I used to be a regular shopper at this site. Recently, I logged into the site only to realise they have changed the interface and made the entire user experience so much worse. Before it was simple, there would be a list of picture with price and one could simply add to the bag. Now everything is hidden. Whoever came up with this bright I terrace is going to get a lot of flack from their boss. Horrible,horrible,horrible interface…. Cannot even think of shopping,,you will think you have entered a phishing site.

I stop shopping after receiving such a lame reply from their customer service team…. High time somos other company can take over this gap and make money as this company future is bleak and downhill from here.

A company that does not keep user experience in mind is doomed to go bankrupt. This is exactly what the new interface is telling the shopper, don't shop here….

Feel sorry for the technical team whoever came up with this bright idea and for the senior managers who approved such a horrible user experience….

I have seen these bras advertised by several companies. Strawberryi had a Facebook ad where the model shows the bra, and says that it is wireless and very comfortable. Wouldn't you know that when these bras arrived, they were completely underwired, and not comfortable at all. I contacted the company, which is in Italy by the way, and after back and forth emails, they offered to refund me $16. $16, when I actually paid $89! So don't waste your money!

I purchased a set of 2 bras. Paid over $50 including postage to the uk. They sent me the wrong size, 40D when I ordered 36D, no fault of mine. Requested a return label. They offers me $3 and keep the items. The items are useless to me. Challenged this, they then offers me $5 and highlighted that I have to pay for the return which would be expensive as their offices are in China. So I am now out of pocket with goods that are useless to me because of their mistake. Insulting and damn right out of order.

I've got my order yesterday (09/24/2023) and seen that Eyebrow Enhancer expire date oct 15 2023. Unpleasantly to get almost expired product with peptides

The customer service provided by this website is terrible. They will take your money but refuse to refund any of it under any circumstance. I purchased 2 bras and requested to start the refund process. I indicated they were uncomfortable. They sent one larger than the other. They claim they sent me what I ordered and say it is best to keep the item than to start the return process...I have written them 6 times to no avail. Do NOT recommend this website to anyone. SAVE YOUR MONEY LADIES, stay far away from them.

I have tried Kersatase shampoo- it smelled a little off.
Clinique cream eyeshadow- it was dry and hard to use

This doesnt boil downt to authenticity. It all boils down to how well established, secure and controlled is their warehouse storage conditions? If an online company doesn't show or prove that they have this down pat (especially selling all sorts of different cosmetics ingredients and items, then do not even think twice to buy from them… Not unless you are willing to pay less for less quality!
Just google search warehouse, cosmetics, standards:
"products may require specific storage conditions, such as temperature or humidity control, to prevent spoilage or degradation. Failure to store these products properly could result in damage to the items, rendering them unsafe for use."

Got the product after 3 weeks. All the products have expired date between 2-4 months without writing it on the web. It's a joke.

One credit card rejected twice, another rejected once from Strawberry. The $381 item was then sent to me without my consent.
A few weeks after my credit card was denied, I purchased item and received item directly from company.
After twelve emails with Strawberry, and them constantly asking what my problem was, I gave up trying to explain and now own two of the same items.
If you have to return anything, think again. Instead of reading prior emails, someone will respond as if they don't understand what you're talking about.
