I emailed Romwe for the wrong address delivery however there is no answer for 3-4 days. There is no other communication option and i feel that i lost the money. It was first experience from Romwe and it seems like it will be the last one! Bad experience!
I ordered $120 worth of clothes all of it arrived. The quality of the clothing is horrible both hoodies and t shirts. You can tell the quality is horrible just by feeling it the first time. Only 3 of the shirts I bought were good quality but the rest of the shirts and hoodies were terrible quality and horrible material.
I have never received my package, and it's been 2-3 weeks. On the website it says that it already has been delivered and when I look up the tracking number - it says that it hasn't even been to my citys logistic center. I emailed ROMWE a week ago and still haven't gotten a reply or refund! Please do not buy from this website, it's a scam!
I placed my order on 12th of June and and when i check my track order on 18th it says "Sorting Center Manifest Uplift Confirm". It is 30th of June as i write this and it has still hasn't updated anything whatsoever. I am highly disappointing as I was eagerly waiting for my clothes to come. I tried to do the online customer service but it does not help at all. Maybe it is because the pandemic but they should atleast send a mail of some sort as part of good customer service. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING
You pay for what you get, cheap clothing. I'm a uk size six so I ordered a xs in everything I bought. When my order (finally) came none of the items I bought fit, one was in a completely different colour to what I ordered and they were all huge on me. When I tried to I didn't get the option to return my order so I emailed (which i still haven't had a response from) and got in touch on instagram and facebook and got a response within two weeks. I'm still waiting on my refund and had to pay to return although they sent the wrong items! Do not recommend buying from here.
I placed my order over a month ago almost 2 haven't seen any shipment updates in about a month. I just wanted to know where my package is, it was suppose to be here on June 11. I just want my money back :/
Clothes can be cute after you wait 3 months for them but I had a swimming suit come in and it was ripped. After trying for 2 weeks to get someone to answer me finally was told I would receive shipping information in a week, that has now been 2.5 weeks ago and still nothing. To say their customer service is terrible is still being kind. DO NOT BUY!
Not sure if this is just an issue with Australia, but there is no option to return any of my items even though I received them only a few days ago. I have been unable to get in contact with anyone and its very frustrating because there were a few items I was unhappy with and wanted to send back.
Order placed in early May - says shipped on ROMWE but tracking ID has been sitting in PRE-SHIPMENT since May 7th. I don't believe there's any intention by ROMWE to send the items we've paid for. There is no customer service and there is no way to get a refund. There's no physical address on their site and no one responds to emails. These guys have a class action in their future, if they don't take their money and run first.

I was excited to order from ROMWE as my sister has ordered multiple times, and has had success. However, I placed an order June 4. ROMWE states on June 8th, China Flight departure and I have yet to hear (It is now June 16th.) When I tracked my package on USPS, it says that the carrier facility in LA created a label on June 4th and is waiting for the package...
No updates- I am nervous I am going to get jipped off like the other 100 negative reviews. I will most likely not order again... SAD
Why on earth is DHL asking me to pay more money for my package AFTER ALREADY PAYING YOU FOR DELIVERY ALREADY?! I never agreed to this and had I known this would happen I wouldn't have bought things from your website at all! I want I refund for the payment I'll make to DHL for my package, this is highly unprofessional
I purchased about $50.00 of mens t-shirts that I was initially pleased with but after two washed they were completely falling apart and misshapen with outstretched collars and had dramatically shrunk in size. I will avoid this company like a plague victim in the future.
My boyfriend ordered a package at the end of may and since May 31,2020, the tracking information has been stuck on label created, usps awaiting item. However, I ordered after him and received my package. He needs his package urgently for a trip and I cannot get in contact with the company.
I ordered for the first time in April, only one item I received was worth keeping, a pillow case. Everything else was cheap, scratchy, not even remotely tailored to an actual human size, thin, and awkward. I sent the return items back May 4th and it says it's not even back to the warehouse yet. I want my money back but I highly doubt I'll be getting it.
I have used romwe for over a year now and i really liked it. Usually i would order packages once in a while but then recently i ordered a couple of packages, my very first package i ordered was may 6th and as understandable it would take a bit to ship because of covid, and then looking and the shipping it has stayed at a local courier facility for over one month and nothing it helping me try to find it
My package has been stuck in transit for about a month now and there has not been any status updates. USPS has the shipping label but they haven't received the package, I contacted them and they told me something is wrong on Romwe's end, and that I should contact them. Their customer service has been a nightmare I tried so many times to get in contact with them and nothing! I was supposed to get this package 5/28 the latest as I ordered it 5/3. I'm very disappointed and I either want my package or my money back. Worst part is on another account on ROMWE I made another order with the same card with the same amount of items and same type of items, on the same day too, that package came in, but this one which I was really looking forward too seems to be lost unfortunately. Please someone get back too me!
Listen, I love Romwe. I buy most of my stuff there but lately I have been having problems with shipping, delays in delivery's, and customer service. When it comes to their customer service, they're ghosts. Not helpful at all. I've been trying to reach someone to get assistance with my order. My order was split into two different packages and now I can't track the 2nd package. I've called around my community post office's and nothing. I need help and I can't for the life of me find where to submit a ticket, I've been on the page all day. Once I just typed it into Google it redirected me to Romwe but it said the page could not be found. Not sure what to do. If anyone can help, please reach out.
I cannot reach anyone at this company. My delivery has been at a parcel site for 29 days. No email communication has been sent to me and I cannot cancel this order. I would highly recommend NOT ordering from her.
This is a terrible company. Not only did they get my address wrong-which I have no idea how bc I gave them the correct address, but they also have not responded to me at all. So, now I am out of the 200 bucks and nothing to show for it. Terrible, terrible company.

Answer: Don't know why people still order from this site. Buy at your own risk. Took about 1 mth to get my order and it came damaged. Soooo not worth the discount.
