Worst customer service! Bought a part to my boat according to their model guide but it didn't fit at all. After trying to return it they didn't reply to my messages. Had to contact my bank.
This was my second terrible experience with them. Don't expect they will resolve any of your issues with their wrong products.
Amazing service. Best price! I bought my Dolce & Gabbana bag from them and it was significantly cheper than anywhere else. Later bought La Perla swimsuit.

I bought a Dolce and Gabbana bag. It took them one week to inform me that the bag is not available any more because they are intermediaries and their provider doesn't have it any more.

When a customer places the order online the item codes are entered into the system. Some items are with us and ready to ship immediately, and others we must backorder from the licensed boutiques with whom we work.
Unfortunately the boutiques' inventory is not 100% reliable and sometimes discrepancies can occur.
The product is shown as available but then, when we order it for our customer, the supplier reply they are sold out.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We are working hard on this issue to fix it and avoid this kind of situation in the future.
