I pre-ordered something in May with an approximate delivery status in the beginning of July. I never received the item or any kind of update and whenever I email them they blame the vendor and basically tell me they don't know anything about it and when they do they'll send me a notification. They sent me that same email about 4 times, as a response to asking for an update. This is ridiculous. If you don't have the product or a certain day of delivery then don't put the item up for sale. I could've looked on another website to try and find it and actually receive it on time. This is something that I specifically ordered for a vacation I'm going to on this Friday, so I'm now left without options as to what to do and where to find it.
The shopping experience online is easy, fast and I love all the brands they offer. The return process is first class. Shipping label is provided and they are quick to get it processed. Thank you Revolve!

Since you have shipped with dpd and this parcel service does not deliver anything, but returns the shipment in the parcel shop without attempting to deliver, I cannot accept the goods.
I am disabled and can not go to the parcel shop to pick it up. If you continue to ship with dpd, I will no longer be able to order from your company.
I don't know whether I was expecting too much or I might have been spoiled by other brands or retailers... but this dress came inside a bag, all wrinkled... I was expecting a garment bag to say the least.
The dress and the experience felt like a robbery.
My dress came in a broken plastic bag and totally damaged with black stains. Also, they sent me the WRONG dress. I contacted customer service and Natalie was amazing! She resolved the issue immediately and made sure I received the the correct dress in a well packaged box. It also was delivered in 2 days.
As always I have a great experience with revolve and their customer service! I called customer service to generate my happy returns QR code for some items in my order but I was left content with 1/3 items for a concert outfit piece I was missing. Thanks revolve! Love you
I love shopping at revolve. The only negative is a lot of their stuff is preorder and when shopping you can't filter those off. You don't know it's preorder til you go to check out. Otherwise the clothes are great and very reasonable with returns.
This is one of the best online shopping for ladies apparel, that there is out there. For up-to-date fashion and accessories, and a lot of really wonderful casual clothing, perfect for our modern and practical lifestyle. First, the website is user friendly, you really get to see the clothing well, and get a feel for the designers they use. Only downfall, is not experiencing the true quality of the fabrics (touch is the only way), but they do their best on describing the items.
The ease of purchasing, trying on and then returning, is exceptional, and so quick. I usually hate online shopping, due to the repackaging of return items and the visit to the PO... this is all made so easy, when shopping with Revolve. Almost hassle free, which is why I shop with them, and end up buying a lot of clothing from their website. I've been a customer from the beginning, and all they constantly improve their site. Well done Revolve.
I love Revolve and have been shopping for years with them. But recently no fault of Revolve the quality and sizing of the designers are not great. I'm finding that I have to order multiple sizes and sometimes that doesn't work. Just wish the designers gave better quality. Especially to expensive items.
Just pay attention to how tall the models are in the pictures. The dress I ordered looked completely different on me (5'6") than on the 5'10" model (obviously). The material was too sheer to get it altered so I had to return it
I will NEVER order from this company again. I ordered from them back in July and they sent me the wrong item, then when I asked them to send the correct one they told me it was sold out. I asked to reimbursed and it took 4 phone calls and two months to finally get my money back. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and order again. I ordered a dress with priority 2 day shipping and it has yet to come in. A waste of my money and time.
I am in Canada and its always more money for us, when you charge taxes and duties in advance. If you could make this optional for people to chose if they want to prepay or not, that would be greatly appreciated
I placed an order and needed it next day but it wasnt set to arrive until the following week. The customer service rep helped me cancel the order and reorder a new one set for next day shipping. She was truly helpful! I got my order the next day for my event!
Love my beautiful cross necklace. Thank you for sending it and it's so shiny. I take mine off everytime I get into the shower. So it holds the shine. My sister wears hers in the shower and it's fine just not as shiny.
I tried this website cautiously by purchasing a dress on sale for about 70 USD. Of course I would not buy anything expensive on the first time, as the 1st time is a kind of a test. Revolve failed the test miserably, with the dress torn only at the 3rd wear. The material was very shabby. Was made in China (not that I mind this). The style was fine though. I think this website sells a bunch of rubbish.

A lot of branded clothes and shoes are presented here, and when I made an order of some fancy adidas runners, I found out that there was a free international shipping for orders of $100 or more. That was fascinating, the shoes came to within a quick period.
Whether I need a dress overnight, a size change, want to apply a gift card from a return order to another order - this company knows how to treat their customers. Will def continue to shop Revolve for years to come.
I love Revolve for the variety of items, easy checkout and duties already included! Arrives quickly, returns are easy and I feel as though they truly understand the importance of good customer service.
When I received this top I was so excited but when I took it out of the package it was all strangled up the strings, way to small and the quality was so cheap and thin. Sent it back for a refund. It was just thrown in a bag horrible first impression.
