Terrible. No person at their shack of a location. You have to use a dingy computer screen to talk with someone in a different country. My flight was delayed so they said I should go outside and use the website to try to book another car. No help from computer person. For a refund of my prepaid car you have to SEND A PHYSICAL LETTER to their UK address and it must arrive within 5 days or again they keep your money. Wish I'd checked reviews prior instead of just trusting expedia. If you decide to try them, I highly advise not prepaying. Better yet just use a reputable company.

Don't ever dare to contact this crazy company, zero customer support, the cheapest and worse service ever, cars are in pretty bad shape, they always find reason to charge you for something!
This is a typical bait and switch scam. To start with, they don' meet you in person, its a virtual agent. There are many signs that say that one is not allowed to record the interview and they wont confirm the final rate for the car until you show them all your credentials, including the credit card.
They promise a price and then they nickel and dime you with the insurance and the tolls where a reservation that was supposed to be $9/day goes to $15/day more for insurance and $17/day more for tolls; the final rate per day ends in more than $40/day
When I threaten to report them to Car Rental, they cancelled my reservation on the spot.
I can't understand how a company like this is allowed to operate in this country.

I would give this place 0 stars if possible. You. An only deal with employees on video screen once you get to the pick up car location. It's extremely impersonal and for no reason they canceled my reservation as they tried putting a deposit on my credit card and it was declined. I offered another credit card (even though the credit card I gave them had more than enough credit). They said they couldn't do it and canceled my reservation, and said that I couldn't make another reservation for 6 hours. They could care less I was stranded without a car and had to Uber to my hotel. Also they wanted to keep my money on top of it. I called Expedia and was able to get my money back. I have never come across a more poorly run business.
Right car does not post upfront pricing. Unlike other car rental companies what you see is not what you pay for. Our auto insurance is very good full coverage insurance, even when provided with proof my husband was told he had to pay $400 more for their insurance. It is not fraud because those charges are in the fine print. AVOID right cars at all costs! It's a scam. Maybe customers should get together and file a suit against the company to expose their shady practices. At the very least notify the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

He claimed that there is a small scratch at the bottom of the front.and charged us 225 euros for that damage. The scratch was very minor and I am sure it's not us, how ever we took some pictures before but not from the bottom of the car.

It was clearly cheating and I wouldn't recommend this company.
We'd reserved a car from Right Cars rentals. When we got to the airport their shuttle didn't show up. No one answered the phone numbers provided by them. Calling several times, and no success! It took us more than 3 hours to find the shuttle to the rental cars location. When reaching there, the rental car company- Right Cars- which had no agents available, and all process was being done virtually, said that my 6 year old kid has been set as the driver! And there is no way that they change it. So they canceled the booking and booked another cars twice as what we were supposed to pay originally. After more than 4 hours, with two little kids we could get the car. And can you believe it that they did not send us the refund. So after such a hassle they actually charged us 3 times of the actual price! Right Cars the worst ever. This was the first time that we had such a terrible experience with a rental car company!

I booked through Priceline for my trip In Orlando and was scammed as well as the other other three parties in the office as well. They don't even have human beings in the office, it's all on computer where you talk to someone live and just get lied to straight to your face. Advantage car rental then go our service after declining all the extra fees right cars tried to pin on us on arrival even though when booking, the receipt read $0 due at pick up.
BEWARE! They take your deposit 900euros then dont give it back, they don't hold the deposit they actually take it then you can't get it back.
STAY WELL CLEAR! I would give no stars if I could

Booked via travel velocity; arrived to pick up car as agreed and approved via my documents presented. Met a chain-smoking guy who directed me to enter one the two cubicles and press a digital touchscreen button; complied; a lady appeared via the monitor: she guided me what she needed from me: credit card, driver license; proof of insurance and other insurance I purchased at $12 per day; after scanning; reviewing them; she stayed every looks okay. Now came the big surprise; the lady on screen informed me that my USAA auto insurance or even AAA or the extra $12 per day insurance coverage do not cover or is part of the rental agreement; to move forward; the lady informed me that I have to pay 1; $155 to cover insurance and unlimited toll charges; 2; pay $134 without toll charges; 3 there is a $500 deposit that will be refunded to me at the end of the car rental; I thought I woke up in a strange land other than Houston Texas; I tried to make sense to her that yes my USAA or AAA insurances cover all if I choose my insurance rather than the extra $12 per day protection coverage; she will not agree; instead she informed me she has limited time with me and then disappeared on screen: I pressed the touch screen and she appeared again; telling me that that's their offer; take it or leave it;
I was stranded; missed joining or continue my trip: on a third trial; a guy appeared and informed me that the car rental agreement is cancelled: take the shuttle; park and fly back to airport: stranded I opted to pay the $155 hidden fee that were never advertised or part of my original rental agreement: 4 hours later I finally rented an upgrade vehicle from easitorent in courtyard Marriott adjacent to the nightmare place: now I called travel velocity and was told to call back on Sunday 3/19/23 to see if I can be refunded back my money after I detailed to them what happened and the customer service representative was listening on the phone while I tried to work out some thing with this nightmare situation

Bogus company. They try to find any reason not to rewturn your deposit, Scammers. They are a low class dirty unprofessional scam. Do not do business here. They will try to come up with a reason to keep your deposit.
I travel often and I have seldom ever had such issues with a rental car company. They are rude, unhelpful and bordering on unethical in their business practices. The low price offered gets you in the door, but then the full court press to upcharge you on insurance and toll pass. Presenting my proof of insurance card indicating full coverage was for them insufficient. The representative wanted to see the policy showing I had current liability insurance. Who carries their full policy with them on a trip. Everywhere else the card indication current full coverage is good to go, not with these clowns. They are 100% ridiculous. Terrible.

