Write a letter of complaint to the US Department Justice or nothing will be done to have these crooks investigated.

Re: Internet SCAM

Also complete the complaint form for the State of Florida Attorney General's Office on-line. If victims of this SCAM don't send a complaint to the US Dept. Of Justice, or to the State of Florida Attorney General's Office, then all of the complaining on review sites will amount to nothing. As far as law enforcement agencies are concerned, if they don't get a complaint, there is no victim and no crime.

HOW can the complaints to State & Federal Bureaus dated 2 or more years ago not have closed these guys down by now!

Surely all the Dept's need to do is to refer to Sitejabber and several other web sites to see what's going on!

I believe they are in cahoots with Priceline. Went to hotel web site & checked prices on a four night stay. Only one more room available & a narrow window of opportunity ticking away on countdown timer. Accepting the deal somehow with reservations.reservations.com. Then arrive at hotel and getting charged a corporate rate by mistake. Checked my account to find two charges concerning the room. They fixed me right up by refunding me that sweet corporate rate and sticking me with this special last min deal which was $73 more than the corporate rate. If I canceled, I must be charged the amount of one night stay (non-corporate rate) plus $14 for all that customer service they could provide to ensure a fair deal for this individual trying to minimize expenses and was sold on idea of a discount rate on a budget hotel price.
