Ordered several items over 6 weeks ago. Received an email on May 28 indicating they were having issues with the delivery service. I just found out they LOST the order completely after several attempts to find out the status of the order. It was going to take another 4 weeks to receive it if they decided to ship it this time.
With so many small businesses right now that need the money, I am happy to support them than deal with this nonsense.
My package that I paid 317 dollars for has been stuck at Hong Kong's airline distributing center for TWO WEEKS! That is ridiculous. Not only that, but I was suppose to receive my package THREE DAYS AGO. I payed to much money to have my package delayed for this long. I wouldn't be this upset if ROMWE would just inform me why the flight for my package hasn't even departed yet. I don't want a refund I just want my package. As soon as possible please. I've been anticipating this package for too long. I've been waiting A MONTH for this package. And would like it to be delivered ASAP. ROMWE please contact me as soon as possible and give me information about my package.
I currently have 2 orders from Romwe that have supposedly been shipped. The first one is worth 230$ so I could get free EXPRESS shipping. The package was shipped out May 11th and for the past 2 weeks it says my package was in Transit to Canada. Well today, that update has disappeared and now says it is at a sorting facility in SHENZHEN.
After trying multiple times speaking on their 24 hour service, I have gotten nowhere. Everytime I try to chat with someone now it says my "internet connection is bad and to try again later". Both my orders total around 500$ and I am not getting nay help on knowing where they are. I have ordered from Romwe before and was very satisfied but now I'm very unsatisfied and won't be ordering from them again.
My daughter and I ordered from this website a couple month back. The clothing was nothing like as it is advertised, and although we Used their sizing chart (even took measurements) the clothes we completely the wrong size. Their return label wouldn't print so I had to pay $15.50 to return the items. I still have not received my refund! I also verified through tracking they received the clothes back. I have contacted customer service OVER TEN TIMES. I've spoken to someone named Rory. That person stopped responding altogether a few weeks back. Now I can't get anyone to speak with me. They still owe me over $45! ****DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MOBEY ELSEWHERE!**** I'm seriously considering suing them just to make a point and get my money back!
Ordered almost a month ago - still shows no orders were made - amount was charged to credit card the same day we ordered! Log into my account, and it shows no orders! SO FRUSTRATING! Can not get anyone to answer my emails! This company will be getting nothing but BAD reviews from me and my daughter!
Update: So Romwe did answer answer my inquires through customer service and they also reached me through my email. They refund me what I pay for customs and Im so happy now The products were great, they all fit me perfectly and they arrived so fast. Dont hesitate to buy and if you have a problem they will find a solution for you!
I placed my first order and chose standard shipping to Nicaragua, that was the only option Romwe offered me. Now Im being charged customs fees even though the website mentions you will only be charged customs if you choose express shipping. My order was sent through express shipping I guess, because it was DHL. But I didnt ask for that. I wanted the standard shipping I chose because I know customs is really expensive here in my country. Now DHL is telling me I have to pay over $50 and my order was just $90. Im so mad and sad at the same time.
I already tried reaching them through customer service, but I didnt get a response.
I used to love romwe, i always ordered from them, i wrote reviews, i had coupons and many points to use, I tried ordering something today worth $80, but with my points I saved and coupons/discounts I would´ve spent $60 in total. I put my card info in and tried to purchase my items and it completely logged me out of my account. I tried logging back in and resetting my password but it wouldn´t let me in, I didn´t forget my email or password and I still can´t get in my account. I tried contacting romwe but theres nothing to contact. It sucks because I´ve spent over $400 on this website just so it could crash on me?
You will never receive your order, its been 2 weeks since i have ordered and no tracking updates or anything. Tracking number with ups fedex etc all say invakid tracking number. I go on romwe and it says shipped but not where to. The robotic custoner service chat is no help so i filed a ICS with the FBI filing a complaint.
I am currently contacting this company, because I am very upset with what's happening. I had made an order on April 26, and it is now May 23. I have tracked my order and it has been on, "In transit, United States has arrived at Local Facility." For more than a week now. It has not moved, and I have got no updates. Im very frustrated with what's going on, and personally I am very concerned with an ending result. I just want my clothes, that I paid a big amount of money for. And I even made another order after my first order on May 9, and I've gotten new updates on it. And it will be here on the 26. But my first order has not moved. Please contact me back and let me know what's going on.
Still haven't got my order at the time I'm writing this... Looks like cute clothes (my daughter picked them out and I bought them for her birthday). Never got them and her birthday has come and gone. The tracking number was stuck in "arrived at local courier" for a long time and it finally started showing that the package is in California (which is not where I live). I hope I get the clothes... otherwise I will have to fight it with my credit card company since their customer service on their website is not operable (it says they have too much demand). Yes, stuff from China is cheap, but from now on, I will buy within the USA.
