Very very poor services. Ridiculous charges for any change request. No response to any detail requested.
Bought a ticket for AED 500, wanted to change date... the difference in the price of new and old ticket is AED 200. Rehlat ask me to pay AED 960. No response whatsoever to my several request asking details of AED 960.

They never responds to mails. Requested for a cancellation before 2 days and there is no response from their side. Even though they claims to be 24/7 customer service you will be lucky if someone picks when you call the customer care. Think twice before booking at Rehlat.

At first they will inform you that the ticket is confirmed but after they got the money they will tell you that the ticket is still unconfirmed from the airline. Then you have to wait for 3 to 4 working days to get the refund. They are really fraud. I have to keep calling them until now they did not refund my money back to my account. Rehalt stealing my money and refuse to refund me for flight canceled by airlines
I bought a ticket through Rehalt web site and suddenly the airlines cancelled the flight
I bought another ticket and when I contact rehlat they told me to wait for refund
I wait for more than three months with no clear replay
Every time they ask me to wait and finale they told me they will not refund me because the airlines not refund them!
This is stubbed ever answer?!

I booked my ticket through Rehlat and the transaction went smooth. Upon trying to check-in, the airline told me that there was no ticket issued. After calling Rehlat, they stopped answering their phone and e-mails.
I am now left without a flight despite paying for the flights. They are scammers and are very unprofessional. I genuinely believe this is a group of scammers, not a legitimate business. And even if it is legitimate, it is highly incompetent and has serious issues to the point of not being able to provide a service (despite stealing the customers money)
Stay away! I even paid for an additional fee for online check-in (how ironic).
This was especially disappointing as its my first vacation in a year and first time to see my family in 2 years. Because of this, I was unable to fly and unable to afford another ticket home.

I had booked a ticket from Rehlat for my wife & kid to travel from Kuwait to Mumbai on Jet Airways. Unfortunately the airlines stopped service and suspended their flight operations as informed to me by Rehlat via email on 18th April. They had also attached a circular from Jet Airways mentioned the same and that the ticket amount will be fully refunded.
I have been following up with Rehlat via email and on call for the last 2 months and still have not received the refund.
Now in their last email they are telling to wait 15 more days since the refund would be normally processed in 45-50 days. They have mentioned the refund process start date as 23rd May even though its very clear that the refund process should have started on 18th April.
I don't believe that the Airlines is delaying the refund since i know of friends who had booked through other travels agents for the same flight and they all already got their money back!
Rehlat is on purpose delaying the refund which is blatant fraud!

I have booked tickets from rehlat.com on 12/06/2019 and the amount has been debited at the same time. I got the confirmed ticket within a couple of minutes.
Today i got a message and email mentioning that ticket confirmation is pending, do not rebook.
Once i called customer care in the early morning they said the problem with AIRINDIA flight there is a chance to cancel.the travel consultant operations will be contacted.
After some time i got a mail that i need to pay another 130 AED more for the confirmation of the ticket.
When i called the customer care one lady name ms. Gina informed like if you don't want just cancel it will take another one week to credit back orelse pay 130 AED more.
In the last moment they are trying to loot us. this is the first and last time with this cheaters.

I booked a ticket and was charge on my debit card. I was informed that ticket number will be sent to me in 5 hours, which is not normal compare to other booking engines (eg. Cleartrip, tajawal) where you can get your e-ticket number right away. I called them after 12 hours and got surprised that the ticket is not issued due to technical glitch. They reveresed my payment but unfortunately the bank has not release it yet, i need to wait 7 days before they release my money back. What a waste of time using Rehlat. My first and last with them.

I booked a flight on their website. It was nearly 12 hours before they contacted me saying the flight was full, there are no seats, we will refund your money within 1 week. It took them a few seconds to take my money but it they need one week to give it back. PLEASE RUN AWAY FROM THEM.
