I have tried to get in contact for y'all from email to times now and I'm livid and P owed I want my package back or I want a full refund for my packages I spent a lot of money on a lot of items and I am livid at the customer service this may be the last time I order a ginormous amount of something again so somebody needs to get in contact with me

The clothes on the website look really pretty, but when you order it tells you that the package has been shipped but in real life the order doesn't even exist, no phone number to the website and all emails don't respond, only the tickets but when you ask them they don't even tell you anything usefull to the problem that came up with your package, most likely no refounds either. I ordered something from them and it said that my order has been shipped but now it tells me that my package needs a selfpick up and there is no location where it could be. It says it has been sent to an office for storage but romwe doesn't even care as much after the imaginare package came out of their office. I live in Canada and romwe seemed to be a great choice to order because the prices are twice as low as in Garage or Aritzia but it is a total scam. Order on your own rist, not the best place to lose your money.

They have no customer support number and the customer support robot on the website keeps telling me to send in photos I dont know where to send the photos other than the review on the sight I sent an email a few minutes ago overall I'm happy with the clothes but not the accessories

The clothes where super cheap, you could feel the thin fabric that felt like it would tear apart in the washing machine, the chain that came with the pants where plastic, all of the clothes are either for really slim or plus sized girls, I am neither. The pants and shorts I ordered had zero room for thighs, and I ordered a plus sized top since it didn't have the big enough size on the size chart. It didn't mention that it was stretchy fabric so now the top is too big.:(
But I did order a phone case with is very good quality as well as a purse. And they came a week early.

I live in Lexington & they sent my package to Austin, I checked to make sure I put in the right zip, I did and the right address and they marked it as "recipient not home" I tried to contact them but have got nothing. I had to contact the shipping people who had handed it over to a whole different company. It's been one hell of a process, still have not received my $200 order.

Don't waste your time and money I received an email saying my package was returned to its sender and I can't get a refund but I also received a email from the post office saying the sender received the package I still don't have an option for a refund and no way to contact anyone this is flat out stupid don't let them take your money

My order was retuned to sender due to an isuse with my address. I just want to get a refund so i can repurchase to the right address. But getting in touch with anyone from romwe is IMPOSSIBLE. Im so upset with the service this is terrible. Such a scam and i may never see my money again. Their customer service does not exist, its just an automated one on their site that doesnt do $#*!. First, I wasn't hired to write this review lol. I've heard many reviews from people complaining about long delivery time, poor quality, and the clothes not being true to size, but honestly the site became my new favourite e-retailer to shop from. Maybe I got lucky, but I'm definitely shopping there again. First, everything is true to size. Looks the same as what is displayed on the site, and was even better quality material than I expected. For t-shirts, the print isn't that bad and the material is usually cotton, so it's super comfortable. Some shirts are more polyester based, but personally I don't mind those as well. In fact they feel like a cotton-poly blend. And the sizing is true to size, but I recommend going one size up in case they shrink. For shipping, I got both my shipments on time as promised. The first time I ordered regular delivery, and later I ordered a bunch of shirts and shorts with express, and they both came on the same day a week later! And I'm from Canada, so that really impressed me. But as a Canadian, I usually have to pay customs, which was almost 30 CAD, but, ROMWE also gives you many deals and coupons if you haven't noticed so I actually initially had a $30 discount. I didn't lose any money at all! Out of everything I bought, only one pair of shorts was a bit smaller than the others so I may give it away. Other than that, I'm so happy that I found a store where I can order good quality and stylish clothes for super cheap! If you feel it's still risky, I still definitely recommend going for it.
I ordered some t shirts and a romper from ROMWE and overall it was a meh experience. By this I mean that the material was cheap but the design was cute. After the first wash, even on delicates and hung dry the shirts shrunk and the romper never fit the same. Both will be donated to someone who may like them. They have cheap stuff but it is a cheap material as well.
My whole order was literally in terrible shape, nothing came in the size stated and even if it did the measurements were completely off. Then on top of that my skirt and bikinis were damp inside the romwe clear bags and they smelt like mildew. Absolutely disgusting. Their customer service is terrible and they're just a horrible company altogether don't shop there.
I ordered a package and it was returned to sender by the post office by mistake. I tried contacting the romwe customer support but it's a robot and doesn't answer questions. I have been unable to get a refund or have the item resent. I am very frustrated and will never shop here again. This is unbelievable. I also tried emailing them and got no response. I just want the item I payed for or my money back. I would recommend shopping elsewhere.

It's been over a month since ordering the tracking information says it has been Recived by Royal Mail and it has not. I'm sure this is a scam I spent over £100 and have not gotten a single item DO NOT USE if I had a no star option I would use that!
I just made an order on rowne and i made a mistake on my shipping. I spent more than $100 h I did express shipping and tried to change the mistake the same day but the order is being bult already. It has not been processed or moved from the starting warehouse. Its only been a couple hours since i placed my order. It app wont let me change my state so i cant complete my adress change in complete format. I emailed them hopefully the fix this and my package arrives to me and not the wrong place. I will either lower this score or raise this score in a week.
The whole place is pretty trashy. They obviously work hard to make the website look super nice and make people want to buy things from there. The stuff models wear is completely different from what you're going to get. Before you buy, at least check the material. It is this polyester uncomfortable material. Once you put it in the laundry machine, you can say goodbye! Maybe try finding cotton or silk and that may be better (I don't know, but I definitely do know polyester is horrible). It will look nothing like image. I bought this sunflower hoodie from there and the sunflower is just a tiny drawing that was poorly stitched. I guess the prices are low, but really, be aware when they're this low! I asked them about whether Romwe was connected to SHEIN and apparently they're sister businesses except Shein is more expensive for absolutely no reason. Just to be clear, they have the same products so if you're going to want cheaper stuff, choose ROMWE. Some of the clothes I ordered actually came in a SHEIN bag so for some reason the stuff on their website is from another business? Last, it takes forever to come. It's from China and no offense, but we all know you can get some good scams from there. It took about 2-3 weeks. So yeah, don't believe everything you see on the internet. :)
So i ordered some lipsticks LAST YEAR and to this day they have not been delivered or received. I have requested refunds many times and i have been IGNORED. The live bot chat agent is useless! I cant even cancel the order either because It was shipped and it remained on that status since last year! All i want is my money back and they cant even do that. I will be writing awful reviews on every platform i can. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM< SAVE YOUR MONEY AND PATIENCE!
