DO NOT USE RESERVATIONS.COM! UNLIKE MOST RESERVATION SITES, NO PRICE GUARANTEE IS OFFERED. TAXES AND FEES CHARGED BY HOTELS.COM WERE $100 LESS THAN ON RESERVATIONS.COM. I CALLED IMMEDIATELY AND WAS TOLD, SORRY, THERE IS NO PRICE GUARANTEE. WITH SO MANY OTHER SITES OUT THERE THAT DO MATCH OFFERS, WHY USE RESERVATIONS.COM? ALSO BEWARE OF THE MISLEADING WEB ADDRESS. I MISTAKENLY BELIEVED THAT I WAS CONTACTING THE HOTEL DIRECTLY, SINCE THE HOTEL'S NAME WAS THE FIRST PART OF THE WEB ADDRESS. THE LAST PART, HOWEVER, WAS RESERVATIONS.COM, WHICH IS THE COMPANY THAT WILL HANDLE YOUR RESERVATION. NO REASON TO MAKE ANY RESERVATIONS THROUGH THEM. BUYER BEWARE OF COURSE, BUT WHEN MANY COMPANIES ARE PROFITABLE HONESTLY, WHY PATRONAGE BUSINESSES THAT OPERATE ON THE MARGIN?
DO NOT USE http://www.reservations.com, I made a reservation and they charged my card the full amount of the room and an $80 additional charges, not sure what those charges were! Then I cancelled the reservation and they kept $14.99 for as cancellation fee. They are a rip off, do not user them!
Reserved a hotel room but when I went ot check into the room they had already charged my credit card for the room and refused to change the charges and wanted me to pay a fee for putting the charges on a cooperate card. I had not even checked into the room yet and they had already charge for the room. The web site is a scam sight not connected with the hotel at all but when i went to the hotel web site that is were I reserve the room it was a fake site made to look like the real site. When I called the number for the site is was a company based in India not american based company
