Since 2019 I bought a ticket ( Booking ID: *******), paid 1800 AED and still waiting my refund. Contacted them over hundred times barking like a dog and every time i get the same answer ' someone will contact you within 24 hours' like if it's their automatic reply. Not mentioning my several emails without any solution, I reached a level that I memorize all their ticketing team names! All what i get us promises! Just give people their rights! Even their executive team just sitting and warming the chairs do nothing after my several complaints got escalated to them.
Only solution left is to take legal action and complain to tourism department to interfere and return people rights!

I called the customer service, received an email from Rehlat but was telling me to ads an amount where in fact this virus is not my fault. The worst experience ever booking with Rehlat Ref No. ******* Sent an email regarding my flight cancellation due to the Covid-19 since I can't travel back to my country then they tell me my tickets is Non refundable of which it's contrary to what the ticket says even after attaching a letter from my country as proof I can't travel. No apologies about it either. Then I tell them to change to a later date, which their response is I should pay extra for date change which is almost double the flight booking. Even after I checked in their website the price is the same as my previous booking.
Am so disappointed and would never recommend anyone to book with Rehlat either.

I was in Oman and I just started to book air tickets for my friends and their families as I was really crazy about online stuff,, so when I got Rehlat and start my bookings with them national and international both I always got low fares and best services from them,, some times there were some problems but I always got the right and fast solution from rehlat team, even there tweeter handle also very nice and caring for the costumers,, now it's been more than 6 years I am booking with them,, even I am in india now,, but still going on. I am not an agent or travel guide but I di that stuff for my friends free of cost bcoz internet stuff is my madness,, thanks to rehlat team.

The pathetic and reckless service i get ever from rehlat.
I booked my ticket from kuwait to kolkata and flight rescheduled, Icalled to customer care and ask for support to reduce my travel time. In Starting of convesation the told me to contact to airline company diractly then i contact with airline company, the airline company from india to told me to contact with rehlat. After sending mail and mail once again they are letting me to contact airline company again, i am feel like pendulam, everyone says its not his lookout so who will take care of customers. I booked my ticket from rehlat site so with whom i have to contact.
They are making us fool only, i have no choice but they dont deserve 1 star

I had the worst experience with Rehlat recently. I have booked the ticket from Rehlat from Dubai to Karachi. Due to some emergency I had to change the returned date but Rehlat website was not working in Pakistan and it was blocked by Rehlat. I had spent enormous amount of money to call from Pakistan to Dubai as they were not picking the calls. To my surprise, they sent me only one option by email after 24 hours for available flight which was very expensive.
I have called them again but again they sent me much more expensive one option. I had no choice to select first option and to my surprise they send me the payment link which was not working in Pakistan as their website was blocked by them which I already mentioned to their call center several times.
I contacted my friend and he someone setup VPN to make the payment link available. Finally, I made the payment.
Also Rehlat is showing different prices and upon checkout they charge much more. They reward system is just a SCAM as you cannot redeem all your points.
This was the worst experience I ever had and I don't recommend Rehlat at all. It is much better to directly book from Emirates or Airline website directly.

Our website is blocked in some countries due to security reasons. We understand you had an emergency but we cannot make it accessible.
We asked for Documents from you to verify, which you refused to provide. Due to this reason, there was a delay, not because of us.
And as for the fares quoted, we only quote the price offered by the airlines. You can cross check with them anytime.
And yes, you can book from the Airline directly but everyone prefers travel agencies as we offer the cheapest fares and better services.
We know that there may be issues which is why Customer Satisfaction is given the top priority here at Rehlat. But the customer also needs to understand that there are certain rules to be followed and we will have to compromise and accept the resolution.

I have booked my tickets to India for an emergency trip and I was expecting the flight rate will be more than AED 2000/- but i was surprised to see the rates on Rehlat's website and the customer service team was very helpful especially Mr Pradeep Pandey, he helped me find a trip with emirates airline in just AED 1417/- that was unexpected.

Rehlat's team got in touch with me and resolved the matter. They also refunded the price difference in the flight booking that I had incurred.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
I booked my flight from Dubai to Prague through rehlat. Upon checking directly with the airlines, I was informed that the ticket has not yet been issued. After calling and inquiring with rehlat's team, I was informed that I will receive the confirmed ticket within a few hours.
Same evening, I receive an email stating that they have received my payment but have been unable to book the ticket and to wait a little longer for the ticket to be processed/issued.
The next day morning, I receive an email stating that "as per *my* request" the ticket has been cancelled.
Uh, the audacity! It is one thing for a company to not be good at what they do, but it is a whole new level to just bluntly blame it on the customer.
The ticket was paid for by my company and naturally, having an email stating that the ticket was cancelled as per "my" request, did not make things easy for me.
Upon contacting the call center number, the customer representative insisted that the ticket cancellation was done as per my request. Every time i called and asked them to transfer me to the supervisor, the CR just refused and kept me on hold for 20-30 minutes just to say that the supervisor would call me after an hour. I had to wait for 12+ hours and call more than 10 times to speak to the supervisor - Mr. Mahmoud.
Oh and was he of any help? Absolutely not. He did the same thing. Just told me he would check with his back end team and call me back. I am still waiting.
So here is a warning for all of you wanting to book a ticket through rehlat - beware! They might just take your money and not issue a ticket to you and then blame it on you later on (so they don't have to pay the price difference i guess). Definitely not the hassle one would want to go through if it is a last minute booking.

I booked two tickets of jetairways to travel in June. Flight got cancelled and alternatively i booked seat through another airline. Even after a lapse of seven months I am not able to get my refund. The customer support is giving excuses that refund has not come. I will not advise anyone to buy through rehlat site as they easily wash their hands.

I trusted Rehlat and usually recommended friends to use their services because of the Karam and other offers. Till 17th September, 2019 when everything turned to be nightmare.
I booked a flight from Kochi to Dubai where my account was debited and didn't receive the flight ticket. When I raised the complaint, they sent an email that the transaction was unsuccessful and I should check with my bank regarding the payment. I decided to book the same flight, and they sent me a Flight Ticket with only the Booking ID, without the Ticket Number. At the checkin, the Ticket was rejected and I was requested to call back Rehlat to ask for the Ticket Number. I did so, till a Gentleman promised to send me an updated ticket as soon as possible. Within few minutes, i received a flight ticket with the Ticket ID, but the ticket mentions the same time when the first transaction was made. Literally the same time. I called the Customer Support Team, and chose to be supported in English, and always the lady that picked up seems to be speaking the language for the first time. I have sent a bunch of emails to Rehlat with lots of screenshots to prove that I was double charged for the same flight and no one is looking into the issue, neither am I receiving either the first or the last payment. Both Tickets were refundable, so I decided to totally cancel the flight as it was just a return ticket and has 3 months prior to it's departure, Rehlat team says they can't give me full refund, yet the flight fare I paid included Refund Protection service charge. (Whatsoever).
Am warning travelers and whoever that reads this before booking their flights, this is the worst online agency so far. Please better choose something else. Now I have a job of telling all my friends and family members that I recommended to Rehlat to stop using their services. I have already opened a case at the Dubai Airport Police Department since they made me miss my flight to Muscat just because I had to deal with their Unprofessional lady staff with a name that sounded like "Madina"

I's a business class ticket very expensive and I'm flying tomorrow and they don't care if I'm losing business by not flying as i don't have enough money now to book another ticket while they reply me by next week.
