Made a purchase on their site for a jimmy choo hand bag around $800 to Canada, they charged me 2 times($1600). I asked their customer service they don't have response at all. Finally asked help from credit card company and cancelled the transaction. Horrible experience!
My sister bought a bag from Raffaello. On opening package, she found one part of the bag was torn off. Further, the bag was not made of the material stated in Raffaello website. She had to give it to her friend several days later as a wedding gift, so could not return to Raffaello for replacement due to lack of time. She paid a craftsman to repair it. Lastly, she found the bag was sold in another Italian online shop at a price 25% lower. My sister emailed Raffaello about all her sufferings. She did not mean to get compensation but wanted the firm to improve its quality control and provide better customer experience. But strangely until now, no response was made by Raffaello. Hope all of us can learn from my sister's experience. Don't believe too much in online shops' advertisements. Ask your respectful friends and be selective.
If you have any kind of problem that demands their engagement good luck. They do not reply in any of their channels and automatically closes the submitted tickets without even reading them. It is one of the worse customer services I've ever seen.
I have returned a pair of shoes and the parcel has been received at their side on 16th of June. Since that day I have been trying to contact the Customer Service from Raffaello Network almost on a daily basis. I have tried WhatsApp, e-mail, phone… but until today I still haven't received any reply, nor have I seen my money back. I'm really getting desperate here, not knowing what to do anymore to receive a response.
I bought the product on a Thursday and received an email that the order was approved and everything and 5 days later (after trying and begging for them to answer my messages) I got another email asking me about a code to confirm the order and that without this code that I've never even heard about they wouldn't ship my order. Please guys, do not buy on this site. They have no respect for the client whatsoever.
I have ordered from raffaello network and my experience was tragic to say the least. I made two orders from the above site and the products did not work for me and I wanted to send them back. I did the return process through the site but they didn't enable me to print the return form. I sent countless emais but no one actually dealt with my issue. I sent the products back at my own expense to Italy and they did not accept my return at the reception because the return form did not include a personal name of an employee who would receive it. If possible. My orders had a total value of €540. People are non-existent. They don't really respond to emails. Right now the package is in Milan, Italy at DHL and is pending. My first order was placed on 7/15/2023. I really have no words for this company. My experience was tragic.
I ordered things from them, and my order was shipped missing a several items. I was notified my order was shipped incomplete or asked if I wanted to cancel the entire order. When I complained I was offered a free delivery on my next order, which I accepted. I was told the delivery fee would be taken out from the order once was placed.
Obviously, they refused to return me the delivery fee. The customer support is nonresponsive. I tried to call, WhatsApp, email.
I wanted to return the product I bought while it was still at the customs.
They said ok, then there was no response, both my money is gone and the shoes I bought. They did not respond to emails either.
Unfortunately I feel scammed.
I bought a dolce & Gabbana shirt from Raffaello network and i got it a day after. I was surprised when i got a call from fdx that my package has arrived. Couldn't believe it due to all the bad review i read about them.the shirt i bought was authentic and perfect.
I bought some Jeans 'and was too long tried to call them very hard as not speak good English no problem try to send back but they don't send returned labels like most companies on line well I sent about seven emails and they was saying there is only one who speaks English and she will not take calls until 6pm and only if she is not with someone well the emails got stronger and stronger I was told bye email do it your self get one printed then ring DHL she said she as been there 14 years and she is safe and she would not ring me I told her that I was very disappointed and I don't no why they don't send returned labels as standard so please be aware that u can order on your phone etc but u can't return the same way u most have a laptop and a printer as well to complete your returned items
These guys are fraud they charged me 158 euros for an Armani belt and when the order was cancelled they are making up excuses and not paying the money back! I am taking this to consumer forum meanwhile guys please beware of this fake site. Plus they consistently add positive comments on trust pilot so that the comments that tells you its a scam wont show up. Attaching a copy of the fake receipt they sent me.
Just ordered 6 items, 5 showed up as one was out of stock. CC reflected this, no issues. Sent 2 emails in 2 days and both responded to in less than 12 hours.
I've only bought ties, mostly Italian and occasionally French. Purchased and delivered to my residence in Hong Kong within 2 days. Never a problem with quality, stock, or service. Would highly recommend.
My experience with Raffaello-network has been good.
Yes they sometimes sell last season product full price but most of these are from capsule collections that didn't hit the sales anyway.
I was just happy to find to find a pair of shoes that were sold out everywhere else.
When I had a query about my payment they came back to me the next day.
Their delivery is spot on as well. I placed my order in the weekend and they delivered on Tuesday.
I can't complaint.
Make sure to use paypal, at least there is some one other than Raffaello Network to protect you if you have any question. I try to call the US customer service but always got the voice massage recording, it was so frustrated.
I placed an order, they charged me on the card, but i never receive any kind of confirmation. When i was thinking the fault is on my side, which i might have input something wrong. I tried all method of contacting this company, but there are none response what so ever? There are so many bad reviews that got me worrying. Am I suppose to just wait here and see if it delivers?

I am from Canada I have read reviews about this site. I had mixed feelings and I thought I would just try anyways to order from this site. There were a pair of Armani shoes pretty much sold out everywhere. They had my size, so I gave in. I ordered them on Tues and got them on Thurs by noon. Talk about super fast delivery. Everything was charged correctly and I tracked my order through Fedex as a tracking number was provided. All legit. The product is exactly as shown and I am very happy with my purchase. I will purchase again in the future.

Worst company ever. Ordered armani slippers for 70 euros and returned it to them, i got back 34 euros and they assistants are as rude as never. Dont even think about buying any stuff from them, you gonna regret.

We receive many calls, if you don't manage to get in touch with us you have to try again later. We always give an answer to customer's queries. If you write an email, the average answer delay is 24 hours (it is less most of the times). You also have the possibility to connect on our live chat and make your query there. Anyway Paypal is always a good payment method, it protects both seller and buyers.