UPDATE: I did finally get the package and my daughter likes the clothes, but it took about a month.
I waited 34 days for my package and I had asked repeatedly earlier why it hadn't been shipped but they said it was still coming but it was not. After waiting so long they finally said that it had been lost in the mail even though it hadn't moved at all for the past 30 days. I was very upset and they gave no offers despite having waited so long. Also their clothes are low quality and rarely look like the picture.
I placed my order on 5/10. The very next day I get shipping confirmation that a shipping label was made and usps is awaiting the package to deliver it. Weeks has gone past and no update on my shipping, as well as no way to contact anyone on the customer service side. I'm going to dispute this transaction with my bank tomorrow. I'm tired of merchants taking customers money and then give them nothing in return or take a whole month to give you your product. That $#*! is unacceptable
Update: I finally received my $172 order on 6/1. I was excited and satisfied with the majority of the items. Only two items were sized incorrectly, everything else from the haul fit perfect! Still I must say I ordered on 5/10 and didn't receive the order until 6/1, I was not happy about that but overall I am satisfied. If you are ok with waiting 20+ days for your order with little to no customer service assistance, then go for it.
It's been a full month since we ordered and its still saying "Pre-ordered", so zero movement, has not shipped. Not only that but this is the only company I have used my Credit card online with recently and within a few days of ordering, my credit card information was stolen and someone attempted to withdraw funds from my account. Thankfully the bank caught it and rejected it, and called me first. Making me have to shut down that card and wait a week + for a new one. Seems VERY suspicious to me.
My daughter is begging me to wait a few more days, but after that I am simply doing a chargeback.
There isn't even a way to contact this company. The contact button, once you type in your information leads to a dead button, where they then have the audacity to say your Computer Connection is invalid and therefore you can't send the message.
What a complete scam. I will never order from here or allow my daughter to, again.
Received my package on May 13th and initiated a return the same day. The website said I would be emailed the return label. I never received it. I tried to get in contact with customer service yesterday but there is no number. The chat takes forever for you to actually get to a " live person " because they have BS automated responses at first. Once I got ahold of this "live" person be stated he would look into the order and the return. The person never came back to the chat. Terrible customer service. Will never order from them again.
My daughter decided to use some of her allowance on this site, they billed my card on 04/17/2020 for $14.89, on 5/2 she thought they had locked her out of her account (she was using the wrong password) so she created a different account (different email) and made a purchase for $22.89 with a gift card from her 16th birthday a couple days ealier. On 05/16/2020 I contacted Romwe about the order from 04/17/2020 and they can not find it! They keep referring to the order on the 05/02/2020, that they randomly canceled due to whatever stupid reason they had, that they conveniently refunded to her Romwe wallet! Why after everything they have done, do they think she would want to buy anything from them! Customer service is a joke, can not talk to a live person and they only really respond to messages at night... I am in contact with my bank over the $ they took from there but I can not get her $ from her gift card back! This company is a joke, save your hard earned money!
I ordered just under $100 worth of clothes on April 19th. It's supposed to be here on Friday and USPS never even received a package from them. I can't even get a hold of a representative to talk about my issues. Which I understand can be difficult in this climate but still they have no customer service. I'm going to dispute the charge with my bank today.
Ordered my package a month ago, have yet to receive anything or hear anything. It says my package is delivered, yet nothing! I paid $30 for nothing & cant get ahold of nobody. Worthless!
My parcel has not moved since May 2 and the status update says "United States arrived at Local Courier Facility". I checked FedEx and they have not received my package from the shipper. One other item was split into a different parcel and came, but the other 7 have been stuck in transit for weeks. What is going on? I just want my package!
I ordered 2 items a month ago. Got notification they were shipped out. Made it to the US and tracking stops. I understand things get lost... so I tried to contact customer service. All I can get is a computer response that does not help me in any way! I want my items or my money back but can't get ahold of anyone for help.
Ordered from Romwe once before and my package was late but only by 3 days. This time it's over a month later and no package and customer service keeps saying to wait, even though tracking provided shows it's never been shipped. Had to open a case with my credit company. Do not buy from romwe.
Also, items say they ship from the USA but actually ship from China and then to a California warehouse.
Edit:. Please note that there's a note on this review that says they tried to reach out to fix things and I didn't respond. That isn't the case. They sent me a message, but it was basically just asking if my issue was resolved. It didn't offer any solutions or ask me for any updates. The package arrived over two months after I placed the order, I was able to get them to refund it after a month and a half, and ended up donating the items to charity.
I still wouldn't recommend them since their customer service is so poor, and it will take at least a month or more to get your items, which is far longer and then is stated on their website. Just remember that everything does in fact ship from China, so it's the same situation as ordering from someplace like Wish.
