I REACHED OUT ON QVC CHAT TO RETRIEVE AN UPDATE... CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT WAS VERY RUDE. I CALLED AND MADE A COMPLAINT ON THE AGENT. THE AGENT TURNED AROUND AND CHARGED ON MY ACCT W/O MY CONSENT. THE DRESS EVEN WENT TO MY OLD ADDRESS. I CALLED AND STATED, I WILL BE PRESSING CHARGES FOR A FRADULENT TRANSACTION. QVC ENDED UP WIPING MY ACCT! I CAN NO LONGER VIEW ANYTHING! DO NOT TRUST QVC! LOOK AT YOUR STATEMENTS! YES, THEY ARE FRAUDS! YOU THINK BY WIPING MY ACCOUNT I WOULD GO AWAY? REACHING OUT TO THE BBB... THIS IS ALSO A PRIVACY ISSUE! SHAME ON YOU QVC!
I purchased 5 Limitless power pro go power banks at a cost of $38.52 each. Four out of the five units all fell apart, the power prong falling out of each unit. No misuse, no man-handling, just plug in, remove plug a few times. First one, ok, but then it happened with all of them. Customer Service rep issued me a $30.00 credit, with little to no compassion. I will never purchase from QVC again. I have been a very good customer for many many years and have never once called to complain when the items would not last, but this is outrageous. QVC has lost a very good customer.
QVC may have been sold. Now they have taken to stealing from customer accounts and make you jump through hoops for weeks at a time processing "mistakes" from QVC billing.
Latest example: Removed funds 4 different times for same item over a 3-day period. 3 ez pay's and 1 total purchase amount. Numerous calls result in "wrong dept" "wrong person" etc etc... What a joke. This company used to be top notch. They should #1 fire all management, fire all work from home bs workers, and look to how they did business years ago.
Class action lawsuit will probably be end result.
PEOPLE! WATCH YOUR ACCOUNTS
I have been shopping at QVC on and off for some years but in the last few years I have to ask (What Is Going On QVC)? The handling of the returns are horrible. I have received orders that look as if someone took someone else's return and threw it in a bag and shipped it. I am still waiting for my refunds on items I sent back 45 days ago. Some show returned but no refund. This process is unacceptable. I have contacted customer service just to hear it will be refunded... still waiting. Please get it together QVC.
On two separate occasions I have heard the presenters state falsehoods. The latest is one is on the generator that is the deal of the day today, Feb 6,2021. He made the comment that this generator can only be found on QVC because it was made solely for QVC. Several minutes later he stated that you cannot find this machine at a lower price anywhere in the marketplace. The other was philosophy body wash. The presenter stated how the scent lasts after the show. The rep stated the opposite. The scent does not last after the shower. When presenters are presenting a product they say how the phones are busy and so many orders have been placed... they don't say it is for the oproduct that they are presenting. Just my humble opinion from active listening... theis is how I heard it.
Basically, I like the service. I love the wide variety of products they offer and the best part is that they provide a easy payment option per month.
Their company and customer service used to be great. I'm trying to pay off all my easy pays and i spent almost 40 minutes doing each one seperate only to now find they didn't charge them. I'm so concerned of them having my credit card info now i am going to call the bank to cancel the card and if they ever get around to it they can call me and manually take my info, I'm finished wiating for their terrible customer service to get their act together. I'm pretty dont with QVC, their time has long since past when they were a great place to shop
I ordered a Christmas present for a very special lady and was promised to have it by Christmas Eve. Called after not hearing anything but getting junk emails and was lied to saying it had shipped. We received it on the 27th. I won't give this place the time of day and if you need it for a gift like we did, I'd look someplace else. We will!

EZ PAY- the bill comes in - it says payment 3 of 5 - YET YOU HAVE RETURNED THE PRODUCT weeks ago

Products and variety are good however, NEVER choose - exchange for another size - JUST RETURN and reorder - YOU'll never get the new one.
It has a LOT to be desired - WEBMASTER NEEDS to be replaced - even the agents complain about the website jumping back to the first page and that the SEARCH FEATURE does not work.
Clean up the technology.
They are really made my shopping time easier and now I enjoy it. Also they have a big variety of what I want to buy there. And every time I have a full basket of stuff for my home.
I enjoy QVC very much probably too much. I also love their clothes,. I wish they would make many different types of styles of garment. Since floral and pattern is in there no solid colors. Not everyone is the same. I am 63 and have noticed the prices are getting to high and the quality of material is like what you would get in a department store. I can tell when you can see through the garment. I wish you would make more solid colors. I see something I like and it it's floral. Thank you

I've been a customer of QVC for years! I love the wide variety of products they offer and the best part is that they provide a easy payment option per month. The products are of high quality and most are reasonably priced. The customer service is exceptional and delivery has always been on time.
Basically, I like the service. The shipping was fast (in my case) and support was very polite and friendly.
I never really shopped from a tv website before but when they offered me a $50.00 credit to open a charge account and they had a product I wanted, I said why not? Big mistake! It has been 2 months since I opened the account, no $50.00 credit. I have called them 15 times, still no credit. I was not happy with my purchase either. I finally had to resort to writing to their corporate office. No response yet. My advice, stay away from this company. Their products are way overpriced and they charge ridiculous S&H on everything, even if you buy more than one item. They even charge for returns, and won't let you cancel an order because they will say it's too late. I am one unhappy individual. QVC is a sham!
I have ordered from QVC company several times. They always process my order right away and I have my order within a few days. The website is easy to use, prices seem very reasonable for what you get.
I've had cause to submit two reviews to QVC, both negative as a result of delivery problems. Recently, I've had one order "lost in transit", followed by another "lost in transit" and then a third "lost in transit". In the case of the third - a quantiy of Begonias, the replacement shipment duly arrived via Hermes - absolutely smashed to pieces - something I've experienced bfore with that carrier more than once. Read th reviews of Hermes, and the reviews of Begonias from QVC. The fact that BOTH of my reviews were rejected by QVC leads me to regard ALL of their claims of FIVE STAR reviews with suspicion. It appears they'll only publish favourable reviews.

Answer: No. Because QVC doesn't manufacture their own items; they redistribute other companies' products. Hence the heavy price tags.
Answer: Amazon offers many products found at QVC for better $$$ and easier delivery. QVC does have some good BOGO sales, but their shipping and handling AND taxes are prohibited. And you're looking at another 10 bucks to return 90% of their items. More than $10 for larger items and shoes. Shop elsewhere if you can. Also, QVC doesn't distribute coupon codes.
