They are great in one word used there service and product many times no negative issues found by me. Quick delivery on emergency. Gave 5 star as i have no problem with them and they sell good quality product. Will refer them to anyone who is looking for best service
First of all, they don't allow their customers to write reviews on their page which I should have found suspicious in the first place. Their dresses are all cheap knock offs of what the picture looks like. They claim to have some of their dresses delivered within 24 hours... Complete lie. I waited three and a half weeks for my purchases to only be completely disappointed to how awful they looked and fitted. You want to buy cute cheap clothes? Go to forever 21. But don't waste your time with this store. It's all crap.
This site is an honest hit or miss. Yes, they are real but the quality is inconsistent. EX: I got a very cheap shirt that was cute and good quality. Bought a purse that came extremely small and tough. So yes its cheap for a reason. When you want to buy something, look at the pics or review of people who bought it under the pic. This way you'll know how it looks like in person
I recently bought a white and black sleeveless striped dress from romwe.com and the entire process from the purchase up until I got my product delivered, was flawless and amazingly simple.
I had no issues with customer service, they were always eager to help me out when I need them. The delivery time was decent and didn't take long at all. Just as they had said. Furthermore, I had no other issues whatsoever which made me really happy overall.
What I also found good, is that they delivered the perfect dress in the perfect size, so I didn't have to worry about not receiving what I had ordered/asked for.
The reason I only gave
I ordered the Deep V Neck Loose Jumpsuit from Romwe.com and must admit I was a bit apprehensive at first. You know how it goes when you do online shopping for clothing, often the clothes is not quite like you expected, the shipping and delivery takes ages and the packaging damaged. I placed my order at Romwe.com and received my order as promised, timely, the jumpsuit fitted me perfectly, no mix ups, wrong colors sent, etc. The complete ordering, shipping and receiving went smoothly and no excuses or delays. I am extremely happy with their service and my order was well packaged and in great condition. I suggest you try them as well.
I bought a dress that was listed as "cotton" and it was a knit/polyester fabric. A large was more like an extra small US. Two other dresses were nothing like the pictures and made of just the thinnest, cheapest looking fabric that I would never wear. A shirt with long sleeves, which was actually cotton, I love but can't even get my arm in the sleeve and I have very tiny arms. I don't know what kind of person that is made for - a stick person I guess. I would absolutely not buy anything from them again. Could have bought one really nice thing from a reputable site. Live and learn.

About the sizes, measurements on the product page are for size reference while purchasing. Overall, hand measurements will have a discrepancy of 2-3 centimeters, and we’re still working on that to make it more accurate because we know clearly that’s not good enough and might cause trouble to our customers, but believe us, we are doing our best, working hard on it, getting better.

I read not so good reviews on Romwe, but loved what they offered and the pricing is amazing. I went ahead and placed a small order ($31 for 3 items) on 5/17/15. I was aware of the long shipping time and expected it to take a month. I received my items today, 5/30/15. The shirts I received are adorable and well made. All materials are of high quality. I'd recommend this site for someone who needs clothes on the cheap who does not need them now. Romwe is a little more expensive than the other Asian wholesale site, but makes up for it with low shipping costs. Overall I had a really good experience.
Handbags are a weakness of mine and I am always looking for unusual ones that are the envy of my friends. I visited RomWe to find myself one such bag recently. There were so many to choose from at reasonable prices but I could only choose one. Upon receiving the bag I was very pleased to find that it is well constructed and made from high quality material. It is a nice and sturdy bag that stands upright and doesn't flop over. The colour goes with everything and I have gotten so many compliments on it. I will definitely be going back to RomWe website to purchase more bags as they give me a classy look without breaking my pocket.
They take your money, and don't ship out your merchandise, giving you excuses and taking days to reply to your email.
Romwe is very unprofessional and inefficient. I've never dealt with anything like this before and I will NEVER order from them again. I will also make sure no one I know ever orders from this site because it causes unnecessary loss of money and time.
I would give it zero stars if it were possible as their lack of service was extremely disappointing to the point of bringing anger.

I purchased about $50.00 of mens t-shirts that I was initially pleased with but after two washed they were completely falling apart and misshapen with outstretched collars and had dramatically shrunk in size. I will avoid this company like a plague victim in the future.
I've made several orders from Romwe. Their selection is very affordable and their items are unique, which is why I am a continuous customer. All their items have comprehensive size charts, which has prevented me from buying something that doesn't fit. Customer service has also been extremely helpful and has gone above and beyond to resolve any issues I've had. The process is also simple. I once ordered a shirt that ripped soon after. All I had to do was take a picture and submit it using their ticket system. They always get back to you the next day. My most recent order was lost in the mail and they quickly refunded my money. Shipping time may vary. I've gotten my items in one to three weeks, but this is expected as this is an international company.
I've ordered from Romwe about 5 times now. Each time I've probably spent at least $100. To be honest, I was really nervous about my first purchase but I loved everything I got. The quality isn't amazing but, that's expected with the price. My only complaint is shipping. It can take a very long time, not to mention sometimes they split your order so you can get one part really quickly and the other part can take forever. But I am a return customer and I really do like the things I get from them! I think it's totally worth it and WOULD recommend this site to everyone!
Everything is an extremely tiny size -- like legitimate child sizes. Also, multiple items of clothing I received felt like they were made of a plastic table cloth. Literally that plastic fabric material.
I did get a pair of shoes from them for dirt cheap that were pretty cute though, poorly made and will fall apart but gorgeous for $20 to wear 5 times.

Reading other reviews i've noticed that a lot of people said customer service didn't get back to them, however I used the 24 hour live chat with them and they answered me within seconds, also all of my clothes arrived in very good shape. The time when my package arrived was around 2 and a half weeks which I didn't have much of a problem with. Overall, i recommend buying from them, great clothes for low prices!
