Hey you all potential customers. I just ordered a Moncler Suit for my son. Everything arrived as expected. Fantastic service although don't expect an email to your questions straight away. Also the phone numbers often ring out but if you keep trying during their working hours you will be able to speak to a person. Great first time experience. Highly recommended.

Just cancelled order for Gucci shoes at Raffaello Nettwork.
I urge everybody that intends to purchase from this site, to use Paypal.
They're quick to take your payment (instantly) but very slow to give you a response.
My email confirmation of purchase was issued 24 hrs after and my shipping date took a further 5 days respectively.
This made myself anxious.
I cannot comment on the content of the goods, but they're customer service needs some help.
In contrast, "YOOX" is way better regarding the delivery of communication.
Praise to Paypal, as their customer service stated, whatever happens regarding the status of your refund you're guaranteed to be fully reimbursed within 11 days.

We are sorry for John D's disappointment but we wish to specify several details that haven't been mentioned. The order had been delayed because we noticed when we received the order that no phone number had been provided. Because phone number is essential for the success of the delivery we blocked the order and asked him to provide the number. He called us to provide it a couple of days later. It then took 48 hours for the order to be processed and shipped. The day we sent the order, John D contacted us to cancel, we therefore blocked the shipment with Fedex and refunded the payment on Paypal. Like we said to John during our phone conversation, we hope that next time things will be smoother and there won't be communication issues. We think that both sides have made their mistakes this time. The order would have been processed much faster if customer would have provided his complete data.

I ordered one Gucci bag on Nov 23, the status is always "Items are arriving from one of our warehouses or partner boutiques". I keep sending emails to their mailbox but got no reply at all. After I reviewing all the bad comments on this webist, I felt a little bit worried if I was cheated. Could you pls helping check my order, is it ready or run out of stock? Worst company ever
December 27, 2017

I bought a Fendi slip on, they charged my credit card and now I can´t even open "my orders" tab on the website cause it doenst work, neither received any email confirming the order, now Im trying to get in contact with them but not getting any response. This thing coast me 490 E. I want my money back!

I was skeptical due to numerous poor reviews, however I was extremely satisfied with my experience. I ordered a Moncler polo shirt, which arrived 5 days later from Italy. It is 100% authentic, correct color and size.

Excellent Service

Bought a pair of Guiseppe Zanouti men's trainers. They were cheaper here than buying them from Harrods! I bought them from here on impulse because it was good value but after having read the reviews I was then dubious of the website wondering if I had been duped into giving them my money! However I had no reason to worry as I was emailed with advice of shipping with a tracking number after a few days and the shoes arrived in good condition brand new in the original box and shoe bags! Thank you very much Raffaello Network! Will definitely buy from you again as your reductions on designer gear are excellent

Over the past 3-4 years i have placed a total of around 8 order with Raffaello Network. Out of them 8 order, 7 have been cancelled due to items not being available and on the one occasion i did receive my order, the wrong item was sent. Absolutely disgusting service and attitude displayed by staff (Dawn Mewis in particular) who are not even willing to provide any assistance or explanation.

Great service.

Read some reviews most being bad about this site but decided to order anyway because most reasons for bad service can't be helped. Placed my order for three tops on the 27th June and they arrived 4th July only 8 days and all perfect condition and genuine. Delivery was good too as you get a text when to expect delivery thank you I would order again An would tell anyone else too

I love Prada purses, but aside from what is available at the department-store websites like Saks 5th Ave and Bergdorf Goodman's, it's hard to find a really good website that shows a big selection of Prada purses. Then I found this website. The merchandise is authentic, and they have a huge selection of designer goods: purses, accessories, shoes, lingerie, men's items, clothing, etc. All by famous designers. What's nice is that it appears that many of the items are not sold in the U.S. market, so you get a much broader selection. I bought two Ferragamo purses from this website, and they were both authentic. Serial numbers and everything. It's high-end stuff, so be prepared to be shocked by the prices. But it's the best "windows shopping" fun you will ever have on the internet! Well, to me, at least.

Just had an amazing experience with Rafaello. I ordered my clothes, it came fast, I loved it. A couple of items didn't fit me, so I DHL'ed them back to Rafaello. Money refunded in 2 days no questions asked :) You guys are awesome. Someone knows how to run a business!

