I tried to order this pair of sneakers for about 2 weeks. It took such a long time because the website could not process the order, then had issues with payment (I used PayPal).
I contacted CS twice and the 1st time, they said they will check and responded with the issue quite quickly. The second, Brian, seriously an angel of a CS rep. If Nike.com had to give employee of the year, should be him. He was extremely patient, and even though the website was not the greatest, he tried to process the order any way. When he tried a few times, and the website failed to work, he gave a small discount code for my purchase when the website could be up and running again. Not only did he solve my issue but also was quite friendly right from the beginning. This CS rep made me return to Nike.com for another order.

IHerb used to be a great site, but recently placed an order and a series of horrible events happened.

1) Order was delayed to dispatch - on their website it says dispatch within 24hours. This did not happen, it has been 8 working days now. I contacted iHerb on 3 occasions. Twice via their Chat and once via PayPal to dispute. Every time I get the same answer " We will raise this issue to Management and they will respond within 48 hours" Of course I received no answer. It has been 4 days now.

2) 2 days ago, I checked my credit card bill and iHerb mysteriously charged me $500! I immediately contacted their customer service and of course no one could explain this and they said I order something when clearly I did not nor could I find this "order" in my account. Once again customer service said "We will raise this issue to Management" I am starting to wonder where this mysterious Management is.

I have been patient with them but this is starting to get ridiculous. I hope PayPal can help resolve this issue as well as my credit card company.

I placed an order and paid before their cutoff time for same day delivery. To make sure, I tried to call them 6 times on different phones to make sure my order went through and will be delivered on the same day. No one answered.

I had to call the courier to to track down my order, which they were not suppose to contact the end customer because their customer is StrawberryNet. I received my item on the 3rd day of ordering for same day shipment which I had to call the courier to arrange to PICK UP at their office on a Sunday. I spent all of Saturday working out the details with the courier because no one at StrawberryNet answered my calls or emails (on working days).

Until today, StrawberryNet has not given me any reply or feedback on this matter. It has been 6 days.
