Bought a whole bunch of stuff... No reactions... and I have super sensitive skin!

Yes, they are not willing to help at all. They only kept saying they can't help even it is a simple technical issue which they may solve it by few clicks in their server. Their customer service is really the worst in my online shopping experience ever!
