I was originally given a code if mail 18 for a discount of 18 percent but it only gave me 10 percent. It should have known it was 18 percent. There is no phone number to current the situation Please correct it on my current cc order. Adjust the price.

You place orders - they don't arrive - it says CONTACT CS - why this is NOT on qvc CC it on your own personal one that has a high limit - it 's just your way to delay shipment OOPS now the product is NO LONGER AVAILABLE!
EZ PAY- the bill comes in - it says payment 3 of 5 - YET YOU HAVE RETURNED THE PRODUCT weeks ago
YOU MUST MONITOR THE BILLS CLOSELY! You must monitor this company - - - -
Customer Service - often will hang up and then you call back and no one will address who was the rude person - - - -
Products and variety are good however, NEVER choose - exchange for another size - JUST RETURN and reorder - YOU'll never get the new one.
It has a LOT to be desired - WEBMASTER NEEDS to be replaced - even the agents complain about the website jumping back to the first page and that the SEARCH FEATURE does not work.
Clean up the technology.
