I just wanted to say that everything was perfect, i ordered a pair of shoes (Philippe Model) on wednesday morning and i have received it on thursday afternoon.
I also called on wednesday the customer service for a question, after few calls, an employee responded to my demand very kindly.

My experience is based on 4 orders delivered within 2 months, 1 order is still in process. So it is very good. Free DHL EXPRESS delivery if a purchase is over 190$, easy tracking, customer service response within 24 hours, money are returned with no problems. I really appreciate that, currently I am in China and I don't know any so customer friendly network. Yes, sometimes items are out of stock and instead of 2 business days I waited 7, but with a delivery and return service- I can deal with that. I shop a lot and all networks have the same issues. All, but not all of them are so responsive and easy with orders and returns. Thank you!
I spent over $700 dollars on ties but only after placing my order did I think to read some reviews. After reading the poor reviews on this site I was worried I had just thrown away my money... 4 days later my beautiful ties showed up original packaging. In short I had an excellent experience and will be ordering more soon.

The best site to buy premium brand products. Very honest regarding the payments and refunds. Fast shipping with good packing. Good communication via email. But one suggestion to u is that remove the universal size clothes.

I prefer to shop online but it is the first time that I am writing a review. I just want to say that after I ordered my bag I started to read all the negative comments and I tried to call them to make sure that everything is ok, without any success. I was disappointed but in less than 30 hours I received my bag at home without any issues, the product is not fake and got it so quickly!
I shopped here twice and shipping time was really long. My first shop was 3 Emporio Armani t-shirt and it took approximately 4 weeks for me to have the products. After that again i bought 1 Emporio Armani and couldn't get it. The reason was rather shipping or customs duty. It was a cheap one so i didn't really care but now i have some expensive stuff to buy from Raffaello Network but im scared to shop because of my second shopping experience about this website.
I ordered a givenchy t shirt and a jacket on Sunday. Got both items today so delivery was very quick and I am pleased. However the givenchy t shirt I ordered was not the correct one. There were two styles one was oversized and one was regular fit. I ordered the regular fit but was sent the oversized one therefore I am in the process of returning this particular t shirt for the one I originally ordered. However I am happy with the jacket.

When I was trying to place my order then they would reply in a day and now when I asked them to cancel my order. They donot cancel it... even after me sending thm a million mails about cancellation. I had to contact fedex to cancel my order. These scammers have such nerves that they blocked my email address. I can clearly see they donot intend on returning my 25k back. Plz donot buy from these $#*!ty people. They wont return ur money if you cancel the order.
I ordered a pair shoes from this website, i received an email letter which asks to change payment method, then this afternoon i called the customer service Uk, i supplied my order number, then he told me they did not send me any Emails. Also, i sent 3 email letters to the customer service, they have not reply me till now. So now im still not sure if the shoes has already paid or not. Horrible website and the they are fairly rude when they are in the chat. I purchased a Gucci handbag and the next day they said it was no longer available! So why they don't update their system before advertising! I used to buy from they and always had issues. Well I am sick of it now! I rather buy from Net a Porter or from the designer straight away and pay more than having a poor customer service! If they can afford losing business!
I made an order the last 23 of November of 2018, and never receive anything. I have tried to communicate with all the phone numbers available in the website and in any of them the phone is answered. They basically stole my money and now they don´t answer. It seems like this is a ghost company made to rob people.
Great experience as I ordered goods and the package arrived next day. I was so surprised, especially, it was just before Christmas and package travelled from Italy to Czech republic.
Also the communication via email was fast and helpful. I paid to delivery company when receiving goods, no need to pay by c/card ahead which suited me as ordering for the first time via this website. I do not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

I bought 3 ties on Raffaello network.
1. Church's tie. It had a black spot on its bottom and it's terribly creased.
2. Missoni. The tie has a defect on the fabric
3. Reffaelo tie is sooo wide. I cannot wear it.
I ordered a pair of size 9 Hogan shoes for a Christmas gift. Shipment arrives and it's a completely different style and it's a size 11! Can't get an exchange because the shoes I want is now out of stock. I asked for all my money back including the shipping fee because it's their fault for sending me the wrong item. Call centre agent says only the amount of the shoes will be refunded. I am still waiting for a response to my follow up e-mail. Absolutely rubbish!

Don't buy anything from this website. Two business days is just bull $#*!. I was waiting more than that time and asked them if you don't have stock, then i will cancel my order. Then they just cancel my order without my confirmation. The worst online shopping site ever. Don't buy anything. You might have to wait at least one month or a year.

I ordered a Ferragamo tie before Christmas and it was lost in the post by DHL. I have been in contact with the team a number of times regarding a refund and have heard nothing back. Now when I call it constantly says the number is engaged?
This is appalling customer service! I want someone to get back to me immediately to confirm that my refund has been processes and give me a date for when I can expect refund payment to arrive.

I ordered 2 Gucci handbags from this site one of them got cancelled as it went out of stock And I received the other one within 15 days of time as I stay in India. The site is 100%authentic loved the bag. It's just the customer service that is really slow they take a long time to confirm the order and reply back to your emails.

Ordered 4 items Dolce& Gabbana underwear. Almost immediately had a phone call to check size and colour. I tracked the package easily... Genoa to Heathrow to Melbourne, Australia. Ordered on a Thursday and the parcel was at my door on the following Tuesday morning and this included Easter so amazing service. As was the quality of the goods. A sensational transaction!
