Wish i would have read the reviews before ordering. Placed order over 2 weeks ago and it is still "processing". Sent an email and it has been 24 hours and i have yet to hear anything back, at this point i just want my money back. It sounds like almost everyone who has ordered has been scammed by this company... how can we group together and go after them?

Absolutely awful!

Absolutely awful! Took at least 2 weeks to even process my order! Wish I read reviews before ordering! I had to email them multiple times to even get them to process my order. I asked for a refund not once but twice before my order changed to shipping and they totally ignored the fact that I asked for a refund. When my order finally arrived after 3 week it was the cheapest piece of fabric and looked nothing like the picture. So disappointed!

So I really wish i would have read the reviews before I ordered online. The damn advertising of the cute clothes got to me. Luckily i only spent $50 but Its been over a month and my stuff is still processing. I emailed them yesterday and they responded saying that item is out of stock and that i should wait 7-10 days for it to become in stock. After reading all the reviews, i immediately requested them to cancel my order and give me a refund.

Do NOT buy ladies... its all a scam! I ordered and tried contacting Rosegal by email... no reply... i tried calling and it was a magic jack # and wouldnt let me leave a message because it was full! I tried to get onto their online chat to talk to a rep and that isnt even available! They r quick to take your money and also has been known to take extra off credit cards! I paid with paypal and in the process of filing a complaint! I believe they also have several other clothing lines... one is Sammydress... Beware ladies... same clothes and problems as Rosegal... They also reported me as spam because i started informing their customers on facebook about how they conduct business... and they are the ones who are SCAMMING innocent ppl of USA... Hope this helps someone... IDK how facebook could let this happen... i know they r being reported!

I ordered a dress for a friends wedding and the dress was suppose to be a XL it had no tag was too small. I had my friend try to wear it (and she is a size 8) she could not even get it over her head! It was falling apart at the seams and see-through. Looked like a sewing project a kid made and now i cant return it. The online chat is always off and my 24 hour response is over a week old. When you call the helpline it is always closed even during normal business hours! I will never use rosegal again.

They have massively cute stuff, but I knew something had to be wrong with them for their prices to be sooo cheap! $18 for the cutest hoodie ever? Placed order on September 17th, 2014. They sent me an email confirmation like every company out there when you order through a website. Waited for about three weeks, and there were no emails letting me know if my order had shipped or if anything was wrong. I did check the websites for any updates on my order, but each time it just said "order is being processed" Finally decided to send them a "ticket" asking when my order is going to be shipped or if there are any missing information they might have needed. No answer for about days, and again I checked my account, and realized they didn't send me an email, but they did answer to my "ticket". They told me all the items in my order were not in stock and asked if I would like to order something else. I told them to issue me a refund. About a day later I received an email telling me my refund would take up to 30 days!

In my experience, 1. If the items are out of stock, they should have noted it on the website when you try to order it. 2. If there are any problems with the order, the company will send you a notification telling you your order is not available or if there are any problems with it.

Why am I the one to be chasing down my order? And not get any kind of notifications until I go looking for them? That is not acceptable at all!

I issued a dispute through my credit card company. Never again will I order from this place, and I suggest everyone who wants to order from them, to spend their money elsewhere, because after reading all the other reviews (which I should have done before purchasing anything form this place) I believe this is a scam.

Ordered items on September 11th... received part of my order on October 2nd. The outside packaging smelled atrocious! When I opened the package, one sweater was actually wet inside of the plastic and had mold on it. Everything in my order wreaks of mildew and is totally unwearable! I sent them another "ticket" that they have yet to respond to asking for a refund. Do NOT buy from this company they are horrible!

The worst customer service ever. I ordered it over 3 weeks ago, got the tracking number and everything, but then no sign of shipment confirmation. I was a bit concerned, so I dropped them a message. So they told me after a week of my purchase that one of the items that I ordered is currently out of stock and will be restocked on 26th of September. I agreed to wait, but then I dropped them another message on 27th of September, as there was no shipment confirmation still asking when my parcel is going to be shipped. Then they listed another two items saying that they currently out of stock. I got $$%%$£ pissed off! Told them that I want my money back and was told that it will take 5 working days, but then they told me that due to some fkng china festival their staff are taking a week off?!?!?!?! THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM AND A FRAUD! DO NOT ORDER!

First time I ordered it a month to get my order. I once again ordered, it has been over a month and I finally contacted them and part of my order was discontinued, they didn't ship the other part, it wasn't even processed yet, I did pay for expedited shipping... still no order, no refund on the discontinued item. My reason in ordering a second time was paying for extra shipping thinking that was the problem. Nope you pay for it but its all the same! This website is horrible and needs to be shut down!

I placed an order 2 weeks later it was still being processed. Asked for a refund no response. Called company phone #. No answer. Contacted pay pal filed a complaint for fraud. Pay pal said the more complaints for fraud they get on this business. They will be able to drop them from paypal. I wish I had reviewed the company before I ordered. This site needs to be shut down.

OMG I just wish I had read these reviews before I ordered 200$ of merchandise for nothing. So a month passed by since my order I email them asking wtf is my order? They are telling me to contact them in several days to get a tracking number? Excuse me? I have to run after you to a get a tracking number? Then I tell them $#*! this $#*! I want my money back! They go at first "oh we have to find your package in our warehouse before refunding you" then they write again saying that they will refund me but it will take as usual 30 DAYS because I paid by credit card? Are you kidding me how else was I supposed to pay CASH? And 30 days for a refund? Without sending me any proof or anything! I am livid that they screw up people like that hold our money and I had to even pay interest fee on my credit card for this nonsense! Plus I read that the merchandise is like $#*! I am sooooo regretful and wrote this only to warn others so you don't get screwed by these idiots... I always order online first time dealing with $#*!s like this!
