Once you booked and paid you can no longer expect customer service after sales. They will reply to your email with a bot and promise to get back to you within 24 hours but you will wait for the rest of your life for nothing. 20+ emails I've sent none of them get an answer. I ended up contacting Singapore Airlines Head Office to escalate the issue and report them and that's how I got my refund from them. Please do not book from this site and don't waste your money and time.
We booked 2 nights in Kempinski Bali in October 2023 (700$). When we arrived, the hotel informed us that our agent (Rehlat) cancelled the reservations, we were left to are-book again with 1000$. And we never got our refund from Rehlat till now! We keep on contacting them via email, Instagram, ticket, but nothing. They won't even refund us the 700$ that we paid them! Do not use them, it is a scam, we are truing to take legal actions. They don't even bother t respond!

Not even worth one star. They just take booking for money and they dont even give you the service. You call the customer care. They just drop the call. Worst people. I Lost 3600 AED with no service. They just eat your money. They promised to give the refund and stop responding.

There seems to be theme with this company. They cancel the booking and will ask you to rebook at a higher price. When you refuse, they will offer a refund. Like many, I have been waiting almost a year for the refund. They always write the same reply "Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. This is to inform our finance department is working on the request and the refund receipt will be shared very shortly."

Scammers whenever I call to get a refund they say ok we will contact the specialized team and you will get a answer in 24h... today is the 8th time I call them and they say the same thing and I sent tens of emails... avoid them at any cost they cancelled the flight last minute... first of all they said we will deduct 250 SAR for admin fees then a month later they said we will deduct 650 SAR and i have attached the emails
You book at low rate, then they won't issue the ticket on spot but after couple of hours will ask you a fake question to delay issue the ticket, then say sorry you have to pay an additional fee 9 BHD per person as the rate increased… and finally wait three months to get your money back…

I booked two nights in a hotel in Rio and then canceled the reservation having the right to a full refund...they are absurd thieves! Meanwhile the cancellation section wasn't working on the site and I had to do everything via email, since November 28th I've already sent 10 emails and called twice they always reply to wait because they have problems making refund payments etc. (copy paste message). THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND ABSURD THIEVES! ABSOLUTELY AVOID THEM! I'm proceeding with the complaint and what they deserve!

I have bought 1 tickets and it was canceled by Rehlat and befor 3months I have not received the refund and eveytime you asked they said " we are having a technical problem web, please call on 1 hour" that's fraud. I believe the bast way to solve this issue is to report in the your local bank and center bank and that what I did even thought they said it would take 24 hrs but report it.
