I made the order and I didn't receive nothing. I've sent them a mail and no response! But sadly the site it was translated in my language and after I ordered I saw that they are based in Hong Kong, we're everybody knows are the more online fraudulent "businesses" that unfortunately the UE cannot interfere! So people don't order from this fake site!
This has been a costly experience for me. I will not ever buy from this company again. Never did I read it was going to cost me an additional £15.20 extra to receive my parcel. It took over 2 1/2 weeks to get to me and the tracking information was wrong. I will not do business with this company again
I ordered on the site in Thai language, I did not really pay attention that items were sent from another country. Now have to pay another THB 2,400 in customs charges.

I made an order at 13/12/2013, but still have not got it on 20/01/2014, and they cannot refund my payment unless they get returned the package!
Who knows where is the package! It's the worst online purchase experience that I have ever got, and I will never buy anything from Strawberry, neither my friends!
I've had the same problem. Have emailed twice but received no reply and the phone line is dead. I chose the product on price and was told that customs duty was included. The price I have to pay to release the product is £14.33 which includes another £8 for customs duty. Don't use this company - they're dishonest!
I have used more than 2 hours to put all the items into my shopping cart, and because of the big amount, they requested me to provide prove to show I am the credit card owner. Yet, a day after, they cancelled my order without any prior notice. I called them and asked for the delivery. The customer service only told me they could do nothing. What I could do was to add all the items into the shopping cart again by myself. Why an online shopping website can be that stupid? Neither "add back to the cart" button nor anyone could help from StrawberryNET. What's more, the most unacceptable part is that I complained this again via the email, and the reply I got from them was "We will not entertain any more orders from you in the future." ROAHHHHH! This is what kind of customer service they are offering? If you need to do online purchase, please DO NOT shop from StrawberryNET in the future!
Absolutely shocking service, takes one month just to get to a depot, no one seems to know where anything is, they feed you information about waiting longer and that it takes so many days to keep checking on things, it seems like a scam to prolonge the inevitable of never receiving your order and waiting until you give up!
I've got my order yesterday (09/24/2023) and seen that Eyebrow Enhancer expire date oct 15 2023. Unpleasantly to get almost expired product with peptides
I placed an order for decleor serum as this site was $20 less. I should have done more research. As soon as u pressed order my card company said an international transaction had been charged. They are in Hong Kong. Went to do a search for reviews and found people saying that product wa not authentic. I cancelled order within 1 hour after placing, however they still billed my card. 7 business days later (may 2015) I am still trying to get them to credit. Last correspondent today is wait 2-3 more days and if I don't get credit they will check with accounting. Really? Companies I typicall but online from do not bill me until shipment. Amazon credits cancelled orders with a day. My error do your research first.
I'm suprised to read reviews. I'm very happy with my order. I ordered to Estonia. I had that product bought from local store and they are the same. Order came 9 days. I had to pay VAT but in the same day they refunded me the money. And shipping was free.
Do not use Strawberrynet.com. I ordered some perfume from this site 3 weeks ago, they then asked me for a copy of my utility bill and when I said that I wouldn't share this information and would like a refund they agreed to this... great! However, I was then told that the refund was processed on 7th November... today is 14 working days later and I still haven't received that money. I am sending many e-mails back and forth with the company but am yet to see my money back... they just keep telling me to contact my bank. Wouldn't trust them at all.
I always get my order within a week and usually with a free gift. I love the idea of the more you buy the more discount. Free shipping is also a bonus! I usually go here to purchase discounted cosmetics. You get what you paid for. Simple, great value, fast and secure internet purchase.
My product i received was a fake. It was meant to be a Decleor night balm and it was a sticky smelly unusual substance! Awful! I'd never ordered frm there before and never will again! I was refunded fully within minutes of complaining but with no explanation! It's as though they knew it was a fake product! Shocking! Do NOT buy from this site. It's scary to think some people would actually put such products on their faces! It should be illegal to do this! BE WARNED!

They put my order on hold because they say it's huge for a first order (150$) and asked additional documents like utility bills for the past 3 months to validate my name and address. So I sent the the first page of my credit card billing statement that refelcted the information they needed but blackened the account number, card number (only last four digits shown). They replied with an email that they still could not validate and they needed the bank statement or a picture of my credit card. I didn't comply and told them what I sent initially was enough and if they needed additional verification, they could just call the bank. I made my research and other customers have had that same complaint as well, and are possible vicitims of identity theft. I have never been inconvenienced by an online merchant until this Strawberrynet site, for my entire history of online shopping. I will never purchase from them again.

So, along with the majority of people, I ordered online and the parcel took 2 weeks to arrive from China. I was asked to pay a customs charge which I refused. Royal Mail said they'd return to sender. I provided evidence of this and the company refused to refund until they recieve the item so I hope they get it soon!
Shop around, they used to be great many years ago but those days are long gone...

I placed and order on the 17th of April and I still haven't got it!
I keep on sending them emails and I keep on receiving automatic replies that they cannot trace my tracking number (?) and I have to wait for that.
I already asked them to resend my order or give me a full refund but they haven't replied on this one as well.
I am telling you, I will NEVER buy anything from them ever again!
Did any of you had a similar experience? Any advice on that?

I ordered a product that took 14 days to arrive and I have also had to pay £13.40p customs charge. Absolute disgrace. I shall NOT be using this distributor again. The product was not even in the correct packaging.
The worst customer service ever. I got my order revived after 6 months from the estimated date and the item was broken and spilled. The customer service refuse to process a return. I regret purchasing from their website.
