Products are of high quality and authentic. Sometimes offers are really good. They even compensate for custom duty in few countries. You just claim they will return your money you paid as custom duty in your country. Not a single website do that.

Yes, due to covid it do has some delivery problems, but I hope that everything will be fine soon. However what I like it for is still the same - wide range and constant discounts. Last week I wanted to order the Chanel Biphase Eye Makeup Remover from their website. The price listed was A$86.5. I thought the price was unusually high. Subsequently, I went to the Chanel boutique to check and their retail price for the same product inclusive of GST is A$55. If Strawberrynet can't offer their products at a competitive price, they should remove the product from their website. I have now lost all confidence in this company.
Seemed cheap. No mention of customs charges. But there is a £17.10 customs charge at post office if you want collect it so ended up more expensive than just buying it in a shop in the UK.
It took quite a long time to receive my products but I received them and they were in a good condition. L will purchase from strawberrynet again.
I have tried Kersatase shampoo- it smelled a little off.
Clinique cream eyeshadow- it was dry and hard to use
This doesnt boil downt to authenticity. It all boils down to how well established, secure and controlled is their warehouse storage conditions? If an online company doesn't show or prove that they have this down pat (especially selling all sorts of different cosmetics ingredients and items, then do not even think twice to buy from them… Not unless you are willing to pay less for less quality!
Just google search warehouse, cosmetics, standards:
"products may require specific storage conditions, such as temperature or humidity control, to prevent spoilage or degradation. Failure to store these products properly could result in damage to the items, rendering them unsafe for use."
I used to have positive experience with StrawberryNet when there was no shipping cost without limit amount of purchase. (Now their policy is changed: worldwide free shipping is only above 75 dollars and they advertise 'worldwide free shipping' without clear information)
StrawberryNet sells cosmetics NOT for sales! I even had to pay custom tax to receive it.
It's very disappointing.
Their policy is not transparent and they do not give necessary information of products which customers should know.
Bought face cream x3 for good price, total order £51, would not deliver until paid additional £17 to pick up from post depot! This made it no cheaper than Uk. Not made clear coming from Hong Kong. Unsure if Genuine product.
I wish I'd done a quick online search of reviews before placing an order but presumed it was a legit UK based company. Product never arrived. Postal tracking function doesn't work. They've not replied to any of my emails.
Terrible experience! I False advertising of free worldwide shipping when VAT is payable at customs. I paid more in charges than some of the products were worth. They advertise sales and promotions and reduce further within a few days of purchase. Customer services are very unhelpful and quite frankly don't care that they are misleading consumers. Use at your peril. I will not be using them again!
Like most of the people told on this site, i too had a very bad experience with them. I placed an order and made full payment using my debit card. I got a confirmation saying order will be delivered in 7 - 10 days. After few when i went back to the site to check the status it said, order was on hold as the address was incomplete. After a few mails back and forth with customer service they finally cancelled my order but did not refund my money. When asked they are telling they did not receive any payment at all. Totally fake site cheating people and robbing their money. Strictly stay away from this site.
I am in the US and ordered from them several times, products were working, nicely packaged, no problem with customer service. Someone here wrote that packaging/tapes or seals were ripped or cut- I think it was most likely done by customs. Happened to me when I ordered a few times cosmetics from England - the boxes were always mangled, products loose, sloppily taped back together, even opened by them I suspect...
I was charged 17 pounds for the delivery by Royal Mail even if on their site they said delivery was free. Also, I could not track the pack online as indicated. Their delivery time was about one month! Still haven't checked the products but my experience so far with them has been awful.
I used to purchase at strawberrynet... without any problem... recently they've been shipping my items from hungary... it takes a long time to arrive... and my 3 last purchases went quite wrong... one of them never arrived... strawberrynet considered it as lost and refunded me... the other two i purchased about a month ago... and i tried tracking them on every tracking websites... and there is no record of them...
I informed strawberry. They told me tracking takes at least 7 days and i should wait... I'm very disappointed with them because when i first informed them of the 1st parcel i didn't received... they send me an email telling me that that parcel was already in my country... i called the post, giving them.the tracking number and there was never such parcel... those people are liars... I'm very displeased
I ordered a gift for my Mom's birthday assuming that it will arrive in 14 days. Not only did the gift not arrive, but when I contacted them they said that shipments cannot be tracked and shipping and losses during shipping is responsibility of the customer. I am not even sure they shipped the goods. Should have checked the reviews before ordering. Never going to order from them again
Almost six weeks since I did the order and I have not received anything although on their website, they say they deliver within 4-6 working days. In the e-mails, they only write it's not their fault... plus now I see that other websites offer the same products for a much cheaper price...
