Yes, this company charges a fee, which it will not refund even if you cancel your reservation within minutes!

I don't work for these people; however, I have learned the hard way that they do charge a fee. They charged me $20... twice in a row. Never warned me or gave me a chance to review the charges... just charged an extra $40 and when I immediately asked for a refund, was treated very badly!

Yes, $19.99 that they state is non-refundable. Decline the charge through your credit card company if you mistakenly book through this site.

$19.99CDN for a reservation they didn't make (no room available when I got the hotel). They assured me a refund over the phone and then emailed saying no refund.

I tried to cancel my reservation within minutes and they refused. They are bad news! And they charge a $14.95 fee.

They charged me $19.99 service fee. I called within a minute to cancel and they wouldn't refund the service fee. I stayed on the line to talk to the manager and was told I'd be refunded the service fee (we'll see) if I kept the reservation. I was overcharged on taxes and fees and then found out the room I reserved was not available when I called the hotel directly. Something needs to be done about this company!
