First time shopper

I was very skeptical at first because this site has incredible deals all the time... My order arrived within a week and I was so surprised! Definitely will keep shopping here especially for their t-shirts!
My only complaint is with the delivery company which doesn't affiliate with the post office... I had to arrange to collect my stuff from a news agency nearby-Random!

I do not recommend this website.

I ordered 7 items and the delivery took over 4 weeks; one item never arrived although I have still been charged for this. I returned the package the following day due to incredibly poor quality using UK standard air mail (guaranteed delivery within 4 working days), and it now 5 weeks on and all email responses have claimed they still haven't received my package.

This is incredibly frustrating and I am out of pocket over £80. The poor communication (especially grammar/customer service), awful clothing quality, unacceptable delivery time and lack of refund have made comfortably made this the worst shopping experience I had ever had.

Clothes can be cute after you wait 3 months for them but I had a swimming suit come in and it was ripped. After trying for 2 weeks to get someone to answer me finally was told I would receive shipping information in a week, that has now been 2.5 weeks ago and still nothing. To say their customer service is terrible is still being kind. DO NOT BUY!

Very very bad

I will never shop with them again. I have never before been compelled to write an online review but this was such a bad experience on many levels! Sizing was way off! I waited nearly 3 weeks for delivery of items that were very poor quality and not what I had expected. Returns have to go back to america with unreasonable expense to the customer. Customer service was absolutely shocking. They repeatedly offered the same bad advice including that I should sell the items to a friend which was frankly ridiculous.

Got myself a jacket at sheinside.com, and so far I'm happy with the site - a lot of variety of clothing and pieces to choose from, for any occasion/event you can think off.
Unlike other website that I used to buy stuff, sheinside.com is quite easy to deal with, superb services and the responses are fairly quick.to be sure, I really contact with their representative and to ask them in detailed manner about the products, shipping, and etc (just to be on the safe side, you never know!) and thank God I'm lucky to have such amazing services from them.

I had high hopes...

I ordered two tops from the Romwe site at the start of June and I was really excited. However after constantly tracking the order and only seeing the words 'processing', I had to force myself to lower my expectations. Now, a month after ordering, I have only just got the email to say that my order has been dispatched and is now being shipped. The site itself does not include the necessary shipping information it needs because it doesn't even tell you where your clothes are coming from (I had to research to find out they come from China). Hopefully the quality of the clothes will be worth the wait!

I bought this really amazing dress and a few other things during my impulse order, at Romwe.com, and it came in even better than it looked online, and everything fits me perfectly. The shipping was very fast (and free after spending $50), it came in on a day when I least expected it! I thought for sure it would have taken a few more days at least. Customer service quickly answered the questions I had about their sizes. If you are looking for a great website for great styles with a wide variety of clothing I definitely recommend this online shop.

Unhappy

I purchased clothes from their website last week and was planning on being able to wear them this next week because most of the items said "one day shipping". So I expected to have them by Wednesday. I check fedex website at least twice a day and notice that my package has not even departed nor do they have an estimate of a delivery date. I bought these for a special occasion which I won't be able to use them for and just want my money back at this point. Very upset with the company.

“Ship in 24 hours” means the product would be shipped within 24 hours, but it would still take a fews days for the package to travel on the way, we apologize if there’s any confusion.

We have checked on FedEx that the package is already in transit in your country, and will hopefully be delivered very soon, you can also contact the courier with the tracking number if you need it in a hurry.

We would also contact the courier to see if they could speed it up. :)

I knew I was getting into "junk fashion" and cheap but this is just the worst experience. I ordered 4 "one Size" sweatshirts with different graphics to test... All came in a size for a 12 years old. Seriously? It took 3 weeks to get to me after I ordered. The fabric, cuts, everything was just terrible... DO NOT buy with ROMWE. You better off getting stuff from your local cheap store or H&M or Primark! This is bad...

Firstly the clothes are very cheap, should've seen this as a warning. Things are always too good to be true. They did arrive in good time however. The main issue was the quality of the fabric. Really cheap and nasty plastic-y feeling, like some kind of packaging material. Secondly the sizes were tiny. Much smaller than UK sizes. I have put a ticket in for a return, i'm also expecting the same 'copy and paste' response to this review.

Customer service could not have helped me out more. Although I was the one who misunderstood how the discount worked, she calmly explained to me "twice" how the discount will benefit me at checkout. Not only was she so sweet, but she also sent me yet another discount code to use on my next purchase. I highly appreciate her help and recommend this site to anyone for shopping online. Usually I investigate review on romwe. Com in addition to found some optimistic and negative responses. So, I was perplexed what would happen with me at night! The Leather Jacket was so good that no critiques can stopped me personally ordering it…
The product information was good and the sizing guide was really helpful. Even better, it had a 50% reduction in the sale!
If you ask me if i will order from them again? My answer is YES.

I ordered some clothes last week for $100 just so that I would get express shipping. In that case I should receive my parcel latest by Thursday, 22 May. I am unable to track the shipping as the tracking order ID seems to be invalid. I request you to please not disappoint me by delivering late. It's urgent!
If I get a good response on this, you will have a loyal customer forever.

VERY VERY disappointing... Ordered nearly £200 of clothes for my daughters as some of their Christmas presents on 30/11/15 still not received! Tracking does not work on site, logged feedback nobody got back to me... Disgusting customer service. Not impressed will never use again.

Yet again I ordered from romwe.com... giving them the benefit of the doubt from my last purchase. Again, the clothes look nothing like the pictures and the material is crap. I also received a notice that I must pay an additional $25 to express ship it, after already paying $15 online to have express shipment. They should really tell you this on the website.

Also, I contacted the service email address and have heard nothing back as they are "away."

Overall, I recommend not going to this site unless you need a simple t-shirt and are okay with paying extra on top of the "cheap prices"

Simply amazing

The price was simply amazing for a jacket of such quality. It was shipped out fast and upon receiving it, I was once again content with the value this site offers. Even at discount prices, all the sizes I needed were in stock where they're are usually out of stock elsewhere. This is a great site if you want to fill up your wardrobe without digging too deep into your pockets.

Beware!

It gives big coupons and reduction and it says in small print that you may have to pay customs... Multiple times... You will! And i'm from Canada, i learned that the customs are at least 40$ each time! It doesn't make up for all the reduced prices!

I ordered a fairly large order for around $115, and I was so psyched to receive them. It has been 10 days and they are still in processing, and I have emailed them three times. Honestly just flush your money down the toilet, it'll do the same thing and save you time.
