Ordering couldn't have been easier. My purse came almost immediately. So far, so good, until I used it. The first time I used the purse the color started wearing off. I'm really disappointed in the quality of the merchandise.

So I really liked this dress and it was only in size 0 and I asked in the Live chat, which is excellent, if it will be arriving more in my size and they told that they were very sorry but those were the las ones but anyways I submit my email so I would be notified with any news about the dress. A few day later i got an email and I see that the dress is in my size, and only that size. And just i needed information about a product that appeared in an outfit but it wasn't for sale so I asked in the live chat and they didn't tell anything really important but they did say like the outfit where I saw the product I liked was a new arrival maybe it would be arriving soon, and that calmed me very much.
They are really polite but cute. I just love them.
Besides they got so many stuff of so many brands and a huge price range.

The skirt I ordered was too big. I couldn't find the order number so I called in and the customer service representative sent me a bar code to use on my return and had a new skirt sent out that I received the next day. I was blown away by the level of customer service!

Great site. Love that duties and shipping/returns are included - makes shopping enjoyable and easy for Canadians (duties and returns are usually a very costly nightmare for people living in Canada). Revolve offers a big assortment for Canada but still wish it offered ALL the same product as the USA site.

Received my Jeffrey Campbell's well packed and in a timely manner. However, the website advertises Free Shipping to Canada and I was charged a sneaky $5 surcharge. So you need to read the FINE PRINT that states there will be a $5 surcharge on shoes due to the weight. Having to pay $5 isn't considered Free Shipping now then is it? This should be stated loud and clear instead of in the FINE PRINT. Kind of sneaky if you asked me. But overall, great customer service and an equally great selection of goods.

I appreciate that the shipping was quick to Canada and the duties were included in the price of the item so there were no surprises. The reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the item that I purchased was 20% off everywhere on Black Friday except for this site (sale announced by brand)… but still had to order here to get it shipped to Canada.

I recently purchased the Diana Gown from Norma Kamali on Revolve and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The dress is stunning and is perfect for any formal occasion. The material is high quality and has a great weight to it, making it fall beautifully on the body. The silhouette is very flattering and accentuates the curves in all the right places. The only reason I am giving it a 4 out of 5 instead of a 5 out of 5 is because the sizing runs a bit small, however it is really good for its price tag.

I was looking for a specific Free People dress and found it for a redciulously good price on revolve. I was scared to buy it because the price was so good and the reviews were so bad. In the end I decided it was worth trying this site out and I am so glad I did! I got the exact dress I wanted in my size on sale and free shipping! Yes that is right! I paid less than $50 for a $150 dress and got free shipping! It arrived quickly only took 3 days and it is superb! I inspected the dress carefully and there is no flaws and it is new with tags! I am so happy I found this site! I would highly recommend!

18 days later after numerous e-mails, facebook messages and comments on REVOLVE's page which were ignored, I finally received my item.

Apparently they have switched their logistics service provider for all shipping internationally ( I live in Singapore) to some dodgy Korean logistics company - CJ Logistics.

There tracking details were a complete joke with no arrival timing. They are no reliable shipping company unlike UPS or DHL.

I will never be paying so much money for overpriced, marked-up range of cheap and poor quality clothing for exorbitant prices, abhorring customer service from several junior and experienced staff plus I nearly did not get the items I paid for!

No customer loyalty or understanding. Poor communication skills. Tried to sell me more overpriced merchandise instead of help with the issue with the first overpriced item I purchase which fit terrible and was made of poor quality material. I have never had worse customer service where I wasn't even offered an exchange. They simply refused to help. I will not be returning to spend any money with this company and be letting everyone know what a terrible experience I had with both the item purchased as well as the customer service. Terrible terrible terrible.

I have ordered sizes 31,32,33 and 34 in these shorts. I have returned tge sizes 34 and received credit for it. I also returned sizes 33 and 31. I haven't received the credit for these 2 sizes yet. I found the shorts to run big, but I do love the size 32 that I kept.

She had been wearing the dress on for an hour when the zipper broke, the dress (strapless, obviously depends on a working zipper) split open, beyond repair. She had to use five safety pins to keep it together and wear her date's jacket for the remainder of the evening. And no, the dress was not tight, on the large side, if anything. I AM BEYOND DISGUSTED! This company targets young women with cheaply made, over-priced clothing that can't make it through one night. SHOP AT WALMART, IT WILL BE BETTER QUALITY. I would have given the dress zero stars if that were an option. I will never purchase from REVOLVE again. Oh, also paid $60 to have the dress hemmed. Extra bonus for being a big enough idiot to shop at Revolve.

Website was great with lots of options. Delivery was super quick. Sadly, the items ordered did not fit right so we had to return. But would definitely shop REVOLVE again

I was interested in purchasing a sale item that was completely sold out on every site except for FWRD who only had one left in stock. I spoke to a lovely representative named Yana via live chat and email who managed to hold the item on hold for me for a whole six days which is usually unheard of with sale items. Yana was extremely pleasant to deal with and was in co stand contact during my hold period to ensure my item was secure.

FWRD also offered a price match service which helped reduce the cost of the sale item even further. I was extremely impressed by the customer service as it is so rare now a days to receive truly good service in retail. HIGHLY recommend shopping from FWRD.

Too many options. I often sign out because if you type in something specifics other choices not related to my search come up. Stop trying to sale me stuff I don't want.
