I regularly use this service! It is very good and cheap. I once had a bad experience, the powder I ordered was too dry, and strawberry made me a refund. But all the other orders were absolutely great! You should give these guys a chance!
Don't order off them. Got a note from postal service to pay £11.20 to receive parcel. Emailed Strawberrynet and Julie wants me to pay it! My order was only £16! Absolutely a disgrace. Also see reviews saying fake products. Shop elsewhere.
I was their client about over 5 years, when they have been started, they gave a really good service, but not now! The delivery is very slow, the last time a had ordered, my parcel was delivered after 2 month, without tracking available, I do always very patient, but this time, I thought I will not received my parcel at all. And now I have ordered another one, and they extorted me to pay for previous one, that have been arrived after 2 month, and they will not ship my current order! This have been ridiculous! I'M the client such a long time, and have spent a lot of money, and never haven't opened even a case, and was so patient! It was my last time in this Web! Just do not recommend! Be careful! Better to buy from your local place..
Beware. I waited 2 weeks. And then I was expected to go to the post office to pay additional tax. £14. But I could claim it back on a tax form. At their discretion. Great. I would have purchased the product here in the UK if I had known. How many people are they doing this to?
I ordered a product. Because of a sequence of errors on their part, he did not arrive for several months. After endless correspondence, I asked for a special shipment, but they insisted I add more money. Worst service and product I did not receive. And especially from Bianca who doesn't deserve to work with people at all, with an attitude like hers.
Strawberry net used to be good but my last order not only took forever to arrive but my Ormedic cleanser was not the real deal. It was a completely different colour, texture, smell and feel to what I had used previously. I had a huge allergic reaction and am now trying to soothe a sore, itchy, red face and reduce the swelling around my eyes! Do not risk buying from this company!
I ordered a product 2 months ago and it still hasn't arrived, with no explanation or updates from the website. I emailed them several times, but their response was always to wait a little longer and they told me that they won't refund me. Terrible service overall. I just hope that the product wont be a fake if I eventually receive it...

Hi i made a mistake of using this website. I tried to buy Shiseido suncream and received something else. It was thicker than the original had a terrible smell (it seemed like glue) and i did not put it on my skin.
Less than 1 for very poor service. 14 days is actually a long wait but more than that its irresponsibilty. So far from other same buying site. If you cant improve the service, you should consider closing instead of fooling customers with all your drawing commitments.
I used to be a regular shopper at this site. Recently, I logged into the site only to realise they have changed the interface and made the entire user experience so much worse. Before it was simple, there would be a list of picture with price and one could simply add to the bag. Now everything is hidden. Whoever came up with this bright I terrace is going to get a lot of flack from their boss. Horrible,horrible,horrible interface…. Cannot even think of shopping,,you will think you have entered a phishing site.
I stop shopping after receiving such a lame reply from their customer service team…. High time somos other company can take over this gap and make money as this company future is bleak and downhill from here.
A company that does not keep user experience in mind is doomed to go bankrupt. This is exactly what the new interface is telling the shopper, don't shop here….
Feel sorry for the technical team whoever came up with this bright idea and for the senior managers who approved such a horrible user experience….

I ordered two products from this website.Not only did the packaging look dodgy but the product left my face peeling!
I have used this product many many times bought else where and have never had a problem.
To add further insult to my intelligence I had to pay a further £18 to retrieve said items from the post office which I can't understand why delivery at home did not happen as I was at home at the time!
One big fake company who rips people off is my honest review
Product took over 2 weeks to arrive and I had to pay a £12.50 customs charge. Their website says they refund this but the link to do so does not work and they ignore emails. Cheaper and quicker to buy elsewhere
I ordered from this company for the first time having checked online they had very good reviews, however now that I have experienced problems did another engine search and found this page confirming what I have just experienced. If I knew this about this company I would never have placed on order with them. Not only have I paid over £30 for a cream due to my skin problem can only use specialised cream, I found out this company is not UK bases and just received a card from the postman requesting an additional £15.27 for a custom charge.
Is this a serious joke? A dishonest and scrupulous company do not order from them only order from a company that is the same country that you reside as at least you can drive down and tell them exactly what you think of them and request a full refund.

I want to alert you all about this website ""StrawberryNET.com"" that its a FRAUD. And please don't do business with them... i had been cheated by them and lost 4000/- rupees.
They will fool you by giving huge discounts. But at the time of delivery they will put your order on hold and ask you to provide 3 months residential address proof for verification. After deducting amount they will behave absurd... also some of the people have already commented about its fraud...

I am a loyal customer of this site and have shopped on it since 2007. The products and the service was good until my last order which placed on 30/8/2018. It shows in my order status that the order started to be shipped 15 days later order day instead of 1 one day like before. And I have waited until today 30/9/2018 and keep tracking my order status. I have checked many time on the website of the delivery party but the nothing updated about the package until 4/9/2018. And I sent them email for help on 24/9/2018 and they said they will help me to follow up. And 6 days already but no news, no updates, no notification and of course either my order. So disappointed.
They keep telling me they can't ship my order due to no shipment available and simply postpone the delivery during Covid 19 pandemic bla bla bla..., while at the same time I keep getting dozens of my orders from other online store worldwide.

I had purchased the parfume on this website, it took them more than a month to get my parfume they demanded me to pay 22% VAT which they told me they will refund, don't trust them they won't! You can in your own country for less price!
Buy with absolute confidence from Strawberry net. The products are all genuine, arrive very quickly (with FREE postage) and the prices of the items are considerably cheaper than at the shops.
The more you buy the better the discount too. So, it's great for gifts as well.
Do not trust this website. I was charged £13 VAT and charges by the Post Office before they would release the ROC retinol night cream. Very annoyed but suggest nobody ever buys anything from Strawberrynet

I made the mistake of buying from their website since it was cheaper! Tested the products and compared it to the real products I bought from Australia stock lists and the smell and texture was completely different! Asked to refund due to an allergic reaction and they refused as it was opened. Have to also pay for your own postage return at your expense. Not worth it. DO NOT BUY FROM STRAWBERRY NET
