I'm worried if this site is even legit. They haven't responded to my email requests, and they never pick up phone calls. On top of that there live chat doesn't work. How am I supposed to check if my payment has even gone through, or when I'm gunna receive my goods when they don't respond?
What a pathetic site, its been 2 days, and I've left numerous messazges on FB and they won't respond. They won't even respond by email.
I call them, and I get the same answering machine "This is Don, please do try again later, or visit our live chat". What type of service is this? I will not be using this site again, I give them 2 more days to respond or I'm charging back via credit card company.
Placed our order on November 28th - called in two weeks later - only to have the Customer Service Rep hang up the phone on us and immediately cancel our order. According the the reviews I've read below - this isn't something out of the norm for this Company. Not only did we not receive any clear, concise updates - we got treated very poorly. I've received much better service at a low-key department store. Customers spend an exponential amount of money on this site -only to be treated horribly and disrespected. Will wait to hear from Upper Management - but what a disappointment overall.
Order # ******* - very confused - on the one hand information says that Rafaello waiting for item to arrive for onward despatch to me and then on same page says that order cancelled because my card could not be processed via paypal - but the money has been debited from my bank account.
Would be good to know what is happening - try to call and keep getting cut off by automated service - yesterday and today livechat not available and send email but no response.

Let me clarify something, before you did your paypal payment you went back and forth in the checkout procedure and so our system received 2 orders instead of one: 842163 that didn’t go through because you hadn’t paid yet and 842164 that went through.
842163 was canceled automatically by the system because there was no payment and so we kept only 842164. Please understand we are intermediaries between luxury boutiques in Italy and customers all over the world. When a customer places the order online the item codes are entered into the system. Some items are with us and ready to ship immediately, and others we must backorder from the licensed boutiques with whom we work. This process takes about 2-3 business days (sometimes less sometimes a bit more, it varies from shop to shop).
We are expecting the delivery from the boutique. You will receive an e-mail with tracking details as soon as we ship the order.
If I have to give you an estimation about the delivery, I will say early next week.
The level of service I have received from this site has been good on two occasions, quicjk shipping, obviously authentic goods and good communication.
My last encounter today - was excellent as the customer service operator (online Chat) Dawn was super quick, efficient and knowledgable. I haven't had any issues on this site using credit card or paypal so buyers rest assured.

I ordered an Armani tracksuit last week. I've not received any email confirmation or ANY kind, no written or verbal communication whatsoever. I wouldn't even of had the order number hadn't I wisely printed off the final order page. Tried emailing - no response. Tried phoning MULTIPLE TIMES - ringing through & giving a busy message at the end. Tried to gain contact through whatsapp - Nothing. Tried the live chat & it's offline. The customer service of this company is absolutely appalling & in the retail industry can only be described as an abomination. I paid for delivery of which is described as an 'express service' in which I would receive my goods within '1 day'. What a joke, this is the worst shopping experience of my life.

Fake listings. If you place an order they will try and source the item. If they cannot find the item, they will say its "sold out due to high demand". They will not respond until you contact them directly. Trust me, STAY AWAY.

As dreading my second order has been cancelled as the item wasn't available anymore from the store Raffaello is using! The Gucci jumper became available at a lower price for Black Friday, and is still listed in other size! It is from this winter collection! Not from past year and shouldn't be hard to found. Raffaello if you don't have it don't list it! Enough with your pity excuses. So disappointed as I could have got it from other online store at that time.

I am having severe issues with this company. I sent back a pair of shoes for refund via Royal Mail. I have proved that they were delivered and this company are point blank refusing to issue a refund, saying they have not received the goods. I have proved to them delivery date and time and have spoken with Royal Mail also. This company are absolute charlatans and I am furious at this terrible service. I have been passed from pillar to post and they have done nothing to help but passed blame across to Royal Mail when I have the evidence to support delivery. NEVER use this company.
Hello Raechel, as we found out together yesterday, the package was received and the refund performed on August the 27. The money has been on your account since the 1st of September. I am totally sorry for all the communication issues and for the totally unjustified and useless stress and hassle caused for both sides. The important thing is that we have found a solution in the end.
I bought a pair of Tod's in sales. Initial price was 420€, now the website indicates a price of 670€ and finally when I received the box, the pricetag indicates 398€... it seems that they change the prices in order to make sales more attractive. As a consumer, I feel ripped off...
Last, the size was wrong and I has to pay for the return... Will never buy again on this website
Hello Romi! We are sorry but because of a technical issue we have to upper the original price when we apply the sale price. How much did you pay for the shoes 420? Less? Please note we are intermediaries and work with a network of more than 20 shops. The price tag you found inside the box is the shop’s tag. We cannot afford to apply the same price of the boutique for obvious business reasons.
I ordered my shoes 24 February and received them 29 February.
I was a little anxious at first because as soon as I ordered the shoes my bank contacted me about an order from a suspicious vendor. I did not hear from the company as soon as I thought and when I reached out to them they swiftly responded. Within another day I had shipping info and very shortly after my shoes!

I have seen a shoe worn by a celebrity and I have found one last pair with a bonus discount on Raffaello Network. It was too good to be true regarding the price and it was just my size!
I havent heard of Raffaello Network before, so I was skeptical at first, altough I am a an avid internet shopper, I buy a lot from local websites in Turkey also some items from ebay and US websites. I am careful about fraud websites as much as I can.
Nevertheless I have submitted my order, fingers crossed about any problems such as inventory mishaps and started waiting. Couple of days later I have recieved an email noting my items were shipped! Well, after that it was in istanbul next day and I had no worries then on. I have got my shoes and I am very happy with them. As they say, Raffaello is a network so it takes a little patience. I highly recommend purchasing from Raffaello network.

I ordered a pair of Isabel Marant shoes and have been trying to cancel the order and suddenly got NO response from customer service. I wouldn't recommend using their website to buy anything - It feels like a scam. Going to call my credit card company to report them and try to get my money back.
