I have ordered from strawberrynet in the past with no problems. I have ordered from them about 5 times now and had already considered myself a regular customer. I placed a large order recently much larger than my first orders and suddenly I came across problems. I received an email requesting that I send a copy of a letter from within the past 3 months for proof of my identity, if I don't want to then I can cancel the order. I told them that I won't be sending them this as I'm a regular customer and to simply cancel the order. They ignored my request to cancel the order and responded that they will ship the order. I never got an email notification that the order has been shipped but suspiciously they have updated on their site that it's been shipped without letting me know. Seeing other comments it seems this is a scam they pull... Let you order a few times or maybe even on your first time and then suddenly they need proof of identification. Once they've sent the proof of identification letter you're done. You've already paid and they are pulling the scam on you. They will beat around the bush tell you it is your fault that you ordered without a tracking number and that the product is lost. Really such a shame I thought I had finally found my go-to cosmetics site but they accept a large order and then simply don't ship it I guess this is how they make money. Stay far far away. I'm also not sure wether their products are even genuine some appeared old.

Ordered Australia Gold suntan lotion in June... still hasn't arrived, customer service told me to wait until end of September... explained that I ordered ‘Suntan Lotion" and that the end of September is FALL WEATHER, NOT SUMMER WEATHER IN CANADA FELL ON DESF EARS... NEVER AGAIN, I ORDER STUFF ALL THE TIME FROM APPLE (Basically China) and I get it in 4 days... OVER 90 DAYS FROM HONG KONG IS UNACCEPTABLE... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT IT IN SIX MONTHS OR LESS

I found the customer service to be non existent, certainly not customer focused. I will never shop with them again.

I was really hankering for a tea fragrance one summer, and after a few misses from Anthropologie I found a minor brand (Jacomo) that was only available from a US store located in NYC or online and since I didn't want to spend I decided to wait until I had exhausted other tea options. I randomly googled the name of the frag and strawberryNET had a huge discount, about 40%. Fragantica members list them as a trusted source so I went ahead and ordered - accepting that at most I would be out about $35ish. They offered a free gift that I had to pick out of a lot of options (I'm a fan of choose between 3, not more items) so I picked a lipstick. The package arrived in about a week or so, the item was definitely authentic. The free gift was probably expired or old - lipstick was DRIED and had no pigment but free gifts for me are almost always crap. It was a great price and I had no issues with delivery, nor the need for their CS so I recommend it for fragrances.

I bought La Prairie skin care to the tune of 230.00 for the stress cream and 170 for serum. BOTH WERE FAKE. Neither smelled like the real deal, (they have a new fragrance smell and I compared it to some I still had left) and I took it to a place that sells the product and they agreed that it was a fake. I am so angry, I have been shopping with them for years and what I have thought was the real thing wasn't. Either they have changed hands or they are now cheating. I PROMISE YOU IT WASN'T REAL. Don't risk it. My credit card wouldn't even process the transaction. It said it wasn't a reputable site, but I forced it as I thought it was the real deal from "experience". Sorry I did. I have tried over and over to return it, but hey keep sending messages back like they don't understand me. BEWARE!

I ordered 3 perfumes from India sone 55 days back and still i m waiting for my parcel they have pathetic customer support and a standard bot like script in reply YOU GOT TO BE PATIENT FOR ONE WEEK abd thus i am bring patient for past do many weeks: There yracking system abdolutely dors not work in India - Shocking thing is that the admins of site are clueless who is their courier in India? I just pray and hope that i get my parcel or my money refund

Strawberrynet sent me a defected perfume, took 2 months to arrive.
They refuse to refund. Fraud! Beware!
