimes cheap prices cost so much more in the long run!

ROSE WHOLESALE THIS COMANY TOOK 8 DAYS BEFORE THEY SENT WHEN THEY SAID 3/4 AND WHEN I TRIED TO CONTACTED THEM THE EMAILS WERE RETURNED AND AFTER ABOUT 10 ATTEMPTS THE MAIL STILL IN UNDELIVERED
THE PHONE NUMBER THAT THEY ADVERTISED IS NOT CONNECTED AND THE ONLY EMAIL THAT DID NOT RETURN WAS AN AFFILIATED ONE, IF I WANT TO SELL WHOLE SALE AND THAT DID NOT RETURN AND HEARD NOTHING AFTER 5 DAYS. NO CHAT LINE IS NEVER AVAILABLE EITHER JOKE! TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!

Love this website and customer service. But clothes not true to size due to asian measurements verses US size so follow size chart carefully before ordering

I read a lot of the negative reviews and believe most of them are valid. Having said that, you do get what you pay for. I purchased about 8 blouses, many one-size-fits all and large. All of them run small (very small). The quality of the items I got was similar to Target. Not horrible but we're not talking silk and top-notch tailoring. This is a great site if you have medium or small juniors - it's a good site for teen age girls and the price is right. It did take about five weeks to get my items but it is coming from China via several shipping companies - and I believe when I submitted my order the site did say several weeks. What is bad about this store? Well, if you don't like what you got, or the item does not fit or is defective you can't return it. It did not come with a shipping slip - it might have to go through customs and the return address says Rotterdam, Netherlands. I'm sure it would cost more than it's worth to ship back and who knows when my money would be refunded. So, let your small framed teen age daughters shop to their hearts' desire, tell them it will be 4-6 weeks for delivery and be prepared to be stuck with a few items they may not like - who cares it's all really inexpensive. I found nothing about this company that is blatantly dishonest. They need to come up to the Western size chart for accuracy and just state "no refunds/no returns" on their site. My blouses are smaller than I like but they are as pictured. I received emails updating me on my order.

I am so glad I read the reviews before I ordered because it all seemed too good to be true and if it seems that way, it is not. I tried their chat line several times and during normal hours and they are never on it. I sent an inbox to FB to get their off their advertisements.

I was one of those people who read these reviews after I ordered and was really nervous about spending any money with Rosewholesale. I waited 10 days and it said my order was "in process" when I would check. I decided to send an inquiry and received an answer back within the 24 hour period stating that my items minus one bracelet would ship next day. I received the items within the week and they were exactly what I ordered. Two Dresses that fit well. I was worried about the size because people had stated they were smaller than US sizes but I had ordered smalls and they fit great. I ordered a pair of leopard rain boots which were as cute as they were in the picture. I also received a pair of sandals and and four pieces of jewelry. All of this was under $90 so I was not expecting top quality because it has been my experience you get what you pay for but I was ordering the dresses for a trip I am taking and probably won't wear them often. Overall I was pleased with the service and the quality of products.

So far i had a great experiences with online shopping... And i find everything i need on rosewholesale... Thank you so much rosewholesale
