My ticket has my First Name: AAA - While my passport name has my First Name: AAA BBB. My request is simply to amend my name in the ticket and make it AAA BBB (same as my name in my passport). My middle name and last name is okay. My only concern is my first name.
Rehlat refused, they have all the reason in the world because what they wanted is for me to cancel my ticket and pay 131.49 USD, like wtf right? Even the airline itself told me my request is possible because its just an amendment of my first name. Airlines policy is that Rehlat should be the one to send them a request since I booked it through them (my biggest mistake for trusting Rehlat). I can't even talk to a customer service who's professional enough to handle my concern. My calls had been rerouted from UEA to Egypt and still no one was able to help me.
So never trust Rehlat! They will be your worst nightmare!

I have seen a lot of negative reviews about Rehlat. I have used them to book a flight for the 1st time and have been pleased with the response and the service.
The travel agency is a cut throat business and before booking I suggest everyone reads the Ts and Cs carefully. It is more difficult to process a refund or a cancellation through an agency. The agency will offer you extra expenses to cover these eventualities. If you decide not to take them then you cannot expect the refund or cancellation. If you book directly with the airline or hotel you will get a better cancellation or refund service BUT you will pay for it at the outset. Understand that cheaper prices come with less frills and extras. There's no magic formula. You pay your price and you take your risk.
Good work Rehlat, a simple easy to understand bookign process with no hidden extras. (well not really really hidden)

I made a terrible mistake of using rehlat for booking my air tickets thru Rehlat. I was supposed to fly from Abu Dhabi to Mumbai thru' Jet Airways. As the airline has suspended operations indefinitely, I had to book my tickets on another airline which was way more expensive. Inspite of repeated followups, I have not yet received any refund from Rehlat. There is no definitive response and their response is vague.
No refund in sight.

This is the worst hotel booking experience we have ever had! We booked a family room for five persons three adults and two children in Sea life hotel antalya. We called the hotel two days before the flight to make sure they got our reservation and we sent an email to make sure everything went correctly as our flight arrives at 1:40 am and we're really tired. Unfortunately the hotel didn't reply to the email and we had the confirmed reservation from rehalat.
Arrived to the hotel last night to find the reservation in a standard not family room only enough for three persons!
No ither rooms were available and they had no idea that there are two children even though we mentioned their age on rehlat!
We ended staying awake all night for the kids to sleep.
Now we have to pay more to upgrade our room into family room!

Totally Irresponsible travel agency that you can ever partner with. No responsibility on your bookings if there is any flight cancellation, no proper feedback on emails.