I ordered a pair of Hogan sneakers. Within 3 days of ordering, they arrived at my door. They are authentic, and not available anywhere else.
This was great service. No overcharges or anything.
I will be using this website again.

I ordered some Gucci loafers and then noted the design in the picture (seams in wrong place) was not consistent with the actual shoe and cancelled the order. As someone else previously noted on Raffaello reviews (his card was hacked after his order) I found that after placing my order, my credit card had a charge from France and then multiple unauthorized charges. My credit card company is currently investigating the matter. I would be very wary about ever doing business with this company.

I was extremely happy when the two items i ordered being a kenzo jumper and ralph polo came under two days flat! Reading the reviews to this website scared me a little but having experience with my self honestly would love to order again from this website again! Brilliant experience!

Extremely bad service
January 8, 2016

I bought a pair of designer shoes from this site and received them within five working days. Not only is the product clearly fake - NOT leather, the labels are wonky and clearly glued on, and no certificate, I cannot get to the online returns form as when I click on the link there is an error and it goes through to a "cannot connect to database" page!
I am fuming right now and if I can't get through to the customer helpline to return these shoes I will be reporting this as a fraudulent website!

Just to update - I did manage to return these shoes and received a refund of £126.00 (having paid £141.00 for the shoes plus a few pounds extra for delivery. All in all a relatively decent returns procedure once I had managed to access the returns page.

Very disappointing online store, I have purchased Italian outfit which was priced $336 and they have charged me additional $88 for no reason and plus $13 for international transaction and with no extra notices! Thanks to the bank representatives, who called me to check those transactions. I have disputed the charges! Do the same if you have the same situation! I've tried to call R-N office, they don't dare to answer any call, neither you'll get any reply to your e-mail... Avoid this store! I have 3-years everyday online shopping experience and that was one of the worst! It is the same scam store as Farfatch, AVOID THEM!

Superb

Was very sceptical after all the reviews... however found a stone island jumper (the only present my son really wanted for xmas) that was out of stock everywhere in the UK! It was £20 cheaper and arrived from Italy within 3 days. I tracked it online the whole way. Scanned it on arrival and it is definitley authentic. So happy! My son will be too!

What is displayed on the website as being on stock is not everytime an appropriate information. Sometimes you get only after ordering the information via e-mail that ordered items are out of stock.

The quality of a shirt is just bad. The labels and logos has separated from the fabric. I have always washed the t-shirt as mentioned on the instruction label and I have never ironed it.

Considering the high prices on this site something like that must not happen after approximately 6 month wearing the shirt a couple of times and washing it maybe 3-4 times.

The t-shirt I mentioned is made in Laos

Hello Eduard, we are very sorry for the disappointment. You have to know we are intermediaries between Italian luxury boutiques and customers all over the world. When the customer places an order, we have to backorder the item to a boutique and wait for their reply. Unfortunately discrepancies can happen between our inventory and the boutique's and we find out the item is out of stock.
All of our items are 100% genuine and come from officially licensed suppliers.
One last information: even the most famous brands have their products made in Asia. Therefore it is not seldom to see on the tag that product is made in India, Laos, China, Vietnam.
Very few items are made in Italy nowadays.

Worst Online Retailer

Forget this online store. I ordered an item from them and the transaction went smoothly. But after 1week of waiting wondering whether they already shipped my order, I received an email informing me that the item is no longer available. Apparently their internal system cannot recognise when an item is already sold out. This was suppose to be my first time buying from them and sadly, my last. It's so troublesome that they have to refund back the amount to my PayPal account, PayPal will refund to my card issuer and it will take ages before it gets credited. Never again.

Hello Kafir, we are sorry interPlease understand we are intermediaries between luxury boutiques in Italy and customers all over the world. When a customer places the order online the item codes are entered into the system. Some items are with us and ready to ship immediately, and others we must backorder from the licensed boutiques with whom we work.

Unfortunately the boutiques' inventory is not 100% reliable and sometimes discrepancies can occur.
The product is shown as available but then, when we order it for our customer, the supplier reply they are sold out.

I ordered a Victoria Beckham jumper on Raffaello's website, which had sold out everywhere else. The company reviews were mixed so I must admit I was slightly worried. I need not have been concerned, I received a delivery date and tracking number within a few days and bingo it arrived safe and sound within 7 days having travelled from Turin. It was not as beautifully presented as net a porter but at £20 cheaper I can live with it.
