Think very carefully before placing an order. I have not received my goods. They say an email was sent to me but I never received it, they did not follow this up therefore my order was cancelled. The payment was not returned to me. I chased for the order which they said could not be reinstated, I would have to re order and I would also have to wait another 7 days for my refund, which would mean they would then have 2 payments from me and I would still not have any goods. There is no customer service. They have your money so are not interested!

Item still not received
November 5, 2018

I order mens aftershave on September 10th and today is November 5th & still not received it, not only have I not received it but when I track my order the status hasn't changed since 14th September.
I e mailed them to be told it is held in Hungary & they have no idea how long it will be held for & to e mail back if not received in a weeks time.
Not holding out a lot of hope, so intend writing true reviews on every available website!

Do your self a favour & don't touch them with a barge pole!

Very bad, don't trust it. They will void your order (if they earn not enough money from you). Paypal has successfully transferred money to their account and they void your order then you will lose the foreign exchange fee. They don't tell you at the beginning. They will keep sending you a link to pay. After you pay, they will not give a reason or negotiate with you. Just cancel the order. VERY DIRTY!

You can purchase with confidence. Lately I bought Shibella Cosmetics Wing Stamp Eyeliner and I could say that it is the best one I ever used. Their price versus quality is perfect. I am happy also with their customer service. I strongly reccomend.

I placed my order On 20/06/2014. The order has still not been delivered until today this is not reasonable time and not logically. I checked several times them.
They don''t know where is the shipment exactly! And they do not want to admit it!
I did get my order i lose time and efforts with them.
If you want to lose your money then keep deal with Strawberrynet. This a bad experience with me.

I cant give them one star very bad customer services and shipping.

I demand full compensation for all what happened to me and return mt mony and they ignored me.

My first and last purchase on StrawberryNet. After 6 plus weeks, with 15 declared days for delivery, nothing arrived and on top of it, refund is not possible! Because the parcel is not lost! Off course is not lost, because it is not shipped at all!

I placed an order and paid before their cutoff time for same day delivery. To make sure, I tried to call them 6 times on different phones to make sure my order went through and will be delivered on the same day. No one answered.

I had to call the courier to to track down my order, which they were not suppose to contact the end customer because their customer is StrawberryNet. I received my item on the 3rd day of ordering for same day shipment which I had to call the courier to arrange to PICK UP at their office on a Sunday. I spent all of Saturday working out the details with the courier because no one at StrawberryNet answered my calls or emails (on working days).

Until today, StrawberryNet has not given me any reply or feedback on this matter. It has been 6 days.

Bait and switch

This company tried to charge me a different amount at checkout. Although I was purchasing with a credit card from the US, and wanted to pay in USD, I was told I must pay in the foreign currency in the country I was traveling, and the price went up 25%! They tried to blame it on the fluctuation of currency. What a joke.

I have been a loyal customer to this site for twenty years. All was good until recently. I purchased $200 worth of goods that never arrived. I sent numerous emails and received replies but no help whatsoever. I didnt receive a refund either. This site used to be fantastic but it seems that they dont care any longer. My advice, STAY AWAY FOR THIS WEBSITE. To the directors of strawberrynet.com, if this is how you treat loyal customers who have spent thousands of $ with you over the years, SHAME ON YOU. You will not be receiving anymore orders from me or my friends again.

Horrible
October 4, 2017

I used this site for 5 years but when I had to communicate with their support team nobody answered to me. Although there a Vat claim in the site I paid almost 38euros for duties and I send it back to them but nobody respond to me. Never again!

Stole my money
November 21, 2015

I ordered with free shipping, my products did not arrive.
I asked customer service and they said:
"Kindly take note that during checkout and on our FAQ under Delivery, we have mentioned that orders shipped by non-registered post are sent at the risk of the customer as no tracking is available for such shipments and a signature is not required for delivery. We cannot accept claims for loss or damage. We generally recommend you send your order via registered post."
I have ordered a lot of times with this type of shipping(from UK< China etc), it has never happened to me.
I am sorry i ordered especially since I found the products cheaper on a local site.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Annoying!

