I ordered my shoes about one week ago and they say they will contact me in 2-3 days but never did. So I sent an email but again, no reply. I am getting worried about my order and my money which is already transferred.
Hello Jayoon, we are sorry for that. We did send you an email though. Please understand we are intermediaries between luxury boutiques in Italy and customers all over the world. When a customer places the order online the item codes are entered into the system. Some items are with us and ready to ship immediately, and others we must backorder from the licensed boutiques with whom we work. This process takes about 2-3 business days (sometimes less sometimes a bit more, it varies from shop to shop).
We are expecting the delivery from the boutique. You will receive an e-mail with tracking details as soon as we ship the order.
We do apologize for such a delay, and appreciate your patience in this matter.
