Products and variety are good however, NEVER choose - exchange for another size - JUST RETURN and reorder - YOU'll never get the new one.
It has a LOT to be desired - WEBMASTER NEEDS to be replaced - even the agents complain about the website jumping back to the first page and that the SEARCH FEATURE does not work.
Clean up the technology.
Nothing i bought at qvc maintained working order. I have not bought for quite some time now. Watching those sales people is nauseating

If I could give QVC a zero stars I would. I have had a QVC account for my fit but versa and everything went well until two weeks ago. I get a message my address has been changed then I got a message two apple iwatches had been purchased for a little over $1400. 00. They wiped my bank account completely clean. Not a penny left. I spent my whole afternoon filing fraud complaints with QVC, my bank, my countys police department and the police in the county of the new address on my account was from. It took almost two weeks for my money to be refunded. This left us in a snow storm in Western Carolina with no food or no drinks or anything. Thanks QVC
FYI: I have been reading reviews on all the popular websites and I keep seeing how they were not refunded, didnt get the gift or got not even a small portion of the money that they paid when they returned the murchandise. MAKE A POLICE REPORT. They will have no choice but to refund your money at that point. That's the only reason they agreed to refund my money. I sure hope this helps others. Here at Christmas time the most of us struggle to provide for our families and things like this can kick you when your already down.
Wish they offered free shipping on returns, especially with shoes. Sometimes you don't know how they will fit, and it costs you up to $10 to return.
I have been a member since their first day. Always a positive experience. If something is not right they make it right.

I have order a steamer for my delicate clothes and works how it was mentioned on QVC but it can take some time to iron some pieces of clothing.
My mom bought me an Air Fryer for Christmas and I received it early December 2016 - I LOVE IT! I was cooking in it, at least 3 times a week. The BEST Wings ever! I started noticing in late January 2017 that the removable basket was chipping; then the bottom; it still cooked fine; then about 3 weeks ago - it died. I called QVC; Chatted with QVC; then emailed their Customer Service Dept - twice - NO Response. I received it as a gift, from my Mom. I'm not looking for money; I'm looking for a replacement. QVC is the ONLY site selling this brand Air Fryer - I asked how I could send it back so that they can see that its broken and I'm not trying to get something for nothing - BUT absolutely NO ONE is responding. My mom tried looking for her receipt and she's going to go through her CC stmts - but my Mom is 80yrs old. Still great - but she does forget and sometimes it takes her longer to do something.
ALL I want is a replacement. I told QVC that I had all my mom's information that I would be able to assist them in looking for the purchase - BUT alas - nothing. Nada. I was asked to contact customer service when I called twice - the customer service on the phone told me to email my complaint. Still NOTHING.
What a disappointment in a company that is as popular and has been around a long time.
I don't believe I'll be buying anything from QVC and I've already started spreading the word about how I'm being treated and my next stop is Consumer Complaints.

The computer says NO! I did not receive a parcel every time I looked at the tracking it said order generated so after 5 days I contacted QVC was stunned to be told I had to fill out a form that could not be done online I asked the agent do I need to re- order as I do not want it going out of stock was told no... Well I later found out I could of filled the form out online that the goods I ordered was now out of stock because the agent did not re- order as she was waiting for the form to be returned I got a feeble sorry from QVC I complained I said the least they could do was notify me when they got the product back in stock I was told the computer does not do this! How about a person! They made so many mistakes I have been a good customer for 10 years how about making some effort needless to say when companies overlook the customer the customer soon overlooks them I have removed QVC from my shopping list no longer shop with a company who cannot be bothered to notify me after making so many mistakes.
I recently had a purchased with QVC and totally unsatisfied with the product because its not worth of money.
Bought and xbox series x and set it up for "3 easy payments." Went to confirm my order and check the delivery date. Saw that you could change the delivery date, only after the order and first payment were made. I thought that was weird and stupid, but I though sure change the delivery date to a more convenient date and might have to pay a little more. No I paid about 800+ dollars. They charged me in full everytime I changed the date. And I only changed the date 3 times because I couldn't tell if it had actually changed. There was nothing showing me the day had changed. You'd think they would only charge for the change in the delivery fees. Since its an option they made available only after you've placed the order, not when your making it. No were does it say you'll be charged in full every time you change the date. Then customer service does nothing to help to remove the charges, even though my bank says they can remove those charges right then and there on the same day. Getting a supervisor to take the charges back is next to impossible, they just take your name and tell you someone (a supervisor) will call you back in 4 hours. Well after the banks will be closed. So here I am negative 900 dollars, because in total I was charged almost 1200 dollars for a 800 dollar item that hasn't even been packaged and shipped yet. And what do I get from qvc for all the trouble they caused, nothing but, I'm sorry sir. No discount, no help, nothing but a big fat middle finger of a sorry, fees for being in the negative and stress because now my bills will be late. I was on the fence about buying threw qvc before, now I know to never make the mistake of buying anything threw them ever again. Horrible customer service, useless and lazy. The website is flawed, not user friendly, doesn't give you all the information you need, and charges you more than what its showing without telling you or having you authorize it.

Costly to return clothing that doesn't fit. Clothing usually run larger than brick and mortar stores. Mostly made in China clothing.

I received goods whicb had a manfacture error. It took a week for QVC to send me a label. I then received a text from Evrie to pick up my parcel left in porch at 2.30. They did not. Instead the Evri driver ticked a box saying I was keeping the parcel? Rubbish! 2 hours later and no humans to speak to at Evri. I then rang QVC who said a new courier DBD would pick to up tom. I took their label off and have taken a day off unpaid to wait for this new courier to pick ip. They have a label that I need to attach to the parcel. My day ruined. I would like compensation from QVC. Its 2022 and mist companies send a Q barcode that are sent to mobiles for a quick scan at a post office. Evri cannot understand English, lazy and unprofessional.DPD is the better. So QVC do all you're customers get told to cancel a day to sit and wait for a courier?I have no holiday left. Thats pretty lousy for someone who is a long term customer! The entire process has been stresful. This could be done in 5mins with a mobile barcode no printing. I didnt even get an apology. Nothing.
Answer: No. Because QVC doesn't manufacture their own items; they redistribute other companies' products. Hence the heavy price tags.
Answer: Amazon offers many products found at QVC for better $$$ and easier delivery. QVC does have some good BOGO sales, but their shipping and handling AND taxes are prohibited. And you're looking at another 10 bucks to return 90% of their items. More than $10 for larger items and shoes. Shop elsewhere if you can. Also, QVC doesn't distribute coupon codes.
