It depends on the franchise the office belongs too. Some are legit, but there are alot that are not. The head office will then swap out the bad once. But your money is not refunded by the mother company that holds the brand. STAY AWAY or risk the 100% loss of your money. I hate the mothercompany for not standing up for their franchisees created shit.
