After argue with them for several times, I am tired and tried to dispute the charge... not success. Our own US card service from Chase Sapphire said Visa policy that we have to provide return document which this FXXX company ask consumer to pay. Why would I pay the return shipping cost when I order an XXL size and came in M size with XXL tag on it? I tape measured everything and found out the clothes is not even close to M size... I am an Asian and I lived there more than 27 years before I came here. I've been China, Taiwan, Fillipin everywhere around that area and their size chart is only a little bit smaller than US (one size smaller), it has never been an issue. Therefore I strongly believe this company is doing this on purpose. And I suggest all people here who has the same issue to file complaint with FTC and force this stupid website close down in US.

This is the second time I have purchased from them after the first time I sent the clothing back and they gave me a credit so had to purchase again. On receiveing the second order I found them to small, (One size fits all - Yea right, unless you have anorexia). I have tried to return for refund, this time they were going to charge me for depreciation on the garment! And they took forever to respond to me. I give up buying crap from china or any asian country they are all rip off merchants!

I placed my order 5 quartz watches for woman and 3 necklace just to try it out feb 2nd 2015 well I finally received it March 9th I'm so dissatisfied. Yes it's in plastic I took it out the band broke rhinestones are missing the necklace are nog silver it's rusty like out of a gum all machine I been getting these stupid tickets 7 days after the date I ordered and no one replies and the phone number is always busy. It's a scam and I would like my money back and can't get thru to them... Lesson Learn... The pictures are not what's going to be mailed to u... Take it from example..

Since they already had so many poor reviews to which they appeared to have attended, went ahead and took a gamble ordering 10 items in L or XL because other reviews said they ran small. First i got hit with a customs charge of $39 which brought my cost per dress up to $20. My size 5 friends felt the clothes were way too tight to wear! One was too big for me and the side seam wasnt sewn. One is missing two buttons right on the front! All had hunks of thread hanging off all seams. All were so thin they were basically sheer. Do not waste your time or money. They NEVER responded to my compliant or request for return

Like other costumers I got the "review the article" email before receiving the article itself! It took more than 2 months to arrive. And what a nice surprise when I discovered that it has nothing to do with the article I ordered: very poor quality, not the same shape or color as the photos displayed on the website, not the right size, not the same material. Well not the same article really! I ask for my money back and here again, surprise! They wouldn't give me the money back, only 85% of the price and I have to pay the shipment back to CHINA, which is far much more expensive than my article, are you kidding me? Oh they gave me another option though: I can keep the article and receive a 5 dollars coupon to use on the website... like I want to order something else and waist my money again, right!

I ordered 4 items on Jan. 23,2015 and it is now March 9,2015 and I never received my order. I thought it was hilarious that they sent me an email asking me to review the items that I NEVER RECEIVED. I have a feeling they will never arrive. Can you say Pissed off! So Do not order from this company!

This company is the worst, bad quality, poor customer service I'm waiting for months for my refund and is always a excused for not give my money back I'm going to report this to the consumer protection agency in the USA because I don't know how they still working in USA with all this very bad reviews is like they steeling our money. I ordered 2 items on 12/2014, get the second item but the first one never arrive. I tried contact to customer service but couldn't go through many times with different reason. I tried to send a message but each time I have to sign in and I already to sign in and kept doing back and forth like this. No way to get the answer from them.

I agree with you all, yeah they will have fake customer service respond to a ticket on their site. And that goes nowhere I ordered three so called coats it was just poorly bad sew pieces of fabric thrown together like they have five year olds playing with scissors and thread I mean really. I wish US better businesses bureau would track them down find out who is running site also. I rate all 0's. Missing pieces pocket half done and how can you be real customer service when products coming out are products clearly no real quality check. Just give people their money back and take your crappy clothing back, no one cares about your one rep you have responding to our messages. I have tried so many times reported to you online on the acct with the order # that you respond to me is the same one no need to give any other information to you. The pictures are there also, they will never give you an address or actually comment on you asking for a return label or refund. You will be tracked at some point and that sweat shop will be shut down also

I ordered $200 worth of clothing. All the clothes that came in 3 months later were very poor quality. It was horrible. I paid $70 in shipping to send the package back to China. Now they have been giving me the run around and are refusing to give me a refund! I wish I would have read the reviews before I wasted about $300 and 4 months of my time!
Bottom line. They kept all my money & I out clothing I could have donated to Good Will.

This company is a joke and I really wish they'd be put out of business. I ordered 3 tops on the 3rd of January and just now received them on 3/5/2015. NONE of the tops are exactly what I ordered, instead a sloppy replica. The one top I can't even fit my arms in and it comes up to my belly button. When in the picture is a loose fitting shirt. I just wasted my money bc I will not be wearing any of this shirts they look so bad. Please do not order from them. You will be sadly disappointed

I ordered 3 pairs of sandals, in two separate orders. The first one on 11th Feb. The second on the 12th of Feb.it is now the 6th of March still no delivery. Emailed them, the reply quoted "can not find your order, send us the order number and we will search for it"
I sent them both order numbers with the date ordered and the amounts that had been taken out of my account. Reply came back they could not find them and to check that payment had been sent. Of course the payment had been sent it come out of my account. I am still waiting for a response

Ridiculous. Needed this shirt for a special occasion, paid for fast shipping and was told I would get it 2-3 business days. NOPE. Its been over a week. I will NEVER buy anyting from this company again. I am also reporting you to the better business bureau so that other Americans wont get SCAMMED like I did. I went online to find out you have millions of horrible reviews. Wish I would have looked first. Do you like taking people's money and running with it? I guess you don't care!

I ordered in January and it is April. I have not received my order. When I contact the company all they say is that it takes longer shipping from China and that they can't track my order once it's left China. They tell me "wait some more weeks and let us know." So, I wait "some weeks" and let them know and they keep telling me the same thing. "Wait some more weeks." 4 months is way too long to wait for an order.
**UPDATE** It is now September and STILL have not received the items I purchased, and also haven't gotten any response from them about a refund.

Still Waiting...

I placed an order for two items over 30 days ago, and I still haven't received anything. I received an email the day after my order notifying me that my package had been sent, and I was provided with a tracking number. However, the last activity showing when I attempt to track it was back on February 1,2015. I tried on several occasions to send a support request to Rose Wholesale to inquire, but the website will not allow me to submit my request, stating each and every time that I need to log in to my account first - which I did over and over again. I am so frustrated and would love some resolution to this problem!
