This company takes days to verify your information, they gives your personal data to companies that look at your credit and personal data. Too expensive and too much trouble to make any purchase. Not worth it! I do not recommend them. Too much problem to confirm your order and they don't respect your private information sharing to others companies.
Daughter and many of her friends ordered dresses from revolve! They are to say the least very poor quality, terrible material, and CHEAP! OVERPRICED. Thank god she's in perfect physical condition or these dresses would look horrible!
Thank you for sending me such a wonderful product. There was something a little disappointing about it. The necklace was not secured and was in a bag, so it arrived with 3 parts missing. I was sad because I was really looking forward to it. I would like it to be delivered fixed in a box. I think that way I wouldn't have ended up with a tangled necklace. It was very quick from ordering to shipping! Thanks for listening!
I'm happy with my suit. I think the price is very cheap compared to the high quality of this suit and the fact of being able to order it custom. It has great details and fits good the body, just the neck is a little loose and the glooves are not so good. However overall I would say the service was fast and good, the price is low. It doesn't disappoint.
I was surprised by how fast these earrings came. They are sturdy, yet lightweight, and they are a great statement accessory. My only complaints would be that the earrings I got came with two different types of earring backs, and the plastic part of one of the backs broke off after I took the earring off the first time. Not what I would expect given the price I paid.
DO NOT deal with this organisation. They will take your money then claim that you are not "verified" and will not allow you to verify yourself. Take your money and refuse to send the goods - how is that legal? Emails get bounced back. Disgraceful.
My experience was good. The shipping was fast and the dress is pretty good quality. I do not think my purchase was worth the price. Once I opened it I was not satisfied and knew I was going to be returning it.
I spent $450 on some common projects I purchased from Revolve. I wore them a total of three times and the stitching came apart on both shoes. I take very good care of my shoes and am not hard on them AT ALL. I currently own multiple pair of this particular brand. The revolve team did absolutely nothing to help me and told me I was outta luck on getting a credit or my money back. This is the worse experience I've ever had with a website and I would highly recommend NOT SHOP WITH THEM! I am currently reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and will continue to spread awareness! Don't let them take advantage of you! Horrible business!
I have ordered thousands of dollars in merchandise from Revolve and returned only what was the wrong size or most of the time unfortunately was deceived and the color was off, stitching loose, cheap quality and every time I took the time to mark why I was returning. Now, they sent me a letter not even on company letter head as if I've been "served" saying thank you for your business, but we really don't know if your wearing and returning, so now you don't get free returns, BUT after you spend a couple thousand then we will reevaluate you. Absolutely a scam and will go under. Bloggers get the items for free so if enough people say enough then Revolve will have to evolve!
If you are not satisfied with the purchase and think that return will be easy and smooth, you are wrong, its like playing roulette!
The return process can go unexpected, first of all they can claim that you have returned clothes which were previously used, even if you have not even tried them on and it has all the tags attached.
The second thing they also like to do is to ship clothes which were previously worm by revolve bloggers /staff and then its a big surprise for you, why did I receive used item? All stretched out without tags? And they will not aprove you for a refund either just because there is no tags. And its on you! So beware! Think twice!
The best way is to go to their web to get inspired and then to shop from the ORIGINAL designer website. GOOD LUCK!

I ordered this sweater as suggested by my stylist with Allume. It was too big, so I must return it for a smaller size. But I do love the quality of the top. I also really love the return policy - so easy! Thank you! It did take awhile to receive it - but actually, it was the first of the Allume orders to arrive. I'm still waiting on the others. So yay for Revolve!
I placed a high dollar order and was sent an email to "verify" my identity and said someone would call me... well when no one called me I called them... took 3 attempts for someone to even answer the phone but on the 3rd attempt after being on hold for 15 or so minutes I was asked a series of extremely personal questions such as the what kind of car I drove and the last 4 of my SSN as well as my date of birth! Seriously! This is an unreasonable request to make of a customer just trying to order some dresses for a vacation! And when I complained about this I was asked "Do you want to cancel the order then?" and when I asked if anyone else was available to speak with I was told "they are just going to tell you the same thing" there is not even a modicum of service and I absolutely will not order from here again. Will spend my money at stores that treat their customers with respect.

The quality of the products is excellent and the prices are reasonable. The shipping is fast and free, and the returns are easy and hassle-free. The customer service is also very helpful and friendly. REVOLVE is a reliable and trustworthy site that I highly recommend.
I ordered the Samba long silk dress in a size small (based on the model specs) and while it was beautiful it was a smidge too short. So I then ordered the medium and it fit like a dream! Such a gorgeous but wispy dress. I then proceeded to send the small back but in the wrong return bag. The customer service rep helped me untangle the mess and get my refund in less than an hour.
I've have been online shopping for years and revolve has the worst customer service by far. Bought a Mara Hoffman swimsuit from then for over 300usd and the colour ran when I wore it to swim for the first time. Couldn't believe such an expensive swimsuit could be of such poor quality or the item was defective. I wrote to revolve to ask for an exchange or refund on the item and they refused to do anything about it, saying it was over the number of days it could be returned. Beware that revolve sells defective products.
I was OVERLY SUPER EXCITED to receive this order and spent over $1500 because they do have such super cute clothing in all 1 place! I get an email saying it's on hold and then a call saying they need me to verify I made this purchase. Okay then and next thing I know they are asking a question regarding the last 4 digits of my social. And then tell me they need to pass my answers on to the "risk management team" to see if the hold will be taken off or I need to verify who I am more with more questions while I get accosted by the representative with an abrasive tone and saying "this is policy". Such a shame because the clothes are cute and good return and shipping policy, but not going to put my money where I need to give my most personal information just to confirm I made the purchase on my card and be questioned of my dignity and identity. Also, how do you have secure info from Experian? No customer service and completely unprofessional

My account with Revolve was was repeatedly hacked into. A person tried using my store credit several times at FRWD. They changed my name and shipping address in my Revolve account. I reported the issue three times until I finally got someone who was willing to help me fix it and help me use the store credit to resolve the problem.
Not going to lie it takes a lot for me to be upset, but your corporation failed huge. I paid over 600$ to have a dress thrown in a box in the flimsiest plastic wrapping there was nothing to say where this product was from. I order a lottttt online and you guys come on if I could have given you negative stars I would have. Iam on the fence if il ever order from you again
I splurged during the beauty sale and was able tp pick up several Oribe products. I love that they had everything I was looking for and more. I found a few things I didn't even know I needed (wanted).
