If something's too good to be true it probably is.
1. The prices are ex-VAT so 20% more than they appear - in the small print they tell you "if" you're charged VAT in order to receive your parcel, they'll refund you. They won't.
2. Delivery takes weeks longer than stated. Goods are sent from China.
3. If in the process an item goes missing, the onus is on YOU to prove non-delivery and track the parcel even though THEY are the sender.
4. Refunds of any sort are virtually impossible to obtain.

DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO TRUST THIS COMPANY. Stick to reputable companies like beauty b ay dotcom, c ult beauty dotcom, fee lunique dotcom etc etc.

Buy from this site at your own risk. They sell expired products and refuse to disclose the manufacturing date when asked.

I bought a bottle of Prevage Skintone Corrector and when I checked the batch code 2AA2 against various websites, the manufacturing date was stated as 2012 which means the item is at least 5 years beyond the shelf life.

When I emailed them to ask for a confirmation, they curtly told me they do not discuss batch codes and asked me to go to the manufacturer itself.

If so, how do they guaranteee that their products are not expired?

Do not buy anything from them if you value your money and your skin.

In April 2016, I ordered a concealer, but I cancelled the order because they asked for an ID (which was never specified anywhere as a possible requirement). They took the pre-authorized amount, but the money never reappeared in my account. To this date, I have no product, I lost 23USD and I wasted a lot more money calling my bank who would not take responsability either because I gave this company my credit number on my own accord. Thanks a lot, Strawberrynet!

I used this site for a while now and ordered afew times. I was happy before and recommended them to friends, however now it's a different story.

I ordered an expensive product (over $150) on Mar 22nd, while I expected delays due to covid, as of today Jun 12th I still don't have my product. I wrote to them multiple times and asked for my refund. I only received generic emails saying they will not refund me and will trace the package and never followed up with me.
Very bad customer service, I am very mad. Will never purchase from them again.

Got the product after 3 weeks. All the products have expired date between 2-4 months without writing it on the web. It's a joke.

I have no issues with the products sold here but unfortunately the company has recently refused to pay back any tax incurred in the home country (UK for me) WITHOUT making it clear to any existing customer. The products I purchased turned out to be 30% more expensive than any other websites! So for those who will get taxed in your home country, BE AWARE as it will cost you a lot of money and the company will take no responsibility. The price published on the website is not reflective of what one will end up paying. I would urge any international customers to STAY AWAY unless you want to pay 30% more!

Ordered an item (not realising they were not UK based) after 15 days it had still not arrived, I chaased several times and was provided with scripted replies.
It then arrived with a £13 surcharge to pay, I was told to pay it and then I had to take pictures of varioous things then I would be refunded. I sent this to a friend, who now has to pay, take photos for me to be refunded and then give her the money back!
I will NEVER use this company again, pease do not evn attempt to use them. No customer service skills, you will be lucky to get your item, just pay a bit more and get from somewhere else.

Placed an order on May 30th, received an email that my order was shipped on June 1st... so far so good.
It's July 15th and guess what... no order. When I track the order it says the USPS in Monroe New Jersey has been waiting for the package since June 23rd... why would it take 22 days to get the package to the post office. When I contacted the company they said wait 35 business days before contacting them again if I don't get the order... sounds like a SCAM doesn't it. I ordered from them a couple of years ago and it wasn't a bad experience but after this experience I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

I have had the worst ever experience with Strawberrynet.com. My order number Order No. *******595 was so shabbily treated. I paid up the full amount via my visa card only to be asked for the account statement from the credit card company. When i provided that I was asked for a utility service bill in order to establish my credentials all over again. The credit card statement comes to my office and the utility bill asked for had my residential address of course! I have been told that they cant process my order DESPITE THE FACT THAT MY CARD HAS BEEN DEBITED FOR THE FULL AMOUNT.

I am told by this esteemed company that my money will be refunded in 7 working days... am still waiting.

I buy extensively online from all over the world and also pay for a lot of services such as travel etc. But this is the first time that I have had this horrifying experience with an online portal. ITS THE WORST EVER SITE AND WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM IT.
