Hello I received my package of 'PRADA' shoes this morning... the shipping data stated no leather on the product and was valued at $167.00... I was charged $716.00... plus the shoes are clearly marked Made in Vietnam! Buyer beware... it was too good to be true!
I bought a Dolce and Gabbana bag. It took them one week to inform me that the bag is not available any more because they are intermediaries and their provider doesn't have it any more.
Wasted my time and emotions.

Some items are with us and ready to ship immediately, and others we must backorder from the licensed boutiques with whom we work.
Unfortunately the boutiques' inventory is not 100% reliable and sometimes discrepancies can occur.
The product is shown as available but then, when we order it for our customer, the supplier reply they are sold out.

Finding someone to answer my questions regarding the shipments or following the orders is a pain and there is no supervisor to control the process and I haven't seen any improvement in the last two years. The worst business model you can imagine. Most of the time I order something and after a week find out it is not available anymore. The website looks like 1995 designs and customer service couldn't be worse. The owners should be stupid to run a business like this.
I shopped here twice and shipping time was really long. My first shop was 3 Emporio Armani t-shirt and it took approximately 4 weeks for me to have the products. After that again i bought 1 Emporio Armani and couldn't get it. The reason was rather shipping or customs duty. It was a cheap one so i didn't really care but now i have some expensive stuff to buy from Raffaello Network but im scared to shop because of my second shopping experience about this website.
Their selection is fantastic for shoes, there is transparency in their pricing, with no "surprise" costs that happen from other international sites. They promptly respond to emails, providing customer-focused service, in a professional manner. I have experienced other Italian shopping sites, for example, whereby there was a language barrier between myself and the staff. The staff here appear fully bilingual, which is important when you have concerns requiring more than basic language. I have purchased a couple great pairs of GOLDEN GOOSE, a brand that is not always easy to find, at prices that cannot be beaten---Keep doing what you're doing and I'll keep coming back and telling others about it:-)
I read A LOT of really bad reviews regarding Raffaello Network and was very-very skeptical about ordering shoes from there. But, since I really wanted them and the price was cheap I decided to risk it. Three days later the shoes were at my doorstep, in original package, genuine brand and almost 100euros cheaper than the original price. Dont know what was wrong with the service in the past, but now it's fine. Totally happy and will order from there again.
Ordered a pair of Hogan sneakers. Was in my hands in 2 working days. With a very reasonable postage fee. Customer service (for Europe) was excellent. Mr. Maxime Giglio was more than helpful. He even called me on my mobile to assure me about my concerns in regards to the negative reviews I have read.
Totally satisfied with the service. I bougth a pair of Fendi sneakers, they came with the box and the inner fabric bags, Im sure they are 100% original and the delivery came directly from Italy within 4 days.
If you buy at the site just try to get stuff that has immediate availability, otherwise you risk at not being on the retail´s stock at the stores.
I recently purchased my first online item with Raffaello, and I was shocked by the price on my visa card at the end of the month. There had been a clerical error, and they charged me in Euros, not Dollars. The price was considerably more.
I promptly wrote a terse email to the service department, and within hours I received a very kind, apologetic response that somewhat took me back, considering how caustic my initial mail had been. They had promptly researched the discrepancy and corrected it immediately with a reimbursement.
I have had some other problems in the past with other companies, so I was pleasantly surprised by the obvious difference.
Thank you, Raffaello, for reminding me that there are still many bonafied companies on the web. I will continue to do business with you, and recommend you to my friends.

Hello Everyone! So I have read so many negative reviews online in regards to Raffaello Network, I was not sure if I should purchase but I did anyway. From my personal experience I would like to say I LOVE Raffaello Network! You defiantly cannot believe everything you read online. My first boots by Armani have arrived in just 3 days and they are ohhh so gorgeous, unfortunately they are just a bit tight (my regular size is 39) but I am hopeful they would stretch a little as new shoes are always tight and after cyber Monday Raffaello's only has 36 size left; It only my unfortunate incident. Sometimes sizes are not all the same but I am sure that people who buy shoes on regular basis already know that. Anyway, again I love Raffaello Network and I will definitely purchase again, next time tho with half size bigger just to make sure!:)

I ordered a stone island puffer jacket and did not hear anything from this site in a week until they said that it is out of stock. They claimed they had refunded me my money but I was away and could not see if they did. I went to the bank as soon as possible and they did not refund me as they said they would. My card has also been under fraudulent activity after purchasing this jacket and lots of money has come out of my account. When contacting customer service on this issue, dawn mewis who is part of the customer care department then started to claim that I have been refunded even though I was on the phone to the bank going through my statement. Do not buy from here!

What we receive from your bank when you place the order is a simple charging authorization. In your case the charging authorization has been canceled because the product was out of stock. Ordered boots from Stuart Weitzman. They promised it would ship in three days. I emailed them after a week when I will got shipping information. Never heard anything but now I got an email that true boots are sold out and they would give me a refund. I don't want a refund I want my boots! They are now sold out everywhere and I didn't even got my money back. Will never ever purchase again and I would like any that I read the comments before. So please be aware not ever purchase from them again!

As far as you refund is concerned: the pending payment authorized at the point of sale was canceled in our bank. This payment was only on “hold” in your account. No money is moved to our bank, unless, or until, the order ships.
The time it takes for the money to be available for your use depends on the time it takes for the card issuer to release the hold once it is canceled by the merchant. Some card issuers take hours, some days, some weeks, and some as long as two months. But the policies for the customers personal card is not available to us, we suggest you to contact your bank.

Ordered Prada shoes Tuesday about 6 pm. FedEx tracking filled package from Torino, Italy to augusta georgia Thursday morning at 9 am. The budiness is in Italy so website chat may not always be fully staffed. I had an order using a debit card and cancelled it and the funds were back in my account in a matter of minutes. No scam. Shoes are not fakes. My experience with them was fine. Most complaints are about out of stock items, etc. which is just something that is going to happen with an outlet type business.
I have had nothing but a great experience shopping with Rafaello. Beautiful luxury items which always arrive speedily and well package... not to mention at great prices!
Even when I received a pair of shoes that weren't quite the right size, Dawn in Customer Services was amazing and sorted an exchange for a different size with no problems.

I recently purchased designer backpack through this website. After one-two usages, it started to completely fall apart on several places. Either item was fake, or faulty and of very low quality. So obviously I wanted to make warranty claim on this item.
Of course I couldn´t find anywhere on their website instructions, what to do, when I want to apply guarantee according to Europpean law. So when I tried to contact Raffaello, first they answered totally out of topic - they described process of returning unused goods (not my case). When I wrote them again, and AGAIN very precisely described what the issue was (attached photos as well) and asked about information how to proceed, they haven´t replied since.
Looks like everything works with them only when you buy and pay, not when you want to demand your customers rights.

One more thing: Big brand doesn't necessarily mean MADE IN ITALY, Prada produces all its sneakers in Vietnam and China. It doesn't mean that the quality is lousy, Vietnam and China have now very high qualified factories. You can double check this information in any Prada shop or directly with Prada customer service. I think the quality of Prada shoes is so obvious and really cannot be discussed, the manufacturing country has nothing to do with the quality level of the products.
