Ordered from the site a couple of days ago an item that was out of stock from all the other websites. I took a chance and ordered the dress from this website and they processed the order on the same day, and I received it within 2 days via UPS! I was very suprised at the hassle free transaction after reading the negative reviews. Maybe if you live in the US this is a good website to order from.
Find about the site by chance while I was looking for a Juicy Couture track pants, it was full price and I knew there was sell at juicycouture.com, they matched the price as soon as I placed the order, and the customer service representative holed while I submitted my order, I love this site but I'll try not visit because it will make my visa suffer! For me at the end you can't beat free delivery and return, why to hesitate just send it back if you don't like it.
I used to love this store for fast delivery and easy returns. My last order, however, got lost even though UPS is showing it was Delivered/left in the mail room (there is no mail room in the building). The agent I spoke to advised me to ask my bank to refund the purchase. Very disappointed.
Bought a beautiful coach bag it was lovely quality and packaged so well! It ended up being too small for me and the return process was super easy! Revolve made it so easy to return items! I highly recommend!
Seriously I am always at ease when ordering something from them. I know everything will be perfect, products will be flawless, packaging will be great, and delivery will be fast and smooth. They are always my go to shop for anything I need, only thing missing is a larger collection.

I put in an email and text for first order for 10 percent off and then of course what I ordered wasn't eligible. Seems shady
They are extremely deceiving with their shipping. It says it will arrive in 2 days. When I called in because I didn't receive it they THEN say it will be a week. What's the point in advertising that shipping? The worst part is the customer service. They aren't willing to help or accommodate at all. They just kept telling me it's not a guarantee. But I didn't learn that until after it was ordered. Such a joke. Learn the lesson I didn't and don't shop here!
Yesterday I called because I was having problems to see my history order, for some reason I was having problems with my email. Also, one of the package came without a return ticket/receipt. Jeremy, the person who took my phone call was EXCELLENT! He was very polite, patient and knowledgeable. I mean, this is the kind of person any company in Customer's Service should have! Excellent job! I'm greatful that he took my phone call he was able to resolve the issue quickly. Excellent communication skills! Thanks again!
I purchased a swimsuit from Revolve size Small. It was sooo not true to size, that it fit more like an XXS! I only tried it on once before sending it back through the mail for a return. Well, they just emailed me to say they won't be returning the item due to the bottoms being damaged or worn. The tags and everything were still on! I'm beyond annoyed. Will not be shopping from their site again, as I find all their items ill-fitting or different than they look in the photos.
UPDATE: The customer service rep spoke to the manager and was able to get a one-time return on damaged merchandise for me. This was done without me even having to ask for it, so I have to upgrade them to four stars for handling this incident with professionalism.
My daughter ordered the wrong size and now Revolve refuses to exchange it. She purchased another in the correct size in hopes of getting this mess straightened out. Revolve won't budge and now we have two. Never again will we be using this website!

Fast and free shipping and returns, but refunds take 14 business days. I think although many companies will say it can take "up to" 14 business days for a refund, usually they refund faster, not in Revolveclothing's case.
Revolve is a fantastic website with a wide choice of brands. Easy to order, quick delivery with regular updates of where your order is in the system. If for some reason you need to return an item. It is easy to do, with easy drop off points and then a quick refund.
I've seen great hauls from revolve in you tube. Their dresses are a bit more pricy, I bought 2 dresses but ended up returning both. When I bought the dress, an email was sent to me right away. I received a tracking number right away and was notified via email when it was delivered. I had to go online to print out the return label and that itself was super easy. Once I dropped of the box at UPS, revolve immediately notified that they were aware of my return. They notified me in 2 days that they received my package and I took prob 3-4 days before the money was deposited into my account. Everything was hassle free so I'm not sure about the bad reviews...
I received my purchase and it is lovely! Unfortunately, the size was too large, so I returned it for a smaller size. The customer service rep was amazing and told me she has reserved a medium for me to be released as soon as my original purchase is returned!

My Apartment doesn't take deliveries from UPS (I don't know why). I didn't receive my shoes the first two attempts. This was very frustrating. Ended up shipping to the UPS store and picking them up from there.
Very disappointed as I've been shopping with Revolve for years now and I just recently noticed that the prices fluctuate and I'm not talking about when they're on sale.
For example. When there is a 20% sale the original price on the items go up, so which in fact you're not really getting the 20% off. And when the sale is over, the items drop in price again. Very sneaky tactic.

Bought the boots few days before christmas and it came the next week on 28th from Cali to Perth Australia. Amazed how fast the delivery was! 10 out of 10! The only downside was the packaging. Would have been nice if it was packed securely and using a sturdy box. The shoe box was partially damaged. Good thing the boots were in good condition.
The Steve Madden Boots fits perfectly fine.
This is my first time ordering from Revolve and when UPS failed to deliver my package on the day that it was guaranteed I called Revolve. They told me the only thing they could do for me was cancel the delivery and refund me. I had bought this as a gift for someone and was planning on giving it to them the day before they leave the country. The woman helping me was unsympathetic and said that they could not ask UPS to try to deliver it again and told me to call UPS to complain. This is unacceptable customer service. I will not be recommending Revolve to any of my friends in the future.