I have never been to this site in the past yet all of a sudden I start receiving emails on a daily basis for someone else at my email address, sometimes multiple times a day! So I unsubscribed... once, twice today was my tenth time unsubscribing to their freaking emails! Plus I have sent MULTIPLE emails to customer service explaining how I am not interested in their stuff and want them to stop emailing because obviously their "unsubscribe" option is a joke and not legit! I have been promised about 4 times I would not receive anymore and yet this morning I wake up to another freaking email from these people!

Id give it **************billion stars if i could. Transaction of $63 went through and they say it was declined, and wont ship my order. I provided proof and they never replied. $#*! THEM. Shop at iHerb, never have but i bet its 500x better.

I was really pleased to see high cost dermaolgica cream on this site for a knock down price.
However UK customers, what Strawberrynet won't tell you is that if your order if over £39, you will get a card telling you to pay customs fee if you want to collect your package. I was charged £15.58. I scanned and sent receipt from Royal Mail and delivery note inside the package, but because I hadn't scanned the label on the outside, they wouldn't give me a refund, so it would have ben cheaper to buy in the UK. I emailed them and said they should make this clear for UK customers, but I doubt they will.
The container isn't the same as the genuine article, so I won't be buying from them again.

I don't know why there r negative reviews. Wont comment on that. But I have received a positive experience with strawberry net. I had lost hope seeing my parcel stuck with customs for more than a month. But once it got dispatched from customs i got it in 1 day. And yes i had to pay almost 50% of Vat on what i purchased. I contacted strawberry net on this with my VAT reciept and BOOOMMMM! The refund got processed withing 2 days. Except for Custom Rules everything else is good. Five Stars *****

If you are UK based do NOT order from StrawberryNET. When products did not arrive I logged into website & found the items still in my "basket" so pressed checkout again. I then found that there were 2 orders which still did not arrive almost a month later. Today I found 2 cards from Royal Mail advising me that there were charges of £18-80 & £16-40 to pay before I could receive the items.

I bought Montale perfume from Strawberry.net and I receive FAKE!
On the bottle was label and the writing come off. On original one there is no label and writing doesn't come off. The fragrance is different and weaker then the original one.
I have paid big custom duties which they promise to refund or they just lie that they already refunded but in reality they didn't and it is obvious that they don't want to refund any money. I opened the case on Paypal and reported them to the Action Fraud Police. This are thief and scam. They try to manipulate so I can close the case. Shipping took ages Don't buy from them

I ordered last Nov 23 and my 1st card was declined. I used another and it was approved. My order was confirmed and completed. Payment was credited to Strawberrynet but after I inquired about the status of my order, it replied that my order was cancelled since my bank declined it. I explained that it could have been my 1st card and they should check their system because my 2nd card was already debited.

How could I get my refund? Everytime I track my order, it was not cancelled but still no updates until today.

Not only did I wait 3+ weeks and paid tax in the UK (which was later reimbursed by the company which is good) but the items arrived with the seals CUT OUT or simply not genuine so mine were definitely not genuine products. What's more, few months later my credit card details were COMPROMISED and that's not a good thing. Luckily the credit card was not used but my credit history is now bad and I have issues opening bank accounts, getting credit cards or loans. I cannot tell exactly when my credit card got compromised but I do think it was due to the transaction at strawberrynet.com. Do not risk it.

Not perfect, but very good. Have no idea about the reason of so many dreadful reviews. My experience was absolutely satisfactory, with two orders one of which did not arrive in time and seemed to be lost. But their customer service helped to find it. It was in the local postal office waiting for pick up, and I was waiting for a courier delivery. So that was a kind of misunderstanding.
A few moments why not perfect for me:
First of all, they don't deliver perfumes to my country, while no problem with its shipment to many other destinations, I don't know why;
Secondly, the delivery takes time, don't rely upon receiving the parcel earlier than 2-3 weeks, but again, other destinations may work faster, it's better to check on their site;
And, at last, delivery is free only when your order meets some definite amount, so when you need to buy a small cheap item it may be not gainful as shipping charge would be too much.
Anyway, their prices are usually really attractive, they regularly offer discounts to some categories or even all products on the site, and the assortment - it's their main value. Some day I will order again, indeed. This shop is in my bookmarks
