I'm writing this review because there was a mix up with my order the day I supposed to have gotten it I didn't my email alerted me saying it was delivered but I got it on another day so I'm sorry fir the mix up and want all to know that when I got my order it was very nice quality stuff so I'm suggesting that it's a good company with good things only thing is they need better Coustomer service thank you
This is honestly a dumb $#*! site I have updated mt information 3 times & it still says my order is on hold, I have no phone to call & im only giving computer to talk to I'm trying to resolve this issue without canceling my order but I just am not getting the appropriate help I need.
I have been waiting a ridiculous length of time to receive my package. I cannot seem to get in contact with anyone frim the company. They fail to update tracking details. This is beginning to turn in to illegal activity. They have taken over 100 pound from me yet are failing to prove that they have even sent this package. DO NOT BUY OFF ROMWE! You will regret it

Lemme start this out with saying I did NOT want to write a review. This is the first time I've done this only because I heard this is the only way to get through to the company. Also I hope this just persuades people not to buy from this company because it's an actual scam. I ordered a couple things off romwe in mid- November and they gave me a tracking number and everything once it was shipped. It said it would deliver by Dec. 1st but a couple days after that they emailed me saying it would be delayed which wasnt a big deal. THEN it emailed me again in mid Dec. Saying my package was "lost" and that they'd ship a new one out and give me a tracking number ASAP. That was weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything so as far as I can see they just stole $30 from me. It took forever to even find a contact email that was valid to tell them about my issue, and I'm still not even sure that they received it since I haven't heard back yet. I've got stuff from romwe before and there werent any issues really, their stuff is just cheap which is kind of expected since it IS cheap. Never buying from here again though, I don't even know that I'll get my money back now that they legitimately stole from me and I have no clue what to do. And I know $30 isn't huge or anything, but for a senior about to go off to college that she's paying for, I'm not about to just give away a whole tanks worth of gas for literally nothing.
Been contacting since the start of December when my parcel went missing. Not heard a thing back. No option to talk to them except an awful robot that repeats itself. Tried again for the 3rd time today to try and get a hold of them!
I ordered jeans on the 29th of November and not had an email till the 20th of December to say they had been delivered which was an utter lie, I checked with neighbours my door step etc... I had got an email at 11.07 PM which is quite strange as nothing would be delivered at such a late time... I had emailed the site and still had no response so just I've emailed them again and now hoping for a reply. Wouldn't recommend relying on this site x
I placed an order and never recieved it. It's been over a month. When I went to check on my order it vanished and theres no trace of it. I had taken a screen shot so I will be contacting my bank to have them investigate the charge.

Don't expect to get clothes that truly fit with great quality. Also don't expect to get your money OR clothes back when you return them. I have contacted them multiple times over TWO MONTHS ago and STILL have gotten nothing! They just cancelled my return and haven't even given me a reason why. I am so angry because not only did I not get my money back, I don't even get to keep the clothes I BOUGHT?! Don't waste your time with this brand...

Do not purchase anything from this online store. I ordered a month ago and haven't gotten my order or updates on its shipping. They have not responded to my emails or texts.

There is no human customer service so when something is wrong you cannot get in touch. If you receive a damaged item then you have to pay to return it. I have sent the requested photos of the damaged jumper & the damaged bag it arrived in twice, but then get told that they cannot deal with it! I just keep going around in circles & getting no where
I have been disappointed by these types of sites in the past, but Romwe shipped my items very fast to Canada. Some of the products are a little more "cheaply made" than what you could get at the mall or something, but they work as expected and are just fine for me as I usually spend all my money on my child and not myself haha. I ordered a popsocket, small jewelry items, a cute little purse/carry bag, and some diamond art sets. The diamond art sets are AWESOME! I wanted to try it for years but was on a budget - this gave me the chance and it turns out I love it. The quality is great so I'd recommend this site for those items.
I ordered from this company and my order just disappeared and I got no refund I am very mad I need these items very badly.
I ordered some face masks for Halloween over a month ago now. They have never arrived. There is no way to contact customer service, the order says it is shipped so I cannot cancel it but I'm unable to track it either. I am willing to change my review if I am helped out however at the moment I believe romwe is a SCAM. It is just ridiculous to be unable to get a refund when your item doesn't arrive Go to Zaful or Shein instead, much better customer service and fast shipping.

Answer: I used the size chart and still nothing fit. Not worth it. Also, you aren't getting what's in the pictures. They are recreating these styles based on those pictures.

Answer: Don't know why people still order from this site. Buy at your own risk. Took about 1 mth to get my order and it came damaged. Soooo not worth the discount.