The cars are so damaged it's impossible to photograph every detail. If you miss any slight damage on pickup they will fine you on return.
Don't rent from here. They charge you a 3rd party liability charge of $90 and are unwilling to work with you regarding this. I rented from Houston and then you're somewhat stranded as they're not located at the rental car shuttle area.
We'll see if they try to charge me more for returning a car in perfect condition.

Book a car online for 3 days, after arriving to pick up the car from the airport, I was told it would be over $700 more than I had already payed them online. They were rude and said oh well and refused to refund my money, save yourself some stress and go to enterprise or Avis.

This company is the worst rental car that I have rented from. Run away as far as you can. My reservation was $48 total including taxes… upon arrival I got charged $138 more saying they don't have the car I reserved so I need to upgrade $10 a day($30) charged me $25/ day (75 total) for coverage when I gave my car insurance and didn't need one. And some other charge about vehicle for 16 a day … toll of 10 a day this is all on top of the $48… i walked out of there with a total bill of $180.: THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE. They said I signed, but I did not sign off on the other undisclosed charges. I only signed off on the toll and the 10 a day vehicle upgrade despite the fact it's not
My fault they don't have the car I reserved …… THEY ALSO HVE NO ONE PHYSICAL ON THE OFFICE. You literally walk into a cubicle and talk to someone virtual. THE WORST EXPErience. Will make sure this gets posted everywhere.
A pilot came before me and saw him outside in disbelief and asked me if I had the same experience and we were both shocked how horrible this company is. He had a $50 reservation and walked out with $150 more to pay.

I paid in advance, when I got to the airport no one ever heard of them. I had no pick up. I waited over 2-3 hours while on the phone with plum benefits who help me make this arrangements. I had to Uber myself to the offsite car rental location to only find 2 computers…they are humanless…how convenient….come to find out they wanted my credit card asap before I was told what additional charges were and why. I also noted a sign that said there would be charges of over $1000 - $2500 for a deposit. That's when I ran my $#*! out of that place and Uber myself 2 hours to my ultimate destination. I got lucky because based on the reviews on BBB they know how to rack up fakes charges….DO NOT USE THEY ARE SCAMMERS…RUN NOT WALK…

They post cheap prices to get you once you arrive to pick up your vehicle then they start to the negotiations increasing the prices with stuff that they said is mandatory..
We rented a car from Right car rentals in Crete, Greece. Me my pregnant wife and my toddler were very excited for our trip. Our flight was delayed by half an hour, we got to the car rental place at 10:20 pm and we're charged 40€ for getting there after hours. Additionally they had horrible service and were simply unkind. When we got back to return the car on the back black bumper on the car they LITERALLY made up a Dent. There was nothing there it was plastic it wouldn't have dented it would've cracked. Nothing. We were running late and had no say and we're charged an additional 200€! Do not use this company. It's not worth it.
I paid down a deposit of $45 flight was canceled was told my reservation was good till the next morning only to get there and be told I have no vehicle by someone on a tv screen, no actual people at their office now I have to try to get my $45 back.The phone numbers they sent me were useless I had to google search to find a phone number. Looked like a good deal. But: First: loooong and not easy getting to the location. No live person at the location (which I do not mind but when it came to inspect the car I was told: IT IS TOUR RESPONSIBILITY to download the pictures from this web and make sure the condition of the car you see is the same as at the downloaded pictures. NEVER was able to download it. Spend a lot of extra time doing it and then making a video of the car condition). I travel
A LOT! I rent cars ALL the time. My first impression when I came there was not a single person other then me picking up the car. Doesn't it ring the bell? And… "the cherry on the top", if you do not have your own car insurance you HAVE to buy one (and EXPENSIVE one from them. The most expensive per day I have EVER witnessed. Credit card liability and credit card is not enough. Ok. It is fine. I had FULL coverage insurance from CA. But guess what? I did not have enough amounts to cover this and that: one had to be 500,000 (I had 300,000) and something else. So, for an almost 100,000 usd Range Rover lease this insurance enough but not for this car rental. I would have left if The had time and was ready to loose the rental fee for 4 days as the insurance they were asking was probably Double of what I paid for the rent. And… the answer to everything: we had sent you terms and conditions via email and it was said there regarding insurance. Excuse me?!?! Going on vacation/visit family etc… you Don t think about hiring an attorney to precisely examine car rental terms and conditions. Anyway, horrible experience (though the person on the screen talking to me tried to assist and gave me like 20-30 % discount on the extra insurance they required and a free update… Boy, very old Toyota Corolla is and upgrade? The poor thing is at it s retiming age. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS CAR RENTAL. EVER! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF (unless you have time in your busy life to look through what they send you prior to the pick you). EVERYTHING IS HORRIBLE!
