I ordered 2 items from here to be shipped to my address in Bulgaria. The standard shipping was 14 working days, which I was fine with. However, the internal tracking on their website was inaccurate and kept saying the package had NOT arrived to Bulgaria, when in reality, it actually had. Now, disclaimer, the postal service in my country was also at fault here as I was not notified by them that it had arrived either (so I could pick it up) BUT this was because StrawbettyNET had not included my phone number on the package. I wasn't even notified when it was shipped back. I had to call a toll international number to figure out it had been sent back. I requested a reshipment, which I had to confirm three times, each time requesting my number is listed on the shipment.

Lo and behold when the package was reshipped to me I was told one of my 2 ordered items was no longer in stock? Which made no sense, considering it should've been right there in the original package. I received a refund for it. The 1 remaining item I was waiting on did arrive (16 working days after my reshipment request) and of course, my phone number, which I specifically requested 3 times be included, was NOT included.

Overall, it took well over 2 months to receive a shipment, with 1 out of 2 items missing and my specific requests made over phone and via email were ignored. Very disappointed.

For the second time, I tried ordering Dermmatch (a hair cosmetic product) from StrawberryNET. The first time months ago, the order processing did not materialize although my credit card was not charged for it. So I tried ordering again last November 11 to be exact. A few days later, a rep from StrawberryNET emailed me asking for a digital copy of a utility bill under my name as proof of my address. After I complied, the parcel was sent from Sweden to Manila and PhilPost received it on Nov. 17 and was sent thereafter to the Customs Bureau for the assessment of fee to be paid. Three days after it was sent to the Post Office in my area. I was waiting for a claim notice for my parcel but nothing came. So I just thought of printing the email I got from PhilPost citing the tracking number. Today (December 3), I went to the Post Office and finally claimed the parcel, with a standard fee of P100. Not bad. I could have claimed the parcel earlier if I went to the Post Office earlier. Anyways, I can safely say that StrawberryNET is legit and reliable. Or was I just lucky? Hehe..
