I like Topshop style, however, it's not the only one on the market. Considering the service one can find better options to spend money. I haven't received my Order despite the missing of the deadline and send an ENQUIRY every day. Nobody replies. So I don't know where my order is and whether I will ever get it. Still trying. Terrible service

I should rate it a zero. Rude customer service, telephone line is impossible to reach for hours, dirty stores; deliveries are late FOR DAYS without explanation and apologies; wrong deliveries are common; rotten veggies and fruits are delivered often etc.

Impossible. While more than 90% of Chinese people are holdres of China Union Pay, and foreigners almost can't get a credit card there, Shobop doesn't accept this kind of payment nor PayPal. Shame

I can't imagine how anyone can order anything at China website. Prices are rediculous. They are already higher than on other J.C. websites plus taxes, customs fees etc. I understand, most of networks consider taxes as a customer responsibility which is fine with me. I don't understand how other networks have way lower taxes for China (e.g. outnet.com) or pay taxes themselves (e.g. raffaello-network) . Upon check in the final price is almost double. No promotion for China usually. Things of 2 years ago collection are still on sale for the same prices...Apparantly, J.C. Is not interested 8n this country.

My experience is based on 4 orders delivered within 2 months, 1 order is still in process. So it is very good. Free DHL EXPRESS delivery if a purchase is over 190$, easy tracking, customer service response within 24 hours, money are returned with no problems. I really appreciate that, currently I am in China and I don't know any so customer friendly network. Yes, sometimes items are out of stock and instead of 2 business days I waited 7, but with a delivery and return service- I can deal with that. I shop a lot and all networks have the same issues. All, but not all of them are so responsive and easy with orders and returns. Thank you!
