You place orders - they don't arrive - it says CONTACT CS - why this is NOT on qvc CC it on your own personal one that has a high limit - it 's just your way to delay shipment OOPS now the product is NO LONGER AVAILABLE!
EZ PAY- the bill comes in - it says payment 3 of 5 - YET YOU HAVE RETURNED THE PRODUCT weeks ago
YOU MUST MONITOR THE BILLS CLOSELY! You must monitor this company - - - -
Customer Service - often will hang up and then you call back and no one will address who was the rude person - - - -
Products and variety are good however, NEVER choose - exchange for another size - JUST RETURN and reorder - YOU'll never get the new one.
It has a LOT to be desired - WEBMASTER NEEDS to be replaced - even the agents complain about the website jumping back to the first page and that the SEARCH FEATURE does not work.
Clean up the technology.
