Ordered an Estee Lauder palette from these guys. Sure postage was quick but the item is fake. I emailed their so called support and 4 days later no response. So I raised a dispute via Paypal. They finally replied rudely. The item is definitely fake and I want a refund for this pathetic item they claim is real. I will not recommend this website to an enemy let alone friends. Stay Away!

First order and my parcel was lost. Didn't get a refund, no reply from customer service. Bad service. Will never reorder and have warned my friends
